Chapter 1048: Can’t You Satisfy Yourself

Realizing that he was being serious, Lin Xuanji’s pupils contracted, her face flushing incredibly red. “Lu Jinwen, don’t you dare!”

Though she should have sounded angry but once those words came out of her mouth, it sounded questionably sensual instead.

She instantly felt so embarrassed. Niuniu was already such a big boy.

The corners of Lu Jinwen’s lips instantly kicked up, even his voice sounded excited. He untied the band around his waist, bending over to kiss her on the lips. “You want it now?”

“No!” She pushed him.

His face was right in front of her eyes, he was just so good looking. With his pajamas untied, his muscular torso was exposed. As a man in his 50s, he just was too charismatic, with not even an ounce of fat on his body. His waist and muscles were taut and defined.

“If you want it, just admit it, no one is going to laugh at you. I’ve been wanting you for so long now. I did it so frequently in my younger days, but after all these years that we’ve been apart, in these two decades. I’ve only had you that one time at the Passion River four years ago. I really miss you and your body so much.” As he said this, he pressed himself against her in yearning.

They did experience a lot of ups and downs during their younger days, but he did feel happy last time when he enjoyed her. But before he could even have enough of her, she suddenly vanished one day.

The number of times he laid his hands on her was considered little, comparing it to the time they had known each other for.

At his words, Lin Xuanji was reminded of the past as well. Even when she had her period, even when she was pregnant with Mo’er and Chenyi, he never used to let her off back then. If she wasn’t willing to do it with him, he would just tie her up.

Lin Xuanji lowered her head, her blushing face turning pale. At the end of the day, she could still never forget about those days.

“Mr Lu.” The call hadn’t ended yet, Wang Yanran’s voice could be heard. “Your wife has heart failure, can she even do it with you? You must be really good and last long in bed, right? Can your wife even satisfy you?”

Wang Yanran then let out a confident chuckle. “If you come to my room now, I promise I’ll be able to serve you until you’re satisfied. Mr Lu, Yanran just took a shower and I smell good all over. I only have a nightdress on right now. Mmm, it’s so hot, I’m going to pull the strap down…”

Wang Yanran’s moaning voice could be heard.

Lu Jinwen didn’t bother with the woman on the phone. He stretched his hand out, pulling the ends of the nightdress that Lin Xuanji held onto so tightly. When he pulled, Lin Xuanji actually let go.

He was stunned, instantly realizing that there was something wrong with her. “What’s wrong with you?”

Lin Xuanji felt weak all over, her face blanching as she shook her head. “It hurts.”

“Mr Lu…” Wang Yanran continued moaning even more sensually.

Lu Jinwen picked up his phone, with a sarcastic laugh. “Can’t you satisfy yourself? If you can’t, do you need me to send a few men to you?”

Wang Yanran instantly shut up.

“Stop being such a slut to just anyone, if you continue moaning again I’ll send you to a prostitute house.”

With that, Lu Jinwen hung up the call and threw his phone on the desk as he picked up Lin Xuanji. Walking over to the bed, he placed her down lightly. “Where does it hurt? Let me see, is it your chest?”

He stretched his hand out to touch her chest.

But Lin Xuanji stopped him.

Lu Jinwen lifted his head. “You were lying to me?”

“Lu Jinwen, she’s right. I can’t satisfy you with my current health condition.”

Hearing those words, Lu Jinwen’s brows unknitted and he sat down by the bed, stretching his long legs out.

With a cold smirk on his face, he replied, “If you don’t want to do it with me, you can just say it honestly. Don’t use an excuse like ‘you can’t satisfy me’. I treat you more importantly than anything else. Everything, including my own life is beneath you. Would I bear to do it so intensely until you died? Do you think I could really bear to hurt you?

“As long as you’re willing, I have the ways to make sure both of us feel good. We can still get intimate, but the problem is, you’re not willing to.”

His gaze was so piercing, just like an x-ray that could shoot right through her.

Lin Xuanji averted her eyes.

Regardless, Lu Jinwen’s expression remained calm and composed as he asked, “Xuanji, do you still love me? One year ago, when you came back from Country Z, I didn’t dare to ask you this. Do you still love me?”

Did she still love him?

He didn’t dare to ask this question, keeping it to himself for an entire year.

Lin Xuanji closed her eyes, not answering him.

Lu Jinwen got up, taking off his pajamas as he changed into a black shirt and trousers before he left.

Bam! The room door slammed shut.

Lu Jinwen had left.

It was already late at night, but he still went out.

Knock knock, the maid outside said, “Madam, it’s time to take your medicine.”

Lin Xuanji sat up. “Come in.”

The maid entered the room. Lin Xuanji pinched her nose, drinking the entire bowl of chinese medicine in a gulp.

“Madam, here’s a sweet from Sir.”

The maid handed her a sweet. Lin Xuanji took it, as usual, peeling open the packaging and she placed the sweet in her mouth.

But the sweet wasn’t sweet at all today.

At the office.

Lu Jinwen sat in his leather chair, holding onto a cigarette while puffing on it.

The entire office was filled with the smell of nicotine and the ashtray was filled with cigarette butts.

He had been smoking for quite some time already.

“Sir.” Butler Ye walked over, handing over a small sachet. “This is what you requested for. As long as you take this, you’ll be burning with desire. Unless you get laid, you won’t be able to get rid of its effects.”

Lu Jinwen lifted his eyes, looking at the small sachet through the fogginess of the smoke.

Butler Ye had been serving Lu Jinwen for many years. He could tell that his sir wasn’t satisfied at all, Madam hadn’t let him lay his hands on her again.

Butler Ye assumed that the sachet was meant for Madam.

Though it was an extreme way, it wasn’t unlike Sir to do such things.

But Butler Ye was a little hesitant. “Sir, with Madam’s current health condition, she really shouldn’t take such things. Sir, please think about it before you act on it. The heart transplant is going to happen soon, you can let Madam have it after she recovers.”

Lu Jinwen took a puff of the cigarette, blowing the smoke out. “Get me a glass of water.”

“Yes, Sir.”

Butler Ye turned around to get it.

After taking one step, Butler Ye suddenly froze. He turned back, looking at Lu Jinwen with widened eyes. “Sir, a-are you going to take it?”

Lu Jinwen revealed a wry smile. He had to get an answer out of her tonight. He knew that he was becoming too greedy, he knew it all. When they got married, he only wished for her to stay by his side.

But now, he progressively wanted more. He wanted to have her entire being, her heart, her body. Everything.

If he didn’t force her, she would never take that step.

Butler Ye handed him a glass of water. Lu Jinwen poured the contents of the small sachet into his mouth, drinking the water to swallow it in one gulp.

Picking up his car keys, he got up to set off to the manor to look for her. He wanted to see for himself, just how ruthless could she be towards him?
