Chapter 832 - RUN!

Another three knives pierced through the Six Star Golden Elites Aqua Rhinoman, who were fighting against my teammate.

These knives are super fast and could easily kill any Six Star Golden Elites immediately as long as they hit their vital spots. Even if they did not hit their vital spots, they would still die, but the process would be a little slow, and their death would be very painful.

I again moved my hand and about to take out more knives from my storage when I stopped midway.

'I will really have to learn to use the Refinement Engine at will.' I thought. I am running out of my method energy, especially the energy of the Domain of Withering Sand.

There are only two petals worth energy had remained, which I can't use as I will need it for emergencies. I wish I could refine more energies right now, and unlike others, I don't have to wait for energies to acc.u.mulate inside me.

As long as I am refining one type of energy and I have a base of that energy inside me, my refinement Tower will help suck that energy from the Tower during the refinement, so for more energy as I need to do activated my Refinement Engine. I will have all the Method Energies I will need.

But it is easier to be said than done, it is extremely hard to use Refinement Engine without having full concentration on it, but it looks like I will have to learn anyhow as in such dangerous battles, I will need all the Method Energies I could get my hands on.

With those thoughts, I focused on my refinement Engine while watching the battle on the sidelines. Me joining battle without the help of Mystic Methods is pure suicide, every Grimm Monster fighting there is Six Star Golden Elite at the least, if I want to fight there then I will need my Mystic Energies.

I concentrated on my Refinement Engine, but I also stayed concentrated on the battle, I don't want to be caught off guard when a powerful Grimm Monster attacked me.

While I am watching on the sidelines, Ashlyn is fully engrossed in the battle. She had been throwing fireballs from above distracting Grimm Monsters during the fight, thus giving my teammates a chance to kill them.

She was even able to kill the few Six Star Golden Elite Aqua Rhinomen as her fireballs seep in their skulls and heart.

Aqua Rhinomen are power Grimm Monsters and with high defense, and when it comes to fire attacks, their defense even higher, so it is quite commendable that she was able to kill some Aqua Rhinomen.

Seeing her harassing tactics and her mass killing of Aqua Rhinomen, many Rhinomen got angry and started to follow her into the sky. Many of them manage to avoid the Team Leaders Arrows, but they are never able to catch her.

Seeing a powerful monster coming, she would always conceal her aura and hide in a big cloud, even Aqua Rhinoman, who had power above Golden Elite, unable to find her in the cloud.

I could still remember its roar of indignation as it was unable to find Ashlyn, poor guy; not only it was not able to find Ashlyn, it was also shot dead by the powerful arrow of the Team leader.

'YES!'

Suddenly shouted in my mind loudly as I was finally able to use the refinement Tower, seeing that I did not waste time and started refinement of Black Cosmic energy of my offensive Mystic Method.

A minute later, a tiny amount of Dark Black Energy came out of Towar, though the amount of every tiny compared to my normal refinement speed, it did not matter as I was able to refine the energy finally.

As long as I continue practicing, I am sure I could increase my refinement speed close to that of the regular. Though it will take some time for that to happen, it will happen, I am quite sure of it.

Time passed by, and I felt an extreme threat to me, only to see Powerful Eight Star Golden Elite coming at me with swift speed.

I have known that some Grimm Monster would come at me even if I am far from the main battlefield but did not dare to imagine it would be Eight Star Golden Elite.

RUN!

This only thought came into my mind seeing an Eight Star Golden Elite Aqua Rhinoman coming toward me. I have no way to deal with it. Against its power, I am utterly weak. It could kill me with a single swing of my sword.

The only thing I could do is run, use as much Featherlight energy as I could to run away while running, I looked at the battlefield, only to see everyone was busy with their battles, no one could save me.

"Hehe, Human You Will Not Run Away From Me." Aqua Rhinoman said with a weird accent before his speed increased suddenly.

'Crap he had the Speed Method.' I muttered as I saw it coming toward me speedily, earlier I was able to maintain the distance with it with the help of my Speed Method, but now it had activated its method and rapidly closing on me.

"Die Human!"

It reached me in two seconds and attacked me. Its face was full of ecstasy as its attack. One could guess what it is thinking, its kin is getting slaughtered by my teammates mercilessly, and now it finally got a chance to kill a human.

While it is extremely happy, I am utterly terrorized. I am using all the power I had and even tried to use more Featherlight energy than I could, but I was not able to do it.

There is no chance for me to survive this attack, all the options I have such as over drafting the Occult Energy would not work as my body and soul are the Levels of Two Star Golden Elite. I will only be able to overdraft the energy of that level, which is nothing.

'Am I really going to die now.' I said to myself as I found the toothed blade of Aqua Rhinoman closer and closer to me, wanting to shred me into pieces with the huge toothed blade of it.

Despite seeing the blade coming at me, and knowing it will take my life, I still continue running. I don't want to die before expanding all my options, and continuing running is an option.

When the blade of the Aqua Rhinoman just a few inches away from me, I saw a tiny fireball coming toward the monster with the speed that is near invisible to the eyes.

The Grimm Monster also sensed the fireball, and despite being Eight Star Golden Elite who is using speed method, it could not dodge.

It did not seem worried about the fireball that was coming toward it. It had seen the power of the fireball and knew that even if it had hit it on its head, it would not affect it much, so it did not even think about dodging it.

When it's blade is just two inches away from it, the fireball hit it and seeped into its head, just as that happened it's expressions changed drastically, but it had already become too late for it as it had died the moment it realized what fireball that hit it contained.
