Chapter 847 - The Station

It was Dawn when I reached in front of my apartment building, and coincidentally the name of the Building is Dawn. It is a normal hundred story building. There is nothing special about it except for its spiral shape and Water that fall from top.

The building is absolutely enchanting to the standard of Outpost and Mizone, but here in Warzone, it is average. Many buildings around it are absolutely breathtaking.

I looked at the building for a while and before I went inside, my apartment was on the 57th floor.

Soon I reached the 57 floors through the elevator, I could have flown up here as one could fly in on private property, but I decided to take an elevator to get a feeling of entering the new apartment.

I flashed my holowatch to the door, and it opened, as I went in and greeted with Scandavanion Interior of the apartment. This apartment is quite smaller than the previous one I had.

It only had two rooms, Kitchen and Big Training Hall. I wanted to be small as I don't want to live in an empty shell. It is a perfect apartment for a single person like me.

As I entered the apartment, the first thing I checked in the kitchen, which had all the equipment that catalog had mentioned, just looking at the metallic shin they were giving off, my eyes started to shine.

I am quite excited about seeing the kitchen, it is very modern and had the equipment that even my previous kitchen did not have.

There is an appliance called an injector, which could help me add spices and fill in any part of the meat I want in perfect amounts without making any mistake.

I stayed in the kitchen for fifteen minutes and walked toward the two rooms, I took a quick look at them before I went to the training room and like the kitchen, it is also filled with modern tech, but unlike the kitchen, it did not show on the surface.

The kitchen looked plain except for the Monochrome painting of the Spear on the wall, the painting looked amazing. Even me who had no idea about art got drawn by it.

The painting is not the real piece but just a wallpaper, I could change it with the other famous painting present in the library of the building. After I looked enough and tested some gimmicks of the training and hall, I went to my hall and went to the shower before laying on the bed of sleep.

When I woke up, It was early afternoon, the bright sun could be shining outside my window. I opened the blinds before I went to the bathroom to freshen up. It was good that earlier, when I was walking toward the building, I fed Ashlyn; otherwise, Ashlyn would not have let me sleep till now.

After freshening up, I directly went into the kitchen. I am quite excited as this would by first time cooking in this ultra-modern kitchen. I took out the ingredients and started to cook while humming the tune of my favorite song.

It took me a little more than an hour to eat lunch, and it smelled heavenly. One could imagine how tasty the food had become when Ashlyn directly dived it before I turned off the gas, I am barely able to stop her from eating it directly.

I made the plates and served food in them, and we both started to eat. The food had become delicious and I ate till I am full despite knowing the consequences of what would happen, which is why I had to start practicing just as I took the last bite.

The medicinal heat was too great; it was so great that I didn't even have time to practice hall, I had to start practicing at the Kitchen.

Thud!

I finished practicing and fell with a thud, utterly exhausted with every part of my body screaming at me. I had to experience the exhaustion for a few seconds before I got enough energy to walk to the shower.

Three days passed by as such, this is three days I would eat, sleep, and practice. I would also go to the practice facility that Teamleader had rented for team practice. It is necessary that we practice our teamwork regularly to keep ourselves sharp.

Team practice did not only help to deepen our teamwork, but it helped us keep motivated seeing the progress of others, which I think was the greatest benefit of the team practice.

These three days, I threw myself in practice but regretfully, I did not make much progress. I was heavily counting on reaching 6th Major Cleansing, but I got stuck in the 107th move that no matter how much I try, I could not get past.

I was hoping that in this session, I would be able to practice, reach 108th move and go through the Major cleansing, but I could not. It was too difficult, even when I solely focused on the Body Cleansing Technique.

Buzz Buzz…

'I hope I could go through another major cleansing before the next mission.' I thought, but right next to second my holowatch buzzed with a text from the team leader.

'Mission.' I thought when I read the text, and this mission seemed quite important, seeing how the team leader pressed on some words. Reading the text, I got up and walked toward the shower weakly.

After double-checking everything, I tapped a few buttons on my holowatch, and next moment a window of my apartment opened and walked out of it

Floating in the sky, I wanted to fly toward the Guild, but unfortunately, I could not. So, I could only longingly look at the cityscape before going down. Currently, I could not fly over the city, but soon I would, that is the promise I made to myself.

Thud!

When I landed on the ground, the hover car was already waiting for me a few meters ahead. I walked toward it and sat on it, just as I did that, sped toward the guild with breakneck speed, and within two minutes, the hover car stopped in front of the Majestic Castle that the Guild is.

I got out of the Hovercar and walked inside the guild, and a few minutes later, I reached the place which is assigned to my team special. When I opened the door and went in, I found everyone was already present in the conference room.

"Since Michael has arrived we can start," said Regina and a Mission Order appeared in the center of the Conference room.

"This mission is quite special; it is the Mission of attacking The Station," Regina said. Everyone became quiet and started to read the Mission Order, which was in the center of the conference room.

The Stations are completely different from the launchpads if Launchpads are the small playground, then The Stations are the stadiums. Each station not only has more than ten thousand Golden Elites but they also have a bunch of Plantimums guarding it.

The Doc.u.ment stated that there would be fourteen teams attacking The Station in the lead of Three Elite+ teams.
