Monster Integration Chapter 1671

"Whisper of Blade!"
It said, and its blade came at me and came at me with such speed that my expression couldn't help but sober up immediately, and I moved my sword toward its without hesitation.
Clang Clang Clang
My sword clashed against its blade, but just as I had countered, it attacked again without wasting a fraction of seconds before attacking again. I again countered, and it attacked again.
This attack of it has no fanfare except for powerful aura blazing out of it and sword that is attacking me at a crazy speed.
The speed its blade is moving is really fast, the fastest Ive seen. This move of it using all its energy into making the attacks fast; there is not even an energy attack when the weapons clash.
Not many attacks do something like sending energy into the enemy's body is one of the basics of attacks. It might not look much like the other party destroy all the energy one sent toward others, but it is extremely important.
The energy one sent is never completely destroyed; some speck of it able to enter the enemy's body, and when these specks pile up, they do real damage; not to forget if the difference between the two parties are even slightly big, these energies destroy ones inside.
The attack of Antman seemed to sacrificed that to gain pure speed, which may have disadvantages but also have advantages.
The first advantage that it gives more strength is attacking; it can make the attacks faster and stronger. If it had chosen the strength instead of speed, each of its attacks would have felt like a strike of a hammer.
The second advantage is that these attacks are harder to detect as they do not have an energy-filled inside, all the energy these attacks have used to gain speed and strength.

"Hehe, you are good, little human," The four-eyed Antman said; its praise had sent my whole body tinkling.
'First Boost!'
I did not waste any time and immediately activated the first boost, and its a good thing I did and next moment, three more blades appeared on its open hands, and it attacked.
Four very fast blades came at me, each of them attacking different parts of my body. If they passed through my defenses, they would surely divide me into four clear pieces.
Clang Clang Clang
While its attacks are fast, mine is faster. The strength of the first boost roared inside me, and as I moved, my sword and single sword begin to deal with four of its sword together.
I could see the rage building in its eyes by my counter, and its attacks go faster and faster, but I also harvested more power from the first boost to deal with its attack; not only that, I stopped transmitting energy from my sword and use it increase its speed, just like it.
This had really shocked and created a gap in its defense for a fraction of a second which it had immediately filled before I could take advantage of it.
"Storm of Blades!"
It shouted, and flaring mad aura consented, and that exact moment my eyes had sharped and I had harvested all the energy I could from the 'First Boost,,' the same exact moment, its blades have also moved, but instead of four blades, there are forty of them, and they are coming to me like a storm.
Clang Clang Clang
Seeing such attacking coming, a bright smile couldn't help but appeared on my face as I really wanted to activate the second boost.
All the forty blades are real, while four may be of the true blades, other forty-six are the blades made of wind, and they are just as dangerous as the metal blades. I would pay a huge price if I dared to underestimate them.

"Die Human!" It shouted and attacked me with the storms of blades which are as fast as lightning in the center of the storm.
Clang Clang Clang
My sword moved, and it begins to clash against the storm of blades; I used every bit of I could from the first boost and found myself barely defending against the attacks.
The pressure feels amazing; it is like dancing on the edge of a blade, the slightest mistake on my part and tense of blades will come clashing on me, which would not be pretty.
In recent times, I had come across such a battle very few times; even though I could get out of this desperate condition any moment, I did not want to.
My sword moved in blurring speed, clashing against the several blades each moment. The Antman is quite a skillful swordsman, but as I fought with it, I had noticed an obvious flaw in its fighting style.
It is not a flaw; it is the way this attack is made.
The attack is like a net, the slightest mistake on one part, and it will bring down the wrath of forty blades, giving one no chance for any defense, a direct slaughter.
While its attack is powerful, it can be broken; one is skillful and fast enough. One could untangle the net and attack it just as easily.
While it may seem easy, the skill require to untangle are not; not many people below Tyrants have; fortunately, I have the skill, and I am going to untangle it as I have already found the way.
Clang
I moved my sword as I usually did thousands of times in the past few minutes, but just as my sword clashed against the first blade, something different happened.
The blade my sword clashed against had upturned somehow, clashing against all the other blades besides it, collapsing the whole net in a single moment.
A look of horror appeared on the face of the four-eyed Antman as it understood what happened, and it immediately activated its defensive method to defend against my attack.
Unfortunately, that defensive shield is not going to help it; it will not be able to stop my sword from piercing through its chest.

Sweetleaf Cultivation
If you’re reading this. Not cool Dude! Or Dudette. Hashtag Resist. Seriously though, it’s not nice to read other people's diaries. Yes, it's a diary, kind of. The only men who call their diaries journals have an issue with their own masculinity I think. Well, I guess I can’t be too angry, considering if this is in anyone else’s hands I’m probably dead. Or I lost it. I lose stuff a lot. Since you’re here, regardless of the reason, I guess I’ll tell my story, such as it is. I know, why tell my story when I could tell you about the Fall of Killianor, or the story of when Micha the Bold banded together with his underdog group of misfits to destroy the Pallantine Regime. Hell, even the tale of Tulsa and Gran’s star crossed love affair would probably be better. If you don’t think so after finishing this you more than likely have poor taste. Weird taste, at any rate. Hello RR! Welcome to the greatest work of fiction you will ever read! ... .... Did you believe that? Cause its not. At all. This is my first work that I will have published in any fashion, and to be completely honest is more to gain practice for my real story. That is not to say I do not care about it. I do. I will do my best to finish it in, if not satisying, at least a conclusive manner. I will warn you however that updates will be infrequent at best though chapter length will not be under 2000 words. I work third shift currently, and at over 40 hours a week I do not have much time to really devote to this at the moment. I DO have an outline for the novel complete, but currently only about 5 actual chapters written and edited. There will be mistakes, including grammar and continuity, plot holes, etc.. If you see these please either comment or feel free to message me directly, and I will get it updated asap. Aside from a fledgeling authors mishaps, expect to find a somewhat comedic slice of life, with a mish mash of xianxia and western fantasy themes, tropes and the like. There will be some gore, network tv levels of sexuality, and absolutely no harems. There will also be COPIUS amount of swearing and drug use and while I said there would be no harems already he may find people in polyamorous situations. I hope you enjoy this, and as a last aside I beg of you not to rate it super low without justification, and if you give a bad rating please leave an actual review so that i know what I need to work on. *Original cover as of 09/01/20. Mishmash of stock photos and edits. HAVE FUN!
