"Why are you smiling like a fool?" Kimberly glanced at James with disdain, trying to pull her hand out of his.
James's grip tightened, he touched the corner of his mouth and asked, "Am I?"
"I thought your usual expressionless face was the most pleasing to the eye, but now you're a little too silly." After that kiss, Kimberly became bolder. She pointed at James arrogantly and said, "Come, let me see the corner of your mouth."
James wished that he could take down the moon in the sky and give it to her, so he didn't mind her little insolence. He was afraid that even if she rushed to give Keith two bullets with her gun, he would silently help her pull the safety pin.
However, he couldn't do this small thing after trying repeatedly. He said regretfully, "No, I can't do it. My lips can't help but curled up when I think of you."
"Don't suddenly talk so intimately." Kimberly covered her flushed face, wishing that she could pretend to be an ostrich. She quietly kicked James's calf and muttered, "People are looking at us. Aren't you ashamed?"
"Why should I be ashamed? You're my..." James paused for a moment, he suddenly realized what their relationship was. They had gotten the marriage certificate but only had one kiss. They did not even seem to have officially become boyfriend and girlfriend. At this time, he selectively ignored the fact that the marriage certificate was just a formality, he looked at Kimberly, feeling aggrieved and whispered, "What about the status?"
Kimberly almost doubted her ears for a moment. "What?"
He raised his voice slightly again. "What about my status?"
"No, why do you want this thing?" Kimberly asked in confusion. "Do you still alive in the last century? Besides, didn't we even get the marriage certificate?"

"Then when do I visit our parents?" James immediately took the opportunity and asked.
Our parents!? Kimberly was almost choked by this word. After a long while, the corner of her mouth twitched and she replied, "In your dreams."
"Don't I even have the right to meet them? In ancient times, concubines had to serve tea to their elders." James didn't find this comparison strange, he was more concerned of the current situation. "What if our parents still prefer Keith? Do they even know of my existence?"
Kimberly rolled her eyes at him. "What kind of comparison is this? How do you know so many strange rules? I'm starting to wonder if you came from a rich family. Don't worry, my parents contributed a lot to Keith's ban this time. They will never mention Keith again."
"In the past, those who got married officially were called 'wives', those who got married by the side door were called 'concubines', and finally for those that were not officially married were called 'mistresses'," James whispered in her ear. "What do you think I look like now?"
"I think you won't be able to keep the status as 'mistress' if you keep talking." Kimberly gave him a cold smile and asked coldly, "Do you want to try?"
"Forget it, it's good that you have me in your heart." James quickly learned his lesson. He obediently shut his mouth and followed beside Kimberly.
The two of them seemed to have suddenly become childish, fussing over every little detail.
When they reached the door, James did not go in. He looked at Kimberly apologetically and said, "I forgot to buy cigarettes. Why don't you go in first and I'll go buy a pack of cigarettes?"
"Don't you usually not smoke?" Kimberly felt that it was strange.

"Men...There are always some exciting things that need a cigarette to suppress." James looked at Kimberly ambiguously.
"Okay." Kimberly suddenly understood. She ran into the yard like she was running away and waved her hand. "Come back later."
"Okay." James smiled and helped her close the door. The moment he turned around, his smile disappeared without a trace.
Keith was indeed punished too lightly.
If Kimberly was present, she might not have been able to recognize the current James. His usual gentleness was more like a mask that was unique to her, and the viciousness and indifference hidden beneath the surface was his true personality.
"How is Keith now?"
"Mm, doesn't he like women? Then find him more men, but don't let him die."
"If he doesn't listen, then use more medicine. Do you still need me to teach you that?"
"Don't let such a dirty thing appear in front of Kimberly's eyes again."
After hanging up the phone, James casually bought a pack of cigarettes and stood against the wall. The cigarettes burned between his fair and slender fingers, leisurely and calm, deep and languid.
The smoke concealed the murderous aura between his eyebrows, and the string of sandalwood beads on his wrist made him look more like a devil Buddha.
