Prince And His Fool (Boylove) Chapter 38

Certain Wu Yange was gone, Rong Zian finally heaved a sigh in relief but the guy was obviously in a panic. A lot of weird things had happened to him, things he could never comprehend like having a goddess for a mother or transmigration to an odd era. In all this, he picked himself up even though it took a month of freaking out but theses dreams were seriously challenging his three world views.
He despised these kind of realistic dreams and the sad part is that he couldn't even slap himself awake regardless of how painful it was. He mercilessly slapped himself four times in front of the mirror but nothing happened. "Fuck it, I am already here. Just go with flow Zi Zi. You fuckin' name means inner peace. Let's take this dream by its horns," he said talking to his reflection in the mirror.
He deliberately took a long shower till his fingertips were pruney expecting Wu Yange to leave without him. Hesitantly, he opened the bathroom door slightly and peeped through to ratify his absence before slipping into the walk-in closet. His jaw dropped when he witnessed the splendours in the closet, he was like a kid walking into a candy store for the first time.
It was conductively and neatly organised with luxurious top branded clothing and accessories enough to make him drool over. He couldn't restrain himself exploring every inch of this place, surely he would never have the privilege to own any of these lavish things but he most certainly could please his eyes. His paws touched everything, with no table left unturned as he indulged his eyes to his heart's content. He gasped in excitement eyes beaming like a little cute pup when he found clothes his size on the left side of the closet. It turns out in this dream he had shamelessly moved in with this male god. 'I Bet some bitches are already sharing their names to kill. Robbed them of an idol,' he thought with a smirk on his face.

A rebel by nature, he dressed up in a white well-fitted t-shirt and paired it with black formal fitting ankle pants. He grabbed some white leather sneaker and completed the look with a fitting black blazer. Shamelessly he browsed through all the painfully expensive watches and picked only the finest to spoil himself. Somehow, he was actually having fun with this dream.
Growing up he could only hope to have this kind of life but under a suppressive stepmother, it was only a fool's wish. He always wondered what would have happened if he had never transmigrated, would he really never go back to university doomed to be a bottom feeder for life.
These thoughts were occupying his mind as he played around with his strands adding some gel, "Gosh how I missed this," he said before being interrupted by a buzzing sound coming from a cell phone on the bed, he could only assume it was his. Ignoring it, he sprayed a little cologne and gave himself one more glance over in satisfaction.
Feeling himself with a sassy grin he walked out of the apartment and curiously scanned through the cell phone, "Let's see what this fucked up dream is made off," he said as he got onto the elevator. At first, he scanned it with a chilled temperate but as he gradually went through it, he progressively became convulsed with his hands trembling that he could hardly keep the device in his hands.
He turned the phone upside down going through the gallery and messages between him and Wu Yange. It seemed as though in this dream they had been going out for five years and he was his benefactor who had cleared his name with the **** charge.
That piece of information had his heart racing like a racehorse, his brain overloaded with unanswered questions. Firstly, why would his brain cook up something this detailed? Did he have that kind of strong desire to be rescued in the modern time by Wu Yange just like when he rescued him from Madam Rong?

He could barely make sense of it all, he didn't even know Wu Yange before he transmigrated so why would the man even help him. He only settled on it being his brain going haywire and could only play along and ask Wu Yange how he managed to get those charges dropped. He snapped out of his momentous confusion and finally read the message from Wu Yange. It read:
"Zian you know I find you sexy no matter what you wear. So come down, I miss you."
Rong Zian shuddered when he read such sweet words that his ears instantly turned red as he jumped out of the elevator. He couldn't stop himself from smiling especially when he exited the building and found the male god (i.e. a handsome man) leaning against a black Maybach patiently waiting for him.
To Rong Zian, this dream was thrillingly inciting a docile sense of comfort, trust and security, the kind of feelings that stem from love. These feelings were completely unfamiliar to him. Ever since he came into existence, Rong Zian had never felt any kind of love from another person even from his father which always made him feel a sense of loss. He didn't have something that everyone seemed to have at least once in their lifetime, be it parental, friendship or partnership love.
But at this moment, in this dream, he felt it coming from the least expected person and that man was staring right at him with a twinkle in his eye, beaming as though Rong Zian was the only one in the world.
Rong Zian halted his steps and stood as though rooted to the ground, trembling slightly with accelerated breathing, his heart racing as a euphoric sensation overwhelmed his body. Wu Yange walked over to him and gently took his hand leading an unresponsive Rong Zian to the car.
He was saying something to him smiling but Rong Zian didn't hear a thing except his heart thumping in his ears. Wu Yange stopped the enthusiastic driver who wanted to open the door for them and embraced Rong Zian's waist in a possessive but gentle manner as he opened the door for him.
Rong Zian's senses only returned when the door slammed with a bang, shattering his trance. He instinctively glanced at Wu Yange studying his side profile and made a gluttonous decision, to fully indulge in this dream without consequence.

A World Forgotten
***This story will contain lite-litrpg elements, mainly character pages and a town page. There will also be settlement building and adventuring, missteps and achievements. But one thing it definitely won’t have is a harem. Nor will it have an overpowered MC. Contains mild cursing.*** ***feel free to critique my writing and offer input. This is my first venture into writing. I've always enjoyed litrpg/gamelit books. I feel like I write how I talk, so it may be a little different. You won't hurt my feelings if you see something wrong or out of place! *** ***What follows is a condensed part of chapter 1. Enjoy!*** Drew Cooper is thrust into a new, unfamiliar world. Waking up in his sweats and t-shirt near what seems to be a forgotten path through some woods, he struggles coming to terms that he's no longer in his apartment. As he tries to cope with his new reality, he hears a horse coming down the path. He hides behind a nearby tree dreading what may happen next. As the horse approaches, he sees a man walking next to it. The horse is burdened with packs and gear. When the man nears, Drew nearly panics. He has a large sword strapped to his waist, obviously a fighter. He continues to hide as the man slowly passes only for the man to stop a dozen meters past his hiding spot. "You may as well come out, ya know. You weren't as well hidden as you thought," the man stated matter-of-factly, letting the horse’s reins go and putting his hand on the hilt of his sword. Slowly and scared for his life, Drew raised up and walked from behind the tree. "I-I'm sorry. I wasn't planning on attacking you. I-I don't know where I am. I heard your horse and hid. I didn't know what you'd do if you saw me. I'm sorry," he nervously blurted out. A minute passed. Then two. The man seemed interested with Drew and stepped closer, eyes squinting as if trying to see something. "What's that on your shirt? Is that. What is that? Is that, Pac-man?" The man was visibly shaken while pointing at me. Looking down at his t-shirt nervously, "Yea. Yea. I woke up here a few hours ago I think. 3 maybe 4 hours. I’ve just been sitting here. Where am I? What's going on?" Drew asked. "That's not important right now," the man replied. " What's important is where you're from. What year is it?" "What year? April something 2020. Why? What's going on?" Drew continued now worried. The man was taken aback. After a few moments, he seemed to calm himself some. The man sighed and looked at Drew in earnest. "Well, I've got good news and bad news for ya. Bad news is you're not on Earth anymore. Good news is you happened to run into me and not someone else. You’re either really lucky, or it’s fate we met in these woods, and I don’t believe in luck." The man continued to walk towards Drew while talking and put out his hand. "I'm John Mitchell from St. Louis or thereabouts. You’ve got nothing to be scared of by me. Walk with me and let’s talk."

Shadowrun: Blake Island School of Magic
It's a high tech, low life. It's the Seattle Metroplex in 2074. It rises like a steel and concrete cancer out of the earth. Poverty is rampant, corruption is everywhere, crime is out of control, corporations basically control everything, the old United States is fractured, magic has come back and now it turns out that humanity has been joined by elves, dwarves, orks and trolls. The old world ended but the rent is still due. Life goes on. You'd be surprised what people can adapt to, especially if they don't have a choice. One of the places where life goes on is just west of Seattle. Surrounded by the waters of the Puget Sound is an island. On that island is the Blake Island School of Magic. A decade ago it was known for producing some of the most talented awakened in the world. That reputation was hijacked by the wealthy corporate elite who now park their teenage children there. And since it's a boarding school, their parents mostly forget about them. Three young people, who are certainly not wealthy or elite, are chosen this year to attend this school of magic in hopes of revitalizing their reputation for talent. One from the ash drifts of the Puyallup Barrens, one from the most densely populated slum hive in the world and one from prison. This is their story. -- This story is set in the Shadowrun universe. If you're not familiar with Shadowrun, it mostly tells the stories of deniable mercenaries called shadowrunners in a cyberpunk dystopia. Instead of telling another story solely about shadowrunners, this story will tell the tale of young people navigating a world that is indifferent to them at best and actively hostile at worst. Shadowrunners will be in the story and we'll see them operate, but they won't be its main focus. This story originally began in 2017 as a passion project and continues to this day on the Somethingawful.com forums. The unedited version is over a million words strong. There are currently seven books in this series and I am currently in the process of editing them. If you read this story then you won't lack for content. -- The Topps Company, Inc. has sole ownership of the names, logo, artwork, marks, photographs, sounds, audio, video and/or any proprietary material used in connection with the game Shadowrun.
