Chapter 364 - A Move of Consolidation

Word was soon passed from the 7th Celestial Star and into the numerous other Celestial Stars spread out over the Light Expanse, going on to reach the ears of the upper echelons that made the true decisions.

The Grandmasters in the 7th Celestial Star were confident after they had used their own techniques to discern the possible effects and results of letting inhabitants of the Light Expanse explore the Celestial Realm for the first time under strict conditions, and they saw the effects to be marvelous and heavily favoring their aims!

So word was passed forward to the higher-ups, but they knew the ultimate decision would be the confirmation of this never before done event as they were approaching the precipice of another war, and the use of the beings in the Light Expanse in the front lines of this war would only leave them in a better position.

Grandmaster Ramiel had left the underground area where a being lay imprisoned, these numerous thoughts coursing through his mind as he shone a resplendent gold light, numerous skills activated as he overlooked the activities of the 7th Celestial Star.

When it came to raising forces, one could forcefully throw them into their deaths, but what if you could raise beings to fight on their behalf willingly with their own wills?

The Celestials had been doing this for ages with the act of recruiting disciples, going on to create the force of hundreds of thousands of those qualified in learning about fate over the years as these beings were spread out all over the stars of the Light Expanse.

But the epiphany that Grandmaster Vredral had as he watched the constantly changing influence of fate of numerous Prime Worlds that had their emotions and beliefs pressed down and changed in a matter of hours as they watched the power of Celestials had brought forth this new possibility.

The Celestials had been steadily influencing the fates of the numerous stars in the Light Expanse, but not to the extent that they were about to do in the near future.

They were involved in the affairs of the numerous stars, even going as far as providing them with minor treasures after their participation in the Infernal Hunts. But this coming future would have the inhabitants of Light Expanse work closely and tirelessly with the Celestials as they would go on to fight for them in the front lines after their strengths were boosted in the Celestial Realm!

They would not be forced or conscripted to fight and throw away their lives, but they would be influenced ever so slowly with the power of Celestials they continued to observe as they tasted the treasures that they had already been eating for years. Then, they would willingly lay down their lives to the enemies that the Celestials pointed their fingers towards.

Grandmaster Ramiel smiled as he thought this, numerous message transmissions leaving his mind towards numerous beings as he moved forward with the plans to influence the beings of the Light Expanse even more the moment he received the permission he expected to receive as the information returned from the many Celestial Stars.

This time, it wasn’t just through fear as the beings of the Light Expanse observed the majestic power of Celestials similar to the bloodbath in the Magus World, but also through awe as they would come to observe and appreciate the Celestial Realm they would soon be given a chance to dive into under strict conditions!

It was a plan of using fear and propaganda to further enhance their already stable influence of fate, and now it would also produce more powerhouses to fight in the coming war as more and more beings explored and chanced upon the wondrous treasures of the Celestial Realm.

Only a few days passed before thousands of Prime Worlds began receiving astounding pieces of information directly from the Celestials!

Only worlds at the level of Prime received this piece of information, very few of the tens of thousands of Large Worlds or the hundreds of thousands of small and middle worlds filled with weak life forms were receiving this message as it was focused on those that were powerful and capable in the Prime Worlds.

The message’s contents told them all that a chance had arrived!

A never before given chance that would allow the powers of the Light Expanse to progress in strength as they worked together with the Celestials to explore something phenomenal.

Many of the worlds already knew of the Celestial’s power, and worlds like the World of Cultivation had already been receiving resources from the Celestials over the years. So when they saw the contents of this message, they knew it would be something unbelievable!

The numerous powerful worlds in the Light Expanse began to bustle with activities at the advent of this message, many of them looking forward into the future as they prepared.

Only a few knowledgeable figures and the beings watching from the Dark Expanse looked at these large movements as they realized something momentous was occurring with the Celestials. Those watching closely from the Dark Expanse came to realize that the Celestials were consolidating their power as they prepared for their future war once more, and this consolidation of power was so expansive that they were now involving the entire Light Expanse!

In the Underworld, the Royal Vampyre Elena received a similar message as she closed her eyes and mumbled with an amorous smile.

"The Celestial Realm, huh?"

Her red eyes were languidly looking forward to the bustling Pureblood Vampyres that continued to expand their forces in the Underworld. She looked towards her brother who was overseeing the campaign with a frowning face as she spoke of with a smile.

"Little Brother, we’ll have to call back little Cassius from the Dark Expanse so he can enjoy a piece of the pie opening itself up soon."

A thoughtful expression was on the Vampyre King’s face as he replied.

"This Celestial Realm that these mongrels are choosing to open up to the public now...there should be numerous hidden meanings behind it. Not to mention the dangers."

The Vampyre King was careful as he thought of the possibilities and meanings behind the actions of the Celestials, but Elena only smiled as her bountiful body bounced up.

"Oh little brother, danger brings with it an opportunity, and this opportunity to get our hands into the treasure bowl of the Celestials...I’m sure the Alliance is going to do everything in their power to take full hold of it!"

Across the worlds, bustling movements had begun as many beings plotted and schemed with their own plans. At the same time, a being was designing terrifying weapons and armors in a fiery hell, and was at the same time training at the core of the Celestials themselves as he garnered more status and power. Among the schemes and plans, who knew which power would come out on top?
