Chapter 544 - Mana Manipulation!

It was a shocking feeling to go through, Noah experiencing something he always felt exploding within him, the connection that was established many months ago seemingly gone for a brief period of time before he felt it again.

He could not even describe it as feeling the connection again as he realized it was the same connection, but it was also extremely different as it was much more expansive!

If he could compare his past connection to a single thread of a line that was a few inches long, this current connection was an enormous column that was multiple miles long! That was how expansive and enormous it was.

RUMBLE!

Noah’s body actually became bathed in the same blue light that the many fusing planets had, where one could trace a cylindrical column of immense amounts of essence shooting forth from the forming Realm below him, this light seemingly too vibrant as his body could not contain it.

This vibrancy made it shoot out above his head as a column of majestic blue right pierced through the newly forming clouds, a scene of fantastical elements playing out as Noah could not help but stretch out his hands and feet in the skies to take all of it in!

[Everything is proceeding smoothly.]

At this moment, he heard the voice of the System that seemed similar to the apathetic voice of his homeworld, his Spiritual World, and any of the other worlds combined as each of them seemed to be represented in this one voice.

[The living beings will briefly experience a period of extreme nausea. No other effects have been observed.]

Noah’s body continued to be bathed in a glorious blue light as he listened to this voice, finding it much more apathetic and systematic than before, but he could not pay too much attention to it as he was also experiencing something profound within himself.

Because this new connection of an extremely large Realm was coursing through him, he could feel something that he had been actively using for the past months with the help of the System. The fuel that allowed for him to use the skills he learned from [Skill Books] or Inheritances, the one thing that he had a nearly infinite amount of.

He could feel...Mana!

Not just feeling it, his Origin was shaking excitedly as he realized that this immense amount of mana from this forming realm...he might actually be able to manipulate it!

It was an ecstatic thought, and something that he had always wanted to get his hands on ever since he first formed his connection. Previously, he had access to large reserves of mana, but he could not freely manipulate it in whatever order he required to bring the effects of skills he thought of or desired.

Even the beings of the Beast World that did not have high realms could manipulate mana in different ways to create new skills with their experience, yet someone like Noah was still not able to after all this time!

The reason for this was uniquely because of his own situation, his Origin and body not being able to withstand the torrent of Mana from the connection with a world, where him only accessing the connection when supplying mana to skills was the only way for him to use it all this time.

But at this juncture, he was forcefully exposed to a torrent of mana multiple times larger than any of the connections before, the reserves of a Realm being something that he could not even wrap his mind around. This exposure should have been extremely dangerous, and might have even caused for his Origin to fracture and explode. But he had achieved a realm only a single level below what the beings in this Novus Galaxy could achieve- he had become a Star Forger before his upgrading of a realm!

This allowed his Origin to expand this new connection, while his body was being shot up with so much mana that even if he did not want to be fully exposed to it and begin to learn how to manipulate it- he would be forced to!

He felt an explosive force erupt out from him with the words of the System, the rowdy and expansive connection of a Realm slightly settling down and reigned in as his body felt ecstatic in ways he could not even describe.

At this time if one was observing Noah’s expression, they would observe the blue light that was emanating from his body to be so potent for a release that his eyes actually shone with splendrous arcs of blue light, his gaze turning otherworldly as these arcs of light spread out to his surroundings.

His shaking eyes continued releasing gorgeous arcs of light as he could not even wait as he tried to look at his stat panel and observe exactly what the newly gained skill entailed!

{Mana Manipulation- Restricted} :: An inherent ability that allows the user to use mana in specific pathways in order to achieve the desired effect in terms of abilities. It includes the abilities of Mana Operation and Mana Perception. It is {Restricted} because the being, [Noah Osmont], is restricted from freely releasing Pure Mana externally.

His thoughts churned as he read the somewhat different description of this new Inherent Ability, his eyes honing in on the so-called restriction as he seemed to understand. Only someone like him was specifically restricted from freely releasing pure mana, as it would mean he had the output and force of an entire realm to release upon his enemies if he wished!

Such a thing completely broke the scales of balance in the Novus Galaxy and in the Universe as a whole, and in an effort to maintain a similitude of balance- Noah was restricted from being able to do such a thing! Thus, he could only continue to release mana in terms of skills and abilities.

He had an unwilling expression as he thought about this, feeling it to be an injustice. Yet, his thoughts were stopped yet again as the voice of the System continued to ring out in his mind.

The wondrous upgrade into a Realm did not just come with Mana Manipulation, but it came with the ability that went hand in hand- the capability to forge the skills which could put the newly gained manipulation skill into practice!
