Chapter 586 - I just wanted one thing!

The Celestial Realm had a truly beautiful environment.

When one traversed through it, they would normally see visibly colorful essence particles floating around in the surroundings, even the plants having a tinge of essence as they created for a paradisiacal atmosphere. This was especially so in the region close to the golden barrier that restricted the entry of many beings, it was simply a wondrous location to observe!

But currently, this location had actually been turned into a hellish environment where baleful Aether was freely permeating through as numerous Portals of Terror began to appear, a purple-blue hue overtaking everything in the surroundings.

The enormous figure of the solidified Celestial Emperor that Aldrich had assumed was surrounded by the tendrils of Aether as his fingers reached out and played with it with cold pairs of eyes, the three faces on the head of the incarnation he had fused with crying, laughing, and stern at the same time as his body released a golden glow to push this Aether away!

At the same time, Portals of Aether that actually released Aether Rays erupted towards him, eating up at the golden energy he released as Aldrich placed his entire focus on the monstrous transformation in front of his eyes.

The figure of Noah had activated numerous transformation abilities, but the Aether Star Form took all precedence as he took the enormous form of a Terror, but this time the form was actually more humanoid as the other transformations came into play!

The numerous tentacles had come together as they wrapped around each other to form into the muscles and form of a humanoid being at the exact same size of 100 miles similar to Aldrich. This form had purple-gold wings erupting from its back, a monstrous head with devilish horns erupting out as the pointed ends of these horns actually had a swirling ancient runic sigil that palpated with Aether.

This runic sigil atop the two horns was the condensed [Aether Lord’s Authority], continuously rotating as it released terrifying levels of Aether to permeate throughout the huge body!

There was an enormous golden runic sigil that represented the [Fate Lord’s Authority] swirling around Noah’s chest, a fiery red sigil in the form of a tattoo moving across his right hand, and a shimmering blue sigil also in the form of a tattoo swimming on his left hand.

His entire body was an assortment of colors and essence as his eyes opened up blood red, animalistic pupils brightly displayed within as fearsome sound erupted from its tentacle-covered mouth!

ROOOAAR!

OOOM!

Space shook as the waves of Aether, Fate, Chaos, Fire, and Water elements rushed out in droves, Noah actually not even taking the form of thousands of miles as he simply matched the same size that Aldrich displayed at this moment!

His left hand opened as a minuscule purple dagger appeared within it, this dagger enlarging until it stood perfectly within his hand releasing a purple sheen of light. The [Dagger of Time] had appeared once more as the essence of the Law of Time permeated out.

His right hand also opened as an enormous [Trident of the Sea] appeared, its pointed ends even ripping apart the space around it as on Noah’s body, the [Hydromancer’s Mantle] also appeared to thinly cover the grotesque monstrosity lying within, a Sea Domain erupting out at this moment as Noah just continued layering skills on top of skills!

If one actually took the time to measure the percentages of boosts that his armor alone provided, then to the domains he set up around him, then to the boosts displayed just in the description of the Trident of the Sea while within a domain of water, then to the authorities...to his abilities from multiple skill trees- there were essentially so many factors going on to simply grant Noah a crazy numerical value in terms of how much his abilities were boosted, and this was what he was using to match the strength of a Nebula Realm being!

This was how he bridged the gap between them, even though he didn’t know exactly how many stars Aldrich had formed within his Nebula at this moment!

His transformation finished resplendently as he breathed out, tendrils of Aether releasing from his mouth as he did so.

Even before he attacked, the entire landscape had been changed to a destructive one where much of the space was shattered, Portals of Terror continuing to automatically appear as they released more and more rays of Aether.

Aldrich glanced at all of this as his voice boomed out coldy while feeling the power of this being standing in front of him!

"You know, in my whole life I’ve only ever truly wanted one thing."

RUMBLE!

His voice carried with it waves of power as Noah saw the essence of a Grand Controller building up around Aldrich’s body.

"It’s to simply pass that barrier behind you and get my hands on what is truly mine, on the treasures that were promised only to me!"

RUMBLE!

"I found this Celestials Realm!"

"I explored every single stone and river!"

"All I want...is to just pass through that barrier and claim the rest!"

Awe-inspiring essence erupted out with his words, Noah’s eyes squinting as he saw the essence of a Grand Controller forming into a sharp edge around Aldrich’s enhanced staff that was made up of Fate Lines, which let him know that Aldrich was using an intent of |Attack| or something similar while utilizing his essence.

He thought simple words himself as droves of mana went towards activating and utilizing the unique essence of Grand Controller, golden square slabs of essence beginning to form all around his body as they prepared a ridiculous level of defense for the coming battle!

"Even though my goal is right in front of my eyes...something always pops up to stand in my way."

The three faces on Aldrich’s Celestial Emperor form each had their own emotions as he pointed his staff layered with hundreds of thousands of Fate Lines towards the transformed figure holding an enormous Trident of the Sea and a Dagger of Time.

Noah glanced at the wrathful Aldrich as he truly addressed this terrifying genius for the first time in his life.

"I’m not just here to stand in your way. I’m here to take everything away from you."

His voice calmly boomed out as he taunted this terrifying creature to cause even more instability within its psyche, and the effect was just that!

A flash of gold, and a flash of mixtures of gold, purple, red, blue...all sorts of colors rushed towards each other at this moment.

Aldrich’s faces were filled with wrath as he thundered forth, the battle between two Grand Controllers in the Novus Galaxy fully going underway as the mere impacts themselves continuously shattered space!

One was utilizing their unique essence for the intent of |Attack|, another was using it for |Robust Defense|.

It was the first time each of them were learning more on how to utilize the perks of a Grand Controller, but one would be shocked if they realized that even during all of this, the one known as Noah Osmont had not yet even used all his power!
