Chapter 597 - Multiple Law Inheritances!

Sometimes, too many shocking things can occur at once that one would often feel a sense of numbness after consecutive shock after shock.

Over an hour had passed, and Noah was currently feeling like this as he finished listening to shocking information from the entity that was the Novus Galaxy. He had asked for the reason as to why a Signal was allowed to be released to the outside Universe and invite destruction towards them, and the answer was a shocking one!

His head felt blank as he looked towards the face that had turned impassive once, any emotion it showed the moment he asked the question being completely gone as if it was never there.

[It will take some time, but I am confident in the Champion of this era.]

The voice of the Novus Galaxy was monotone, but held a hint of certainty as the blank while eyes stared at Noah.

[You are completing a Trait that requires the workings of an entire Galaxy to complete, whereas other creatures can only be granted Traits that are slightly exceptional or even normal by their Galaxies depending on what the river of fate tells them.]

The 1st Infernal Lord rose as she said this, looking around them while Noah continued to sit in a contemplative tone. This was because the bombshells dropped today had been too numerous, with their answers also being questionable!

[I know you may still not fully agree with or understand my reasoning as it jeopardizes the lives of all the creatures in this current era, but I did this after multiple cycles where creatures just like them faced complete destruction before everything started over again.]

The tone was somber as the concept of an entity watching as trillions died over and over again was brought up, the possible emotions behind it being something that very few could understand!

[You may feel emotional as you are connected to and know a few creatures in this Galaxy, but realize that I am connected to all of them! The emotions you feel are nothing compared to mine. If I still chose to undertake this route, it is naturally the route that I believe will give them the most chance to not be like the others in the past cycles that have destruction!]

Waves of fate and chaos rolled around as these words were said with certain strength, Noah looking up while still contemplating, looking at the many things around him that lay behind a certain golden barrier.

"What of Aldrich’s words about puppets?"

His pondering gaze asked another question in his mind as the 1st Infernal Lord turned towards him and titled her head.

[Do you truly believe you are a puppet?]

It was a questioning tone that held a hint of surprise, Noah not needing to wait as the voice continued.

[Do not confuse the moving of the river of fate with someone controlling you. Any time in the past months, you could have chosen to do different things that would have led you on a completely different path. Fate does not lead to a singular location, it can change and shift at any time because of just a single being’s actions. Even now after all this, you can choose to complete your Trait or not, you can choose to go forward with what I proposed or not. I cannot force you.]

Her blank gaze looked around the very deep areas of the Central Realm as she said this, Noah taking in the words as he half agreed with them and half didn’t!

Even though it was something wondrous that he himself knew he wanted to achieve, he still wondered whether he could really say no to all of it! This was the paradox he found himself in, as when he thought about the fantastical concept of an Infinite Mana Trait- he wanted to complete it.

When he thought about saving himself and all those he was connected to from eventual destruction that the Novus Galaxy had faced multiple times in the past, he also wanted to do this.

The entity that was the Novus Galaxy also wanted the same things that he wanted, so was he really being controlled to do all these things, or were they all just his choices?

His gaze was that of pondering as he felt that he already had an answer, but he left this topic behind as his eyes glanced at the many Protectors around the area behind the golden barrier.

"Alright, we can leave this behind for now. I should get started if we want to see a chance of success in the coming weeks."

The blank face of the 1st Infernal Lord nodded as they began to float further into the inner area of the Central Realm as Noah followed along.

[Aside from your Trait, you also carry the attribute unique to this Galaxy that allows you to quantify your abilities and universal laws into visible numbers, this attribute also allowing you to very easily comprehend universal laws when paired with your Trait.]

Their figures currently went towards the inner depths as Noah observed the numerous creatures that were all at the Star Forging Realm, a few at the Nebula Rank that also acted as Protectors popping up!

[In this Inner Realm, I have been able to put together the techniques for advancing through the normal and Supreme Laws, as well as unique laws such as Aether that a creature born in this galaxy is proficient in. Aside from other treasures that will mostly be useful to the beings you choose to elevate the strength of as your subordinates, these techniques will be the things that will be the most useful to you.]

The entity currently residing in the 1st Infernal Lord said this as their figures dove down towards the ground, passing the many scintillating ancient trees around them that vibrated with essence as Noah came upon a circular clearing that held multiple pedestals.

These pedestals each shone with their own unique essence as an enormous Inheritance Crystal lay on top of them, each Inheritance Crystal representing a different law!

He saw the ones shining red and blue as he recognized the Inheritances of the Disciple of Fire and Water, and he saw that nearest to them were two huge Crystals that shone green and grey- representing Earth and Air.

There were even more Inheritance Crystals that represented the laws of Space, Time, Light, Dark, Fate, Chaos, Karma, and even Aether!

An abundance of Inheritances for him to choose from on where he wanted his journey in the Universal Laws to continue.

[They should continue overlaying even more boosts to your power as you gain Authority from each of them and eventually becoming a Controller of multiple laws. You should have also seen the path of advancement as a Controller, yes? This will be the toughest gap to close between the coming Outsiders, as they have long begun on that path.]

The entity that was the Novus Galaxy looked towards Noah as she said this, Noah’s head nodding unconsciously as his eyes were fully focused on the many Inheritance Crystals in front of him.

He knew the path of advancement after gaining the title of Controller, and any enemies that could do anything to him would be those that already embarked on this path!

But he was leaving all of this for the future as he now focused on the abundant treasures lying before his eyes, as he went forward to learn the techniques of advancing through multiple universal laws so that he could fully put his clones to use in the Time Space of the Infinite Realm!
