Infinite Mana in the Apocalypse Chapter 864

"That's not all, the Fractures that tore apart galaxies...they actually seem to be expanding over time, and their rate of progression is not slow!"
…!
The Sword King delivering the news seemed to be vying for the top position of how many apocalyptic things one could say to get his points across, the Sword Emperor looking towards him as his expression was more grim than anybody else.
Why now?
Why now?!
He had only just located and began helping the Master of Ruination. The being was powerful, but not fully there to stand against the Spirit Race and obtain the other 2 Ruination Cores!
His tired eyes were filled with melancholy as he turned towards Morgana.
"Morgana, we truly have no time. Please give the Master of Ruination the Core…"
"Shut up!"
Morgana's face was scrunched up as she waved her hands unwillingly, another stellar Ruination Core appearing in her hands as the moment it appeared in space, it shot forth towards Noah with fervor as the eyes of Morgana trembled.
She had searched for this treasure as it stayed with her for so many years, and it now left her like an ungrateful child without so much as a thought!
THRUM!
It smashed into and melded with Noah's body as a scene similar to a prior one appeared, Noah's body glimmering with an intense red light soon as amazingly in the span of a day since entering the Consummate Sword Expanse...he had obtained 2 Ruination Cores!
"Well, Master of Ruination, do you feel overflowing power surging through you? You can finally appear out of the blue and save everyone?"
Morgana's voice rang out as Noah's feeling of reveling in the obtainment of Ruination Cores was cut short. He looked towards Morgana and the Sword Emperor as he spoke out calmly.

"We need to gather the rest of the Ruination Cores soon. What needs to be done to stop what is coming...it can only be done when all of the Cores are combined to become one Treasure!"
RUMBLE!
Noah's words pacified some of the fear of the apocalypse that many had begun to feel with the news the Entity came with.
"We also need to visit the Desolate Galaxies to see exactly what we're dealing with."
…!
"...we shall do just that. For the Ruination Cores, we have to pry them off the hands of the Spirit Race...as it seems they have ulterior motives that we cannot understand!"
The voice of the Sword Emperor rang out as Noah's eyes squinted, his voice coming out questioningly.
"Do you know anything about this?"
It wasn't the Sword Emperor that answered, the voluptuous Morgana feeling that the attention had shifted for her as she spoke to have all eyes turn toward her.
"Those fools at least want to welcome death, I can commend them for that! They do not want to work with anyone about anything, simply locking themselves up in their Spirit Realms as the years waste away!"
The Spirit Race of the Dark Universe. Beings with unique physiologies that had enormous power in their hands. Yet...they weren't the ones moving earnestly to save their Universe!
It was such an unbelievable reality that many did not know what to make of it…
---
In a place multiple light years away from the Consummate Sword Expanse, there was a wide array of realms clustered together to make an enormous and majestic Spirit Domain where the unique Spirit Race resided.
The homes of these beings boasting an enormous amount of power were eerily silent even though they were filled with trillions of beings. This was due to the fact that each of them could mentally connect with each other, their Realms filled with a sense of silence that one would normally not come across in other places!

At this moment, deep in the Spirit Domain.
In an area where powerful auras resided, two cubed red black Cores shone with a gorgeous light twice before dying down not too long later each time.
The shining of these cubes represented a great deal of things to those that held them, with their reaction this time being particularly important as it represented a shocking reality!
"This is somewhat unexpected."
A voice rang out, but it wasn't ringing out in the outside world- it was in the mental world of the Spirit Race!
It traveled amongst the minds of a group of powerful beings as the eyes of many of them were focused on one.
"What did you find out from utilizing the Dao? You were always the keenest among us."
A Sage of the Spirit Race was put on the spot as his incorporeal body was masked in the darkness, his voice ringing out.
"The Master of Ruination has unexpectedly collected 4 Ruination Cores, with the two in our hands being his next aim. I didn't expect for the two childish creatures in the Sword Expanse to give them to him so easily."
His voice was inquisitive as a shockingly powerful Dao Essence swirled around him, the essence golden in color as it represented Destiny!
His incorporeal hands seemed to be reaching into a cloud of gold as he plucked out fruits of knowledge, his expression constantly changing as an innumerable amount of information entered his mind.
His expression hardened somewhat in the next second as something seemed to have occurred.
"I can't grasp any more information on the Master of Ruination, which brings some uncertainties on what is to come."
A shocking message was passed from him as something perplexing to the Spirit Race occurred!
"As the one capable of wielding Ruination Cores, our sight might have been masked by the fact that he owns more of them."
"Possibly…"
The Sage in question had a piercing expression as possibilities were brought forward. But neither of the powerful beings of the Spirit Race brought forward the true reason why the Grand Dao of Destiny could not be used to get information on the Tyrannical Entity!
This phenomenon began the moment that Noah gained the Cosmic Dao of Ruination, the Sage of the Spirit Race only finding out about it now!
"The plans do not change nonetheless. The two Sages from the Sword Expanse can be handled, the allies he will bring forth only being able to stand against the soldiers in our ranks...the only thing we need to account for is his ability to be invulnerable for an hour and the capability to escape death by leaving our Time…"
RUMBLE!
Shocking plans and schemes were in play for the Tyrannical Entity as the powerful Spirit Race accounted for many scenarios!
"It has already begun in the Desolate Galaxies, we could simply tether his soul to the destructive energies of Ruination that have begun spreading out there…"
"Possibly…"
"Ruination…"
The voices spoke in different tones yet sounded alike at the same time. It was an eerie environment to be in as the Sages of the Spirit Race were trying to think one and two steps ahead of a being they knew would be hard to kill!

Aeternalis
One born of nothingness. A world born of everything. To return all to nothing. Or surrender to everything. A man born into an infinite world, trying to find his path to the top. Trials and tribulations come from friends and foes alike until all bow before him. ------------------------------------- Author here! This is my 3rd story on RoyalRoad, the other two having long since been dropped years ago. They were a mess of ideas and had no real substanence to them, leading me to begin hating writing them and eventually just stop writing altogether for about a year and a half. Finally, after reading hundreds of thousands of pages of novels, from low fantasy to sci-fi litrpg's to thousands of pages long xianxias, I finally feel ready to write a real story that isn't a cesspool of ideas blended together. I plan to see this out to the end, as I already have the first few major arcs planned out unlike my other stories where I thought of ideas as I wrote. This story takes place in a world with a litrpg system, as per tags. This isn't a VRMMO or Reincarnation story. The main character exists in and is from said world. There are some differences from other litrpg's which will be explained in author notes in the few few chapters. I plan to publich 6-7 chapters a week, each 2-3k words long. If i fail to do so I will create a back-log I have to eventually make up but as of writing this it's the summer for me so I'll have plenty of time to write. Enjoy, and welcome to the world of Aeternalis.
