Across the Bloody Battlefield Galaxies that his forces had begun to fight in, Noah sent in a clone in each of the 9 Galaxies as even though his subordinates held a great deal of power in the Great Sage and Sage levels, there was still a risk when they faced the terrifying forces of a Universal Hegemony that had been in these same levels for thousands of years.

As Noah's main body looked at these scenes, he knew it was time to birth the second Dao from the options he had theorized, and this one would particularly go towards strengthening those that followed him...and also grant him a boost in a direction that many Universal Hegemonies were fighting on- to influence large amounts of beings in the cosmos en masse!

His eyes turned bright as his main body sent his thoughts to the Universal Core, beams of luminous lights shooting out as even Valentina who should have been drawn into the occurring battles couldn't help but turn her eyes to the figure of Noah in the golden mirror.

"I wish to birth a second Dao."

THRUM!

The Master of the Universal Core spoke, and an eruption of essence occurred a second later as the Dao Noah had in mind was sent to the Core as it was then tweaked and tuned, glorious lights and mana shooting out from all around as soon after, a runic word similar to how Subterfuge had taken form began to appear!

In the direction of the centermost location of the Universal Core, an immense amount of essence went forward to cause the culmination of a single word…[FEALTY]!

The moment this word was formed, it disappeared as it searched for the creature that birthed it, appearing in front of Noah's body in the Dark Universe a second later as it smashed into his Origin and Soul, finding its Architect as it caused Noah's body to shine with a glorious light.

This scene was nonchalantly displayed in the Golden Mirror Valentina was discussing with Noah through, her eyes popping out as she stared in utter stupor at the scene of Runic Dao Symbol she had seen only once in her life when she formed her own Dao!

"You...what…!"

The Universal Hegemony was forced into a stupor for the first time since she met Noah, her eyes shaking at the fact that a being who currently had his clones fighting in galaxies of a faraway Universe actually took time to birth a Dao, and he domineeringly did it right in front of her.

Valentina's eyes were shaking even more as she knew the process of birthing a dao, where a Universal Realm Hegemony had to be in tune with the Universe within their Origin, resonating with it and getting on a certain frequency as such a thing would take them days if not months.

Only when they were truly in tune and were lucky and powerful enough within their Realm, they might be able to condense a Dao Rune and form their own Dao!

It took the utter care and all the power of a Universal Hegemony just to have a chance to birth a Dao, and this being just floated in the starry space, birthing a dao as if he could do it whenever he pleased!

It was a stupendous scene as within seconds, Noah opened his eyes as an intense light swirled within, turning his gaze onto a panel that showed the information on the new Dao he had birthed.

LESSER [Dao of Fealty] :: A Lesser Dao birthed by the Universal Core of Noah Osmont. As the Dao Architect, Noah Osmont can comprehend and assimilate the Dao at 10 times the normal speed. The Dao of Fealty allows a being with extensive influence over others to boost their power, with those who swear Fealty and are considered as [Vassals] becoming applicable subordinates under the banner of an Emperor. [Vassals] can access 5% of the total power of their Emperor, with the amount of power they can access being limited by their comprehension and assimilation in the Dao of Fealty. Complete comprehension allows for 10% access, with full Assimilation granting 15% access. The unique abilities, qualities, laws, and LESSER Daos of the Emperor can be utilized by the Vassals in a much lower form, with the possibilities of Grand or Cosmic Daos being utilized by them only becoming a reality if the Dao of Fealty is elevated to those respective levels. Vassals with more than 50% Comprehension in the Dao of Fealty are given the titles of Barons, those with complete Comprehension being titled Earls, those over 50% Assimilation being titled Dukes, with Vassals standing at complete Assimilation being titled Kings as all of the Titled Vassals are under the banner of their Emperor...

Mana settled down as a new Dao was made.

A dao to insanely increase the strength of the forces he could control, one that also had a shocking utility from the eyes of those in the Universal Realm- it was the fact that the one who birthed this Dao could very easily influence many beings as this Dao offered strength for Fealty!

But when it came to Noah who stood above an entire Universe and could extend his call for Fealty to the beings within it...just how would everything turn out?

The answer...oh the answer to this would be a shocking phenomenon that one could only experience once in their life time!

It felt like the calm before the storm as after Noah affirmed the limits of what he could create with a Lesser Dao, he began the process of comprehending and assimilating it!

Beams of luminous light shone through Noah's eyes as the clone within the Ruination Realm began to comprehend the Dao of Fealty.

A second passed...and he attained full comprehension!

In her Realm, Valentina had to rise from her seat as she watched Noah's figure in the Golden Mirror, seeing the light of a foreign fully comprehended Dao burst out a second after its creation.

Her fair lips parted a second later as she saw...the light of assimilation erupt out to signify full assimilation of this same Dao!
