At this juncture...we can't even start mentioning the shocking scenes that were playing out within the Bloody Battlefields Galaxies of the Animus Universe where Noah's new overpowered [Vassals] were displaying their power.

We have to actually veer away from them as we go towards beings not in the Animus Universe...but in Noah's very own Dark Universe!

A random creature in a small galaxy within the Dark Universe that had not even come in contact with Noah or his forces, the creature merely being at the EPIC Rank of power.

A prompt appeared in front of this creature.

In a hidden Realm within the Dark Universe where a unique race of creatures made of light peacefuly lived, the same prompt appeared in front of all of them!

Within Noah's very own Universal Core that houses tens of thousands of Galaxies' worth of planetary bodies, this prompt began to appear on the eyes of every single being!

Young or Old.

Poor or Rich.

Powerful or weak!

In front of every single being, the effect and influence of a Dao was spread to them as the being utilizing it had something that made this shocking possibility into a reality.

It was of course...the endless Mana that was churning out the essence of this Lesser Dao and sending this prompt to every single creature within the Dark Universe he stood atop of!

If a powerful Universal Realm Hegemony had created a Dao similar to Noah, they would not be able to utilize it to the extent he was as they did not have the quantity of Mana that he had! Even the Architect of the Dao of Summoning that drew nods from other Hegemonies at the genius of her Dao- even she only facilitated the contractual obligations as her Dao was only known and spread like any other Daos.

Its influence could be broken, just like how the Universal Hegemony Ambrose was currently breaking it!

Yet Noah...he birthed a Dao that was applicable to an entire Universe, being even more unique to him as he stood on top of a Universe and those within it...could all be easily influenced by his Dao.

All they had to do was say yes!

Say yes to be able to access 5% of the power of a terrifying being, say yes to have your mana reserves multiplied by many times over!

Say yes...to start an era of Madness and Tyranny!

It didn't matter if they came across laws or Daos, or how weak or powerful they were on the scale of power. In fact, the vast majority of creatures receiving the Call of Fealty would forever only have access to anything more than 5% of Noah's power as many would not even be able to take a step towards the comprehension of the Dao.

But just the mere fact of being able to borrow the minimal amount that the Dao of Fealty provided...the changes brought about by it were simply too monstrous!

Madness.

This was the only word that could aptly describe the current situation!

Utter madness for the scale that Noah chose to work on!

Such a prompt appeared on every being within the Dark Universe, the vast majority accepting it right away as those who didn't accept it out of carefulness..would come to accept it in time when they saw the power that those around them would come to display!

Something of even more importance within all this to keep in mind was the goals of many Universal Hegemonies who could even birth Daos.

They fought to influence Universes on a large scale as at their Realms, this was the only way for them to have a chance to advance forward, and Noah found information about this first hand from the details of the [Architect of the Dao] that showed different perks depending on if one's dao was capable of affecting a few beings, a Universe, or even an entire Cosmos!

Noah's first Dao had only just begun to be cultivated by the strongest beings of his Universe, but even this didn't go towards enhancing their power too much as the influence of it was not too large.

But the influence of a Dao that allowed them to borrow a base 5% of his strength...and then when one applied this not just to them, but to the creatures of the entire Universe…

Ah!

The result was truly and utterly only going to become madness!

Noah's body shone with lustrous light as he continued to release his essence like a tide, floating in the starry space as he was in a unique state where he received enormous feedbacks every single second as trillions upon trillions of beings became his Vassals.

His eyes and mouth shot out majestic beams of cerulean blue light endlessly, mana fluctuations reverberating outward and the essence of Fealty continued to spread out!

The golden mirror that hung not too far away showed the image of a Universal Hegemony in utter shock, her eyes trembling as she observed the scene of Noah that he chose to display!

Maybe he didn't think it would show such a terrifying sight, maybe he didn't account for what was about to happen to actually be seen...but the scenes occurring were that of pure fantasy as even a Universal Realm expert was put into shock.

The eyes of this Universal Hegemony were in for an even more shock as it was around this time when a majority of beings in Noah's Dark Universe had answered the Call of Fealty.

It meant...that his Dao had actually descended down and been able to influence an entire Universe, not even a vast majority of it like most powerful Hegemonies would be able to do!
