Chapter 730: So This is the Exit
Translator: Henyee Translations Editor: Henyee Translations
Shuang Yukong almost descended into panic upon being overwhelmed by the monstrous aura, but his vast reserve of battle experience as a veteran Return to Void Stage mighty figure allowed him to regain control over his emotions as he unleashed all of his trump cards without hesitation.
Celestial Sun Shield! Void Spirit Evasion! Divine Talisman of Life!
Divine lightning revolved around Shuang Yukong’s body in an attempt to break the spatial seal.
The Celestial Sun Shield positioned itself behind him while exuding a vast defensive power.
“So hungry…”
The gigantic human head mumbled as it glared at Shuang Yukong with its huge crimson eyes. The space within a radius of over ten thousand feet suddenly transformed into a powerful vortex that instantly pulverized the Celestial Sun Shield!
“Pwah!”
Shuang Yukong threw up a mouthful of blood, immediately following which a heartwrenching cry escaped his lips.
Bam!
His body exploded amid a terrifying spatial explosion.
Body parts flew through the air before being sucked toward the giant human head’s mouth, upon which it quickly began to chew.
“Hmm… why does this taste so weird? Could it be that I’ve eaten a fake Return to Void Stage life form?” The human head chewed with confusion on its face.
At this moment, the dragon head suddenly opened its golden eyes, which seemed to be able to pierce through all the illusions within this world.
“You stupid c*nt! You ARE eating a fake Return to Void Stage mighty figure,” the dragon head said.
Crack… Boom!
A bolt of golden lightning blasted forth from the dragon head’s mouth before crashing into a certain spot in the air, which then began to ripple violently.
“Ah…!” A figure began to appear. This was a man whose stomach had been punctured, leaving a ghastly hole in his midsection.
The man was none other than Shuang Yukong, who had just used the Divine Talisman of Life to resurrect himself.
Shuang Yukong immediately fled into the distance with shock and horror on his face.
His enemy was far too powerful! Their spatial power plunged him into the depths of despair, and they were able to easily see through the transition made by his Divine Talisman of Life, which was undetectable even to Return to Void Final Stage mighty figures…

He had no chance in hell of defeating such a fearsome creature!
During his escape, the entire space around him suddenly transformed into a boundless sea of flames.
Shuang Yukong’s expression shifted drastically as he unleashed his power of frost to keep the flames at bay. However, the monstrous flames were far too powerful for him to contend with, and it instantly burned through his defenses before engulfing his entire body.
“Ah…!”
An anguished wail reverberated throughout the entire space.
“Burp…”
The phoenix head, whose eyes remained closed, suddenly burped with a satisfied smile.
“B*tch! How dare you use your divine ability to steal my food!” The dragon head roared with rage.
“Why are you scolding me?” the human head asked with an aggrieved expression.
Phoenix head: “…”
“Stupid c*nt!” The dragon head glared at the human head and asked irritably, “Was I talking to you?”
The human head grew even more upset. “Who else could you be talking to?”
The phoenix head opened its eyes, which were like a pair of bright suns. “Well, you’re not alone here.”
“That’s right! I have you two with me!” The human head agreed with a joyful expression.
“That’s not my point!” the phoenix head retorted.
The human head didn’t understand. “???”
“Stupid c*nt!” the dragon head scoffed again.
The human head was upset again.
“Alright, stop fighting,” the phoenix head said in a slow and methodical voice, as if it was the leader of the group, “In any case, your energy would also be replenished from what I ate. I’m helping you guys eat, so you should be thanking me.”
“Thank you, Brother Phoenix!” The human head was extremely grateful.
The dragon head couldn’t take it anymore. “Stupid c*nt!”
Phoenix head: “…”
To the north of the Phoenix Research Institute was an incredibly tall mountain.
At the summit of the mountain, there was an immortal realm.
Serene clouds drifted over the sky here, and all manners of stunning, vibrant flowers flourished.
At the center of the sea of flowers was a pristine, white palace.
The palace was encapsulated by a barrier of rainbow light, which isolated it from the outside world.

“Are you sure this is the way out?” Tina pointed with a tiny finger at the rippling gate before them.
Xiao Ze nodded with an expression that suggested that he had seen through everything. “Of course! Can’t you see that the palace isn’t that big? On the contrary, this gate is extremely large, so there is a proportional mismatch! On top of that, what kind of normal gate has spatial ripples running across the surface? Hence, the palace is just a smokescreen that keeps people from seeing the gate, which is the true passageway between the two worlds!”
Tina felt like Xiao Ze’s analysis was reasonable. Furthermore, this mountain was clearly something out of the ordinary. A gate at the summit of an extraordinary mountain had to be extraordinary by default! This logic was watertight!
“I can sense that Master is nearby, but he’s being isolated from us by something, so I can’t detect his exact location. I feel like it must be because this gate is standing between us that I’m unable to sense Master’s location!” Xiao Ze continued in his analysis.
“Hmm, I can also distinctly feel that Giant An Lin is nearby, but I can’t tell where he is. He must be waiting for us on the other side of this gate!” Tina chimed in with a broad grin.
Beast pet contracts and disciple contracts allowed the involved parties to be able to detect the presence and location of one another within a certain range.
However, this detection ability of theirs was being impeded by some sort of mysterious force, which suggested that something stood between the two parties. This spatial gate must be what’s standing between them!
“What are we waiting for then? Let’s destroy this barrier!” Xiao Ze encouraged, “If Master can break through this barrier to get out of here, then we can too!”
“Alright!” A solemn expression appeared on Tina’s face as she began to accumulate power.
Boom boom boom…
Lightning exploded and holy light flashed.
The two Return to Void Stage mighty figures unleashed a torrent of attacks upon the rainbow barrier, and the resulting shockwaves blasted several hundred comical faces in the sky above into oblivion.
At the same time, within the white palace, a black ball was rotating at extreme speed.
A ridiculously beautiful woman with the lower body of a snake furrowed her brows slightly.
Who the hell was it that was bombarding the spell formation around her mansion?
If it wasn’t for the fact that she had to fight Bai Ling for control over this world, she would go out and teach those two impudent kids a lesson!
That’s right, she was the true body of Black Spirit Snake!
Her clone had just encountered An Lin not too long ago and attempted to take his phoenix egg away.
However, not only had she failed to secure the phoenix egg, even the demonic baby that she had set up with the sole purpose of distracting Bai Ling had also been subdued. It would be fine if that was the extent of the situation as she still held the upper hand anyway.
But what the hell was going on with these two accursed Return to Void Stage mighty figures who were bombarding her house?!
It was just a pity that she had only materialized one clone prior to the commencement of her battle against Bai Ling, and that clone had been blasted into oblivion by Bai Ling. As such, there was no one around that could deliver a warning to those mighty figures outside…
Boom boom boom!
Boom boom boom…
The two Return to Void Stage mighty figures seemed to have all the patience in the world as they continued to rain down attacks upon the barrier.
Black Spirit Snake had been completely enraged. Were those two f*cking retarded?!
Couldn’t they see that this was a house?
This was her private property!
And as the owner of the private property, she had set up a spell formation to keep out intruders!
What the f*ck were those two nutjobs doing?! Why were they bombarding her spell formation?!
Trespassing and harassment were crimes! Didn’t they understand that?
However, unbeknown to Black Spirit Snake, Tina and Xiao Ze had visualized the door to her mansion as the door to the outside world! As such, they were fighting for their freedom!

Further, this means characters act on what they know, which is almost always less than the reader knows. Something else to know. These books do not hold your hand. If you're reading it and thinking "Gosh, why aren't 'they' doing some 'obvious' thing." Bad news. You probably missed something that explains exactly that.
