Chapter 907: Suicidal Tribulation Transcendence
Translator: Henyee Translations Editor: Henyee Translations
The Spiritual Energy of Heaven and Earth surged violently.
If this were in the past, all the students and teachers would definitely turn pale with fright.
However, all of them were now just looking out the window indifferently, as if they were already used to it.
“Is someone else transcending a tribulation again?”
“Looks like it. And from its magnitude, it appears that this is a tribulation from the Soul Formation Stage to the Return to Void Stage. It’s quite similar to the time that wolf transcended his tribulation.”
“Haha… It definitely won’t be one of the students then. It must be one of Senior Student An Lin’s beast pets again!”
“It must be that extremely adorable snow soul beast! Ah… I really want to go watch.” Some of the female students were itching to go.
“How about we apply for a break? Just say we’re on our periods?” Another female student was blushing with embarrassment, but she still mustered up the courage to make a suggestion.
At the front of the classroom, a female teacher was quite depressed to hear this. Could you be a little quieter when discussing things next time? Your teacher is not deaf!!!
In another classroom, there was a man wearing a radiant smile as he discussed karma. He peered out the window before turning to the students with a faint smile. “Students, when you think the person that is right for you has appeared, do not hesitate. Pursue them with determination, or you’ll only be leaving disappointment and regret for yourself in the future.”
All the students were confused. Why was the teacher suddenly saying something like this?
“Hmm… Something that I must pursue in my life has just emerged. It is an ideal opportunity for me to observe my dao realm, so this is now going to be a self-study period. Goodbye, students!” The man chuckled before tearing open a spatial passageway on the spot. He then disappeared into it.
All of the students were dumbstruck upon seeing this.
“I feel like what the teacher said is quite true, but did he really ditch us just like that?”
“He’s probably going to watch An Lin’s beast pet transcend their tribulation. He would always go to witness trial tribulations in order to inspire himself…”
“Then we…”
The class captain thought to himself for a few seconds before speaking, “The teacher has encouraged us to cherish fate, so go do what you want to do and may fate lead you somewhere great!”

“Oh…” All the students understood what was being said. So class was dismissed?
Thus, the entire classroom was instantly emptied…
Who the f*ck would still stay in the classroom when there was an opportunity to spectate!
Thus, a bunch of spectators slowly gathered around the scene of the tribulation transcendence.
There were teachers who had set up enchantment barriers around the mountain to prevent the power from the lightning from injuring the surrounding students.
Vice-Principal Yu Hua looked on from a distance with furrowed brows. “Why is An Lin still there? Isn’t he afraid of disrupting Xue Zhantian’s tribulation transcendence?”
Sword Immortal Ming Yuan, who had just ditched his classroom full of students, was also looking on with a meaningful smile. “It looks like Student An Lin is about to show us something amazing again.”
In the sky above, dark clouds gathered as heaven and earth dimmed.
Bolts of golden lightning flashed like golden dragons, emanating extremely fearsome lightning might.
Xue Zhantian flapped his little wings as he let loose a torrent of abuse up at the sky. “I’ll *&T%mmp…”
An Lin stood beside him with a joyful expression, while all the other students and teachers were dumbstruck.
Hurling some abuse at the sky prior to tribulation transcendence? Was this some kind of ritual?!
Boom boom boom…
It was as if the sky had heard the abuse being hurled at it, the golden lightning began to surge even more violently.
Tribulation transcendence to the Soul Formation Stage consisted of forty-nine bolts of tribulation lightning, but Return to Void Stage tribulation transcendence consisted of eighty-one bolts of Golden Void Lightning, so the levels of difficulty were completely different. Even the most outstanding prodigies stood very little chance of surviving this terrifying barrage.
Sword Immortal Ming Yuan’s eyes lit up upon seeing the insolent Xue Zhantian. This was the first time he had seen such a bold tribulation transcendence.
Boom!
A bolt of golden lightning flashed through the air before landing on Xue Zhantian’s body.
Terrifying electricity crackled over his round body, frantically destroying all of his cells.
Xue Zhantian chortled with mirth. “Hahaha… That was weak as sh*t! Your grandpa, Xue Zhantian, can take ten thousand more of those without breaking a sweat!!!”
He then started pointing up the sky and hurling another torrent of abuse.
“Are all of Student An Lin’s beast pets so… special?” Ten thousand mythological beast stampeded over Vice-Principal Yu Hua’s heart as he listened to the absolutely filthy tirade being delivered.

Sword Immortal Ming Yuan pulled out a photographic crystal and snapped pictures like mad. “Xue Zhantian is now hurling the second round of verbal abuse! Are the heavens going to be enraged? Will the tribulation lightning make drastic jumps in power as a result?”
Boom!
The second bolt of tribulation lightning fell, but unfortunately, it was only slightly more powerful than the previous one as it followed a natural pattern of progression. This was a little disappointing to Sword Immortal Ming Yuan.
A disdainful smile appeared on Xue Zhantian’s face as he continued to shovel filth into the sky.
A beauty with her long legs sheathed in black pantyhose gasped with shock as she sat on her huge book. “This snow soul beast is so adorable, but why does it have such a filthy mouth?”
“I think it adds to his appeal, Teacher Yue Ying!” A female student listened with relish as she looked on with a dainty smile.
Earth Immortal Yue Ying stared speechlessly at that female student with concern welling up in her heart.
Xue Zhantian’s insult vocabulary was simply astounding, to the extent that there was no repeat of any particular insult! Wasn’t this setting a bad example for all these adorable, spectating students?
What if they began insulting each other like this as a form of interaction? That would simply be unimaginable…
Bolts of divine lightning continued to fall, and Xue Zhantian was like an unyielding f*cker of the heavens. Not only was he unleashing all sorts of defensive spell techniques, but he was also continuing to hurl verbal abuse. It didn’t matter whether it was doing anything, it was still extremely satisfying.
The Golden Void Lightning became more and more powerful. After the seventieth bolt of lightning, just the power escaping from the lightning strikes were able to reduce the earth in a radius of several hundred feet to dust.
Xue Zhantian’s altitude sank lower and lower.
Vice-Principal Yu Hua stared up at the mountain peak that was slowly being blasted into non-existence, and he silently pulled out a notepad to make a record. That was another protected heritage site… He vowed to make An Lin pay compensation for all these heinous crimes!!!
Xue Zhantian’s entire body was covered in a protective barrier of ice and snow, which could effectively blunt the power of the tribulation lightning. On top of that, he possessed quite a powerful physical body, so he wasn’t really even injured after taking more than seventy bolts of lightning.
Slowly, Xue Zhantian grew exhausted from hurling abuse.
He turned to look at the man beside him with profound anticipation in his eyes.
The eightieth bolt of divine lightning tore through space like a golden divine sword, crashing down toward Xue Zhantian at extreme speed.
At this moment, a man suddenly positioned himself in front of Xue Zhantian before spreading his arms.
Boom!
Golden lightning exploded and surged through his body before instantly being gobbled up by An Kirin, who was inside his sea of vital energy.
Countless spectators’ eyes widened in incredulity upon seeing this.
“Why… Why would he do that?!” Vice-Principal Yu Hua also drew a sharp intake of breath.
Actively interfering with a heavenly tribulation would make it even more fearsome.
It was exactly because of this that most people transcending tribulations required guardians to prevent any disruptions from taking place.
However, An Lin was now actively disrupting his own beast pet’s tribulation transcendence. Was he trying to murder his own beast pet?!
All the students and teachers stared at An Lin and Xue Zhantian with astonishment.
The sky really did seem to have been enraged as a deep rumbling of thunder erupted.
In the end, several extremely powerful bolts of Golden Void Lightning merged as one to create a single bolt of lightning, which exuded an extremely terrifying lightning might. Golden light completely pierced through the dark clouds, turning the entire world golden. The space in the sky above began to crack open, revealing inky-black rifts, as if the sky were about to shatter.
To everyone’s surprise, Xue Zhantian was not critical nor resentful toward An Lin in the slightest. Instead, he chortled gleefully as an unprecedented excitement burst forth from his eyes.
“Hahaha… The heavens sure do look angry!
“Come! Today will be remembered as the day I slash the sky!”
Following his almighty roar, his previously flawed dao heart was suddenly perfected.
“This… Is he insane? Why would he be so happy?” Some of the students were befuddled.
The teachers were completely perplexed as well. “This is the most suicidal tribulation transcendence I have ever seen!”
It was also at this moment that a pillar of powerful white light burst forth from Xue Zhantian’s body before soaring straight into the sky, clashing with the golden lightning!

Fallout: Vault X
An original novel set in the Fallout universe, written to be accessible to all, featuring unique people and places. Vol.II. out now Fallout: Vault X tells the story of John. A vault dweller, who spent every day of his twenty five years underground. Like his father, and his father before him. Proud to live in the last remaining bastion of humanity, all that survived The Great War of the atomic age. Hidden deep below the surface of the earth, toiling under brutal conditions. Year after year, decade upon decade. All to expand into the natural cave system the Vault occupied, building for the future. However, John knew what his forefathers did not, that everything he’d been taught was a lie. After finishing school at the age of ten, John received his standard issue pipboy. An arm mounted personal computer, worn by everyone in the Vault. Used to coordinate the relentless pace of expansion, needed to work as an apprentice. To learn the craft that would be his life’s work. A noble calling to ensure a future for all that remained of the human race. A quirk of fate saw John equipped not with the crude, clunky, pipboy model his father wore. That almost everyone around him wore. His looked smaller, sleeker, finished in a jet black sheen. And capable of doing far more than its drab counterparts. The world above had been ravaged by atomic flames, yet life clung to its bones. The Red Valley fared better than most in the century since the bombs fell. The clean water and rich soil protected by rolling hills. All spared from direct strikes, for the most part. Life survived here. Trees spawned from charred ground, misshapen, green leaves turned red. Along with simple crops, grown wild at first, then cultivated by the survivors. The scavengers of the old world were inventive, hardy people. All determined to rebuild in the ruins of a world they never knew. In the decades that passed settlements emerged. They grew, spreading along the valley floor. Reclaiming the pre-war remnants of the once industrialised heartland. Salvaging the robotic wonders of a bygone age to build their walls and work their fields. To protect them in the dark of the wasteland. But such things are uncommon in this world, and the rarer something is, the greater its value. And the worth of pre-war technology had not gone unnoticed. The last, real, power in this world rested in the mechanised hands of The Brotherhood of Steel. Forged from the mortally wounded old world military. The Brotherhood used its access to the weapons made for a conflict no one won to strike out into the wastes. Men and women were equipped with advanced armour, aerial transportation, high grade weaponry. Accompanied by the training, strength, and will, to put them to use. They established chapters and set up outputs far and wide. All dedicated to a single purpose. To ensure the technology left abandoned by its long dead creators didn’t fall into the wrong hands. Namely, any hands that were not their own. This is the world John escaped into. A place of horrors brought forth from atomic fire. A place where survival meant battling against the darkness. Fighting a war each day to get to the next. And war...war never changes

Leftover Apocalypse
[Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] This is a story about the newly-adult Calliope Smith having a terrible day that ends in her getting mysteriously teleported from Phoenix, Arizona to a fantasy world where her life is in constant danger. She considers this an upgrade. Someone evil is looking for her, and she doesn't know why. Someone who seems to know a lot about her has promised they'll help her, but she doesn't know who they are. All that matters to Callie is that magic is real and one way or another she's going to learn it. The end of the world is coming up, sure, but Callie won't need to worry about that. In fact, by the time she even finds out about it one of the doomsday devices will already be destroyed, and the authorities will be well on the way to dealing with the other one. It's fine. Everything will be smooth sailing. Almost certainly. Probably. Chapters are usually about 2500-3500 words, and the goal is to post 2-3 per week but I sometimes get busy or have some writers block. It's your standard portal fantasy / Isekai premise, but unlike some the main character's time on Earth and how she got pulled into another world will (eventually) be explored. Some slight GameLit-feeling stuff later, no menus or level-ups but there's something suspiciously like a skill tree when the magic system gets going. No number crunching, and while the main character will get to do some silly stuff she won't be a god like in some fics (and will in fact spend a lot of time being badly outclassed by her enemies). Some reader interaction, ranging from adding to the worldbuilding to occasionally making big important decisions about skill progression. Please note that the main character is flawed and impulsive, and will make some stupid decisions. That's part of the story, but I get that it's not for everyone. Trigger Warnings: Foster care system references, crappy parenting. Some mental health adjacent stuff, specifically the main character has some issues where she experiences varying levels of empathy and emotional vulnerability depending on the day (it's complicated and not meant to portray any real-world conditions). Occasional violence including mention of death and grievous bodily harm, but no detailed descriptions of gore.

Unlike wars among countries, wars across continents were in a whole other league. Death was always nearby, creeping near to take away your life. But Ren however, was given something else entirely. “[Loner] title activated, declining invitation to heavenly dome. Remaining in current world…” _____________________________________________________________________ A/N: Ok, so for those wondering about my other fiction, it's still alive. I plan on continuing it, and I plan on posting the next chapter for it about on or after Christmas. The reason for it was because all of my plans, layout, even outline, as well as some chapters I was suppose to release were deleted thanks to a mishap by my classmate. That really triggered me so I got unmotivated, but I plan on continuing it so don't worry. Also, I plan on writing this new series, much more because there is no more classes (CHRISTMAS BREAK HERE I COME!!!), sadly, I still have to take a removal exam because I failed one of my subjects (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!) Well anyway, that's enough for me, enjoy!
