As one traveled up along the tree trunk, their horizons would continue to be broadened. Mighty figures with exceptional eyesight would even be able to see the land beyond the White Nectar Sea.

The tree trunk pierced through the clouds, through the atmosphere, and had even reached above the sun.

A woman in white boots wearing a light green dress sat on a branch, gently swinging her fair, long legs. Her green hair danced in the wind, and pink flower petals from the tree branches swirled around her hair, creating a beautiful scene to behold.

She wore a green floral wreath on her wrist, and she tucked stray strands of hair behind her ear, revealing her pointy ear. Her orange eyes were as dazzling as the sunset, striking the onlooker with a sense of entrancement. At this moment, her eyes reflected two colors; a world during daytime and a starry night sky.

At the pinnacle of the tree, the scenery was out of this world. Even during the day, one could see the entire world as well as the vast starry sky outside of the world.

The woman sitting on the tree was so beautiful that she did not look as if she belonged to this world. Her beauty was something that should not exist in this world.

Her brows were gently furrowed at this moment, and she had her eyes fixed upon the northern direction, as if she could see through countless kilometers of space to survey the scenes there.

After a long while, she muttered to herself, “It’s An Lin and Chen Chen again. Not only did they break my formation, but they’ve even smashed the Northern Heavenly Gate now…”

Chen Chen nodded slightly. Those were clearly his thoughts as well.

The Heavenly Mountain God possessed a part of the Heavenly Earth God’s power, so it made sense that its power could disrupt the Heavenly Gate created by the Heavenly Earth God. This was an extremely important piece of information that they had to take note of.

“So why didn’t the Heavenly Earth God appear here?” An Lin was still perplexed.

“Apparently, the Heavenly Light Goddess has a special ability that can help one recover from backlash from the Heavenly Dao.”

“After the Heavenly Earth God’s intervention last time, he had already been afflicted by a backlash from the Heavenly Dao. Hence, he’s most likely receiving treatment from the Heavenly Light Goddess now,” Chen Chen speculated.

An Lin was enlightened. “No wonder you suggested destroying the Northern Heavenly Gate.”

Chen Chen smiled. “The sun rises in the east.”
