Cheng Sheng was frowning while Fei Yin chuckled and sweetly kissed him on the cheeks as they lied on the bed, hugging each other. "Your cultivation doesn't permit you to… and now, you have a holy power." He told him, which made Cheng Sheng frown deeper while he laughed louder.

"What was that earlier?" Cheng Sheng asked.

"Hm? What?" Fei Yin hummed as he snuggled on the crook of Cheng Sheng's neck. He breathed in deeply Cheng Sheng's scent.

"Earlier." Cheng Sheng answered.

Fei Yin tried to recall what happened before his body stiffened, and then his hold on Cheng Sheng became tighter.

"Like this." Cheng Sheng added and tenderly patted Fei Yin's arms wrapped around his waist.

Fei Yin sighed. He doesn't know whether to feel glad or cry that his lover is very sharp. "Xi Tong." He answered.

"'system'?" Cheng Sheng looked at him.

Fei Yin nodded. "He is the main system of the Ten Thousand Dimensions. However, he betrayed me when the Devourer became stronger than me and helped the Devourer trap me in the other worlds, until I reached here." He explained.

Cheng Sheng, back then in the Spring of Life when his life flashed before his eyes, remembered that he forgotten something important. It was his soul leaving his world and almost got eaten by the Devourer – a very strong force making his soul be attracted like a magnet to it. However, Fei Yin saved him and both of them fell to the other worlds as a result. Fei Yin had always done his best to protect him while they travelled though all these worlds, which captured his heart. "Are you hiding something from me?" he asked.

"Hm?"

"Are you hiding something from me?" he asked again.

Fei Yin fell silent. He is very sharp. He thought and smiled as he praised his lover in his heart. "My wife is so smart." He chuckled when Cheng Sheng sneered.

But, Cheng Sheng scuttled closer to him. "Tell me."

Fei Yin heavily sighed. "You have noticed. We could have died before in this world, but we didn't." he said. "All the other worlds, aside from this, have been devoured by the Devourer." He whispered.

Cheng Sheng's eyes widened and he sucked a cold breath. "No…" he muttered. "How could… so, we're not going to die?!" he asked.

"We can still die." Fei Yin said as he rubbed Cheng Sheng's back to soothe him. "We can die anytime. But, we've lived." He took a deep breath and hugged Cheng Sheng, so tight he wanted to mold the other into his body. "We will survive every ordeal, okay? I want to live forever with you, Sheng." He whispered.

Cheng Sheng felt the strings of his heart was tugged and his eyes reddened. "I, too, wanted to be with you for eternity." He told him and buried his face on Fei Yin's chest. "What dangerous thing are you planning to do with Jing Xian?" he asked.

Fei Yin laughed when he felt Cheng Sheng's lips frowned. "I'm not planning anything. I still don't have any plans." He honestly answered. "Does the great genius second young master Chen impart me with his knowledge?" he teasingly asked.

Cheng Sheng raised his head and glared at Fei Yin, but his gaze is condescending. "You with the surname Fei! That's why you're just second and your brother is the first since you're so dumb! With dangerous things happening around you, don't act the hero and die. Instead, go to your lover's side for you to be together when you finally die!" he told him.

Fei Yin rolled on the bed while laughing. "Sheng… you - ! You're really…! Ahahahahahaha!" he laughed.

"What?! Am I wrong?!" Cheng Sheng asked as he sat up the bed and put his hands on his waist.

"No, no! Of course, you're right! My great lover is right! I feel like I'm wronging him since he got the undeserving me as his lover… ahahahaha!" Fei Yin loudly laughed.

"Hmph! Good that you know your place! Fix the bed for me! You'll sleep on the floor tonight!" Cheng Sheng said as he pouted.

Fei Yin roared in laughter. Meanwhile, Xie Lan who stood outside smiled when he heard his disciples' conversation. "Looks like they're alright." He said and turned to Zheng Fu Gong.

Zheng Fu Gong sighed in relief. "They still need to rest… I'll just ask them tomorrow about Zheng Yi's condition – " he said. However, before he could leave, the door opened and revealed the unsmiling Cheng Sheng and the serious-faced Fei Yin. The two looked like they're not the ones who are laughing and scolding inside the room earlier.

"Elder Zheng, good evening." Fei Yin greeted and bowed and Cheng Sheng followed. "Eldest young master Jing. Second young master Jing. Good evening." He added and looked at the wall.

Jing Cheng and Jing Bai slowly walked out of their hiding. "We've been disrespectful." Jing Cheng said and bowed, and Jing Bai followed. The always amicable Jing Bai is now laden with sadness.

"Zheng Yi?" Cheng Sheng spoke.

"Yes." Jing Bai nodded. He had already exposed his feelings towards Zheng Yi when they were in the Feng Hua Palace.

Zheng Fu Gong heavily sighed. "Disciple Cheng. Can I ask you, as the current best doctor, if you have any idea how to cure my grandson?" he asked.

Jing Bai pleadingly looked at Cheng Sheng. "I'll do anything you'll say. Give you anything you want. Just… please, save Zheng Yi!" he said and was about to kneel when Fei Yin immediately stopped him.

"No need to owe anyone anything. I may be a scum, but I know when to and to not take advantage of someone. I have my principles." Cheng Sheng said as he looked at Jing Bai's reddened eyes. Then, he turned to Zheng Fu Gong. "Second young master Jing had already told us about Zheng Yi's condition. However, I need to examine him personally." He told him.

"Yes." Zheng Fu Gong nodded as he led them to where quarters of the Righteous Alliance in the Yunxiao Inn. "A shame for me, I do not know when did Qi Ling started to control Zheng Yi." He said.

"Back when we were ten." Jing Bai answered. Everyone looked at him. "I met Zheng Yi when I was ten. We became acquaintances that time. However, when I met him again, he doesn't recognize me. He… doesn't remember me." He lowered his head. "I thought he was playing a trick on me, but when I looked at his eyes, I can see sincerity. Zheng Yi is righteous. He wouldn't trick me." He said. "I thought it was weird, and so I always tried to leave an impression on him. But, to no avail." He shook his head. He only fell in love with Zheng Yi, more and more as he tried to approach the other. But, the other treated him like a buzzing fly: annoying.

Zheng Fu Gong sighed in pity. His only grandson, the only family left to him has been mind-controlled, and he doesn't even know it. "It was around that time Qi Ling arrived… he must have started his plans right then." His voice is filled with regret.

They stopped outside a door and Zheng Fu Gong opened it. The scent of medicine assailed their nose, but they found it was a calming agent.

"We always lit an incense for him, for his mind to be relieved." Zheng Fu Gong said and entered.

Jing Bai's eyes reddened and a tear fell from his eye when he saw Zheng Yi again. "Ah Yi…" he muttered and didn't speak again, afraid he would disturb Zheng Yi's rest.

Cheng Sheng walked towards Zheng Yi's bed and everyone gave him space. He raised his hand over Zheng Yi's head. After a moment and he frowned. Zheng Yi, who was deeply asleep, also frowned in discomfort. "Damn Qi Ling." Cheng Sheng muttered as he immediately withdrawn his hand and clenched his fist.

"What happened?!" Fei Yin asked when he saw the horrible expression on Cheng Sheng's face.

"So disgusting - !" Cheng Sheng's face darkened.

"Xiao Sheng, what happened?" Xie Lan asked when he saw Jing Bai's and Zheng Fu Gong's nervous expression.

Cheng Sheng turned to them. "Care to remind me at which area is Qi Ling best at?" he asked.

"Spirit Infiltration." Zheng Fu Gong answered.

"Spirit Infiltration and not Mind-Control. That bastard led us that Spirit Infiltration is mind-controlling but, obviously, that wasn't it." Cheng Sheng said. "Mind-control is spirit infiltration, but it isn't the same if it's the other way around. Spirit infiltration isn't mind-control, since it's scope is bigger than mind-control." He explained.

"So, you mean to say…?"

"What happened to Zheng Yi isn't mind-control." Cheng Sheng said. "But, a part of his soul was being held by Qi Ling." He told them.

They were stunned. "No way…" Jing Bai muttered under his breath and he looked at Zheng Yi.

"I guess, Zheng Yi's memories of you is with that soul of his Qi Ling is currently holding."
