Qian Tian who was fighting and Qian Lin who just descended with Jing Bai, Jing Hei and Zheng Yi sharply turned when they heard Wu Ran's voice spoke. Their eyes reddened and their tears fell when they saw their parents whom they thought had died.

"Father… mother!!!" they cried and ran toward their parents. Their gazes met each other when they ran. They smiled, then jumped towards Qian Shan and Qian Su!

"Aia… children…" Shu Ji helplessly sighed.

"… you must have forgotten you have one." Shu Mu spoke behind Shu Ji. He turned and smiled at Xiao Le.

Xiao Le laughed before he glanced at the Huli Sect together with the Righteous Alliance and Shanliangde Sect at the back. Xi Ming is scratching his head after Ho Yue hit him while Xi Xing ignored him as he stood beside Gong Xian.

"How… HOW?!" Wu Ran asked as his power surged because of anger. The demonic qi gathered and swirled around him, blasting Chen Jing and Xie Lan away from him!

"Ugh!" Chen Jing and Xie Lan grunted as they fell on the ground.

"LAN!" Fan Wen cried as he and Wu Fan ran towards Chen Jing and Xie Lan, together with Wu Yuan and Sun Yi.

But, Sun Yi suddenly halted on his steps. "DA SHIXIONG?!?!" he exclaimed in shock when he saw Chen Han is fighting Jing Cheng.

Everyone heard his voice and followed where he was looking, only to be startled to see the captive Chen Han's state.

"What happened to Chen Han?!" Zheng Fu Gong asked.

"Grandfather!" Zheng Yi called as he flew to Zheng Fu Gong.

Jing Bai and Jing Hei, after Qian Lin and Zheng Yi left them, helplessly sighed and flew past Feng Mo and Lei Qing and immediately pulled Li Tian back when they saw Jing Cheng unleashed another attack and struck Chen Han!

"CHEN HAN!" Li Tian cried as he saw Chen Han's figure was getting farther from him. "Let go of me!" he yelled.

"Shixiong!" Feng Mo recovered from his shock. He and Lei Qing were about to pull Li Tian back but Jing Bai and Jing Hei were faster than them.

Xie Lan and Fan Wen heard the commotion on the side and went to their disciples to quell Li Tian. Meanwhile, Chen Jing and Wu Fan looked at each other. They flew and immediately pulled the unconscious Chen Han to their side while Wu Yuan and Sun Yi covered their escape as Wu Ran's power continued to surge in his body because of anger when he saw that the Chen Clan, Qian Shan, Qian Su and Shu Ji who were supposed to be dead were actually alive!

"HAHAHAHA… great. Great!" Wu Ran spoke and smiled out of anger as he murderously glared at them all. "Who planned this deception? Was it you?" he asked as he looked at Zheng Fu Gong. But, he didn't wait for Zheng Fu Gong to answer and threw an attack at him!

Everyone around Zheng Fu Gong immediately retreated while Pai Le stepped forward and created an array in front of him and Zheng Fu Gong. Everyone saw Wu Ran's attack that's supposed to crush them both was 'eaten' by the array. The next second, before any of them could react, they heard a loud explosion afar.

BOOOOMM!!! They turned and saw that one of the mountains in Shashan Pass disappeared and the flat ground in its place was smoking. "…" Wu Ran's power is frightening! They thought and shuddered in fright, though immediately suppressed it to not let anyone notice it and feel ashamed.

"'deception'?" Chen Fu spoke. "Wasn't it you who did it?" he asked, didn't even hide the anger in his voice.

Everyone started. That's right. They thought. When Luo Shi and Ming Ye finished studying in Shanliangde Sect, they went West and was taken in by the Wu family and the Chen Clan, respectively.

Wu Ran laughed in anger. "Why should I bother explaining myself to you idiots?" he asked as a black ball of demonic qi appeared in his palm and sent it to the Chen Clan's side!

Everyone immediately dispersed and descended to the ground before joining in the fray. Meanwhile, Wu Ran launched an attack after another to the Chen Clan who were advancing towards him. Wu Ran didn't care about the demonic cultivators who died after being blasted by his attacks intended for the Chen Clan.

"We finally found you, Wu Xi!" someone exclaimed.

The Huakai Sect and Sun Yi, who was near them, turned and saw the demonic cultivators attacked Wu Xi from behind!

"A sneak attack! Prepare to fight!" Tang Zhe yelled at his fellow disciples.

"YEAH!" the Huakai Sect disciples roared and counterattacked the demonic cultivators.

"Wu Xi!" Tang Yun and Guo Cheng who were near Wu Xi called and killed the other demonic cultivators that surrounded Wu Xi. "Are you alright?" they asked.

Wu Xi nodded as he kicked the demonic cultivator that yelled.

"How did they know you?" Tang Zhe asked.

"No time for that!" Sun Yi said and pointed behind Tang Zhe.

Tang Zhe turned and saw a demonic cultivator sneak attacked Tang Yun. He immediately went and killed the enemy.

"Sun Yi." Ho Yue called as he approached him while the Shanliangde Sect elders joined the fight, creating a massacre.

"Elder Ho." Sun Yi nodded. "My brother didn't come?" he asked when he didn't see Sun Rong.

"We had him and your family guard the sect." Ho Yue answered. He then glanced at the unconscious Chen Han on the ground. "His mind was invaded by demonic qi." He said.

Chen Jing and Wu Fan fell silent.

"Chen Han!" Li Tian cried as he ran towards them, followed by Xie Lan, Fan Wen and the Xinfaxian Sect disciples. "Chen Han!" he called and cried as he cupped Chen Han's bloodless face.

"Do you have a way to cure him?" Chen Jing anxiously asked.

"If Qi Ling was here, he might have." Pai Lie spoke as he, Zheng Fu Gong and Su Yuan arrived.

"Elder Pai. Elder Zheng. Elder Su." Wu Yuan and Sun Yi greeted and bowed.

"No need for formalities." Zheng Fu Gong sighed and watched the battle.

"Da shixiong has to be cured." Wu Yuan spoke.

"But, aside from Qi Ling, only Cheng Sheng can cure him…" Pai Lie's voice trailed off and his eyes sharpened. "Where's Cheng Sheng? Hasn't he returned from the Heilong Realm yet?" he asked.

Wu Yuan and Sun Yi also noticed it. "Where are Cheng-shidi and Fei-shidi?" Sun Yi asked Cheng Jing and Wu Fan, then Xie Lan, Fan Wen and the Xinfaxian Sect disciples.

They were already here when they arrived, so they must have seen Cheng Sheng and Fei Yin if the two have returned from the Heilong Realm.

Chen Jing and Wu Fan froze, as well as Xie Lan and Fan Wen. The Xinfaxian Sect disciples' expressions changed and they all lowered their heads, looking very gloomy.

Zheng Yi who was following behind his grandfather started and remembered that he has forgotten to update Zheng Fu Gong. "Cheng Sheng and Fei Yin have already returned from the Heilong Realm." he spoke.

Pai Lie turned to him. "Where are they?" he asked, didn't notice the change in the atmosphere.

"Elder Pai." Zheng Fu Gong called the obtuse Pai Lie.

"What?" Pai Lie turned. He then turned to Xie Lan and Fan Wen. "Are they hiding? Why are you hiding them? The battle's already here!" he said.

Xie Lan's and Fan Wen's expressions turned strained.

"Elder Pai…" Zheng Yi called, tugging on Pai Lie's sleeve.

Ho Yue was just silently listening, along with Gong Xian, Xi Ming and Xi Xing on his tail. They were also puzzled why they didn't see Cheng Sheng or Fei Yin.

"What?" Pai Lie turned to Zheng Yi.

"Cheng Sheng's gravely injured in his return." Zheng Yi answered. "And Fei Yin… he's dead." He said.

Xi Ming and Xi Xing were shocked, as well as Shu Mu who has just walked towards them.

"WHAT?!" Shu Mu exclaimed as he pulled Zheng Yi. "What do you mean Fei Yin's dead?! And Cheng Sheng… how was he injured?!" he asked.

Everyone turned to him. They can understand Shu Mu's feelings. After all, it was Cheng Sheng who has noticed Shu Mu's illness and cured him, so Shu Mu was indebted to Cheng Sheng.

"Cheng Sheng was injured by…" Zheng Yi's voice trailed off and he glanced at the unconscious Chen Han.

Shu Mu is smart so he understood. His eyes widened in shock and then narrowed in rage as he drew his sword. "Bastard - !" he said and raised his sword, only to lower it when Li Tian blocked him.

"Enough!" Li Tian shouted.

They all fell silent. Who can predict for the tragedy to happen, one after another? Shu Mu who was shouted at suddenly felt his mind cleared and he stared at Li Tian, then the Xinfaxian Sect.

"Cheng Sheng… really was harmed… by Chen Han?" he asked in a low voice. "And Fei Yin… is… dead?" his eyes widened and he dropped his sword.
