The entire Fiendish Underworld Metropolis spiralled into chaos and disarray. Numerous demon kings could only flee in desperation and the entire region was in pandemonium. There was almost no area that was peaceful.

When Wu Yu got away with Blood Evasion heavenly rule, Diabolical Dragon King couldn't catch him immediately. He found another 3-heavens demon king and cast Blood Vortex heavenly rule to constantly suck his blood.

The truth was Bloodsucking Scourge had cultivated in a similar manner by feasting and absorbing the blood of other demon kings. The blood would greatly enhance his cultivation.
