When Wu Yu had first obtained the eternal demon emperor blood, it had been the bronze pendants which had reacted first, and alerted him to the presence of the treasure. In the black sea, the two bronze pendants had been able to sense the eternal demon emperor corpse as well.

Afterwards, when they had come to the Apocalyptic Chaos Demon's location, the pendants had again reacted vigorously. However, he was not too surprised at that time, having already confirmed the location.

"With these two pendants, we can find other eternal demon emperor corpses. We have a huge advantage compared to other demon immortals. They react when near, and have a stronger response in the presence of a stronger body." Wu Yu told Wu Jun.

"Unending Demonic Emperor's real body is the Unending Crepuscular Sea. He was a dark sea in the mortal domain which became a demon. It is incredibly difficult for such an object to become a demon, but once it succeeds it has great potential.

Back when Diabolical Dragon King had first been disturbed by 10,000 Eyed Taotie, he had threatened to report it to the demonic emperor. He had been referring to the Unending Demonic Emperor.

Each demonic emperor had at least five 8-heavens demon kings under him. Even for someone as powerful as the Unending Demonic Emperor, Diabolical Dragon King and Taotie Demon King were important components of his line-up. With the two dead, Unending Demon Empire would be considerably diminished.

Of course, as long as the five demonic emperors, the anchors of the five empires, did not die, then their empires would stand. One or two 8-heavens demon kings' deaths would not immediately change anything.
