Divine Emperor Of Death Chapter 842

Granduncle blinked a bit before he sighed, "It is one thing if Glyn was alive and well. I would have taken him under my wing and trained him myself until he becomes worthy of my daughter, at least for the deeds and the sincerity he has shown."
He shook his head.
"However, Glyn is dead, and there is nothing I can do about it, and the irony is that only with his death, did he manage to gain the heart of my proud daughter. This is too conflicting for me to interfere. I feel that I would further aggravate her emotions. That's why I asked for your help."
"You were right to ask me for help, Granduncle Daniuis." Davis smiled.
Granduncle Daniuis became expectant, "Does that mean you are willing?"
Davis shook his head, "I will talk to her."
Granduncle Daniuis became a bit disappointed, "I see..."
"But, since you two are almost of the same age and are close with each other as comrades, I feel that your words will be able to rejuvenate her heart."
Davis didn't explain further and just nodded his head again.
Logan and Claire became confused about what Davis had in mind. He already possessed three women who were willing to be with him. Although he said that he wouldn't marry Lucia, could it be that he would talk and gain her acceptance before he accepts her?
Logan and Claire eyed each other. With their son's strange way of doing things, they felt that it was likely to happen.
======
In Granduncle Daniuis's residence, although the hall wasn't completely filled, it was lively. Granduncle Daniuis's three wives, Su Hualing, Su Huabing, and Su Huajing, were frequently spending their time in the hall. Their extremely similar faces but different expressions and demeanor were a sight for sore eyes.
Nina was there present along with Su Hualing. However, both of them held babies in their grasp. One was already a few years old, but the other was just a newborn baby, less than a year old.

Davis had just come out of the meeting room with the others when he caught sight of them. He greeted them and slightly played with the babies for a while and even got a chance to name Nina's baby as their savior, but he awkwardly declined, making the ladies laugh at him.
The reason he declined was that he could already see the child's name through the Death God Eyes. It seemed that they had already decided what to name their baby, so how could he interfere?
However, this wasn't what made him astonished. It was Ophelia. She also sat by the side with a simple yet serene smile on her face as she placed a hand on her stomach as she caressed. However, her stomach was slightly bloated, making him almost leave a shocked gasp upon seeing her.
'So this is where Lucas dealt his lust!' He almost instinctively knew that it was Lucas!
Ophelia was pregnant with Lucas's child!
After being treated by Agis Stirlander's methods, Lucas suffered from becoming horny, too horny. Although Agis Stirlander suggested that Lucas rely on prostitutes since his wife was already in the mid-pregnancy term, it seems that Lucas had other plans in mind.
Who would have thought that he was this bold? Perhaps this is why Lucas didn't come to visit him?
"That's right, where are Lucas and Lucia?" Davis asked in a sound voice.
The room suddenly became silent before Su Hualing spoke up as she pointed in a direction, "Lucas and Lucia are cultivating in seclusion. You can call Lucas, but I doubt Lucia would respond."
"I heard." Davis nodded his head, "I'm going to talk some sense into Lucia."
...Su Hualing gave the child to her one of her sisters and stood up with a smile. She walked towards Davis, "Lucas and Lucia are my children. I have faith in my children just like I have faith in you."

Davis awkwardly smiled at her motherly comment, but when he sensed an uncomfortable gaze behind him, he inwardly exclaimed, 'Aiya! I'm not an orphan anymore. So could you please stop acting like my mother in front of mother...'
In the end, he didn't say it out loud since the other party's emotions were pure.
=======
Davis arrived in front of a few secluded rooms. While all the other rooms possessed an open door, only two rooms were closed. One room was just closed, but another room was... well...
Looking at the ropes that blocked the path to the door, and the papers that stuck to the door, telling people not to bother, Davis sighed.
He felt that Lucia was similar to a modern world girl who was going through her rebellious phase, but since he knew the reason for her actions, he didn't belittle her one but instead felt pity. She was just a little girl who was still unable to come out of her loss.
At this time, the other door opened, and Lucas walked out of the room while yawning, but his expression froze, and his agape mouth twitched.
"Ha... ha... Davis... long time no see..." Lucas awkwardly laughed and turned, trying to sneakily head back into the seclusion room, but a hand grabbed his shoulder, making his peculiar smile freeze.
"Where do you think you're going? I didn't think that you were this bold, Lucas." Davis lewdly laughed.
Lucas's shoulders deflated, "So you've already seen her..."
He turned and looked back at Davis with a wry smile on his face.
"I've never said this before, so congratulations on becoming a father of two!" Davis wished as he laughed, "However, didn't you say that Ophelia was your ninth brother's woman?"
Lucas widened his eyes before guilt became apparent in his eyes.
Davis, who had his Heart Intent active, could feel the guilt from his heart. He inwardly sighed and said, "Lucas, although I don't know how you developed a relationship with Ophelia, know that her heart didn't belong to your ninth brother."
Lucas became stunned.
"Didn't you say that your ninth brother only loved her, and Ophelia did not reciprocate his love? That means you haven't betrayed your ninth brother. You're overthinking things..."
Lucas's eyes brightened before his expression fell. He wryly chuckled, "Ninth brother would think otherwise... After all, he declared that Ophelia was his and his alone."
"What is that supposed to mean?" Davis became amused, "If he declared Ophelia was his, then why did he leave her in the first place? Since he put his cultivation career first, he deserves losing Ophelia to you."
"Besides, Ophelia is her own person. She decides who she loves, and she chose you in the end. Or, did you forcefully defile her?"
"No!" Lucas became pale as he shook his head, "It was she who approached me because she found out that I am being treated. Although she didn't know what I'm being treated for, she somehow managed to find and teased me. So to get one back at her... I asked if she's willing to sleep with me in a teasing manner... and... and..."
Lucas's face became red before he realized whatever he was going to say is going to enter the zone of 'culture'. Hence, he shut up.
Davis inwardly laughed. Looking at his naive face, he knew that Lucas was still an adolescent youth in terms of mentality.
"So, what do you say? If your ninth brother comes back, are you going to give Ophelia back to him?" Davis teasingly asked.
"No!!!" Lucas's expression turned volatile, "Ophelia's mine!"

Gobbo
Its not easy being green. Or any other color. Life's just kinda shit in general. At least it is for a goblin trying to survive on their own. I'll admit I've burned a few bridges, but in my defense, they were oh so flammable, and burned beautifuly. At any rate, I'm an exile now, scraping by in human lands, where pitchforks and torches are always just around the corner. I'd look for a better life, but I've got my hands full just staying alive when any random asshole could turn out to be a retired adventurer strong enough to hold ten bulls above their head with one hand tied behind their back. How did they pull that bullshit anyway?

At least there’s one small silver lining—Roark managed the grab a powerful magic artifact on his way through the portal, and with it he might just be able to save the world after all. Unless, of course, the Tyrant King gets to him first …Hey everyone, so as most of you know, I write books for a living, and I just put this title up on Amazon (and enrolled it in KU). Because KU requires exclusivity as part of their terms of service, I have had to pull the majority of the content from this site. I left the full novel up for as long as possible, so I hope everyone got a chance to read it. If you haven't had a chance to read it in its entirety (sorry!) you can pick it up on Amazon. Thanks again for coming on this journey with me, and I so hope you enjoyed it. The book will be out on Tuesday July 24th. Best, James Hunter

The Rules of Dungeoneering
The First Rule of Dungeoneering: This will kill you Sylvester Bayes, the 4th son of a small baron, has suddenly had his head filled with the memories and work of someone who had dedicated their life to memorizing every dungeon they could find and designing a new RPG system. Not about to waste these gifts, Sylvester quickly sets out to get rich quick and discover the reasons behind his sudden knowledge. (Please note, this is dressed up actual play from my testing of a tabletop RPG. It is actually how the game has gone and there is a very real chance that anyone, including Sylvester, could die in any encounter. To help make my job easier I am using dungeons written by other people, which is why I have listed this as a fanfiction. I put links to all of them in the chapters where they are relevant.)

Prince of Destiny
Karl is the last prince of a royal house that has been overthrown by brutal revolutionaries. Orphaned by the revolutionaries, he was rescued and has been raised in secret by Leevana, a green skinned night-hag, for the past ten years. When Karl turns sixteen and is old enough to embrace his destiny, he and Leevana must set out on a quest to find his royal grandmother. But the depraved new leader of the revolutionaries, Joe Steel, is on their trail... Somewhat inspired by the basic concept of Don Bluth's fairy tale animated feature, purporting to be based on the myths surrounding Anastasia Romanov. I don't think this counts as a fanfiction, because it does not use anyone else's characters and it is in its own self-contained world, but please keep in mind the inspiration. Leevana and Karl are completely original characters, but Joe Steel, the bigger bad, is inspired by Stalin. Maybe let me know if you think it should have a fanfiction tag or not.
