Divine Emperor Of Death Chapter 1063

Davis walked into her room and saw her be seated in front of a circular mirror while combing her green hair with a smile on her lips.
He stopped a few meters before reaching her and leaned on the wall while having a faint yet satisfied smile on his face. She was dressed up in purple robes and put on some makeup that accentuated her facial features. Her artistic movements that brushed her hair was a sight to see.
She was indeed a masterpiece from his perspective.
Evelynn finished combing her hair and tied it up into a ponytail, all the while she was stretching her assets as her hands reached to the back of her head.
"What are you doing?" She slightly blushed as she knew, but still intentionally asked.
"I'm simping for you..."
"What...?"
"Uh... I meant I was admiring you..." Davis stopped leaning and walked towards her.
Evelynn giggled in satisfaction as she had her palms over her lips, "Hehe, I'm delighted with your words."
"Shall we go for round two then...?"
Evelynn's expression became stiff and red that she couldn't help but recall what happened earlier today. It was so intense that she climaxed many times already!
Moreover, she had just spent a relaxing time in the bath as she cleaned and made herself up. It would all be ruined again! However...
"If you so wish... then..." She muttered in a low voice as she lowered her head, "I'm willing..."
"Mhm? What are you talking about? I meant about your Essence Gathering Cultivation session. Since you finished your first seclusion, isn't it time for the second seclusion?" Davis acted confused as he rubbed his chin.
Evelynn's cheeks turned blood-red that she instantly stood up and lightly beat his chest with her two fists, "Ah~ You're not allowed to bully me like this~."

"Hahaha!~."
Davis laughed with a grin. His two hands grasped her waist as he pulled her towards him before he embraced her. Evelynn rested her head on his shoulder, no longer bothering to attack. She instead moved her arms around and embraced him back, finding this moment endearing.
The two of them stayed like this for a few seconds before Evelynn opened her mouth.
"Where did you go after we slept? I thought you would return quickly..."
Davis smiled, "What? Did you feel lonely without me?"
"Mhm..."
Davis became taken aback. He thought she would say otherwise, but she honestly accepted. He recalled that cuddling after dual cultivation was one of her favorite deeds, so of course, he had wronged her this time.
He couldn't help but shamelessly sigh, 'Being the husband of three is really hectic...'
Sometimes, he forgets to inform them of his movements, that they end up thinking far more than they should. Of course, this was common for women as they end up overthinking about what their man was doing outside out of their gaze. This wasn't something that was purely related to lack of trust but also many other factors like possessiveness in wanting to know how their man spent his time going about his day.
He felt Evelynn's question was constructed from wanting to know the latter.
Honestly, it would be easier if he just used them like dolls and playthings as any ambitious, heartless, or cold man would do, but since he was incapable of doing that, he unblushingly mused that he took care of them like they were precious treasures.
He kissed her forehead and took her hand before he walked towards the exit....
"Eh? Where are we going?" Evelynn became confused.
Davis didn't answer but brought her to the eighteenth floor as they flew. He went inside a particular fortified room and closed the door.

Evelynn blinked as she looked at the empty room but still didn't ask any questions.
Davis flicked his sleeves, and a rectangular container along with a six-legged cauldron appeared.
He then awarded her silence with an answer, "I went out so that I can procure the resources that you need to improve your law comprehension."
"You mean... the Poison Essences have already been delivered!?" Evelynn became surprised as she wasn't aware. He just left without saying anything.
"Of course, we're here so that you can improve your law comprehension."
"But then... why did you leave the city?"
"Of course, to erase the Wills of the two Poison Essences stored inside these sealing formations. I didn't want them rampaging around in the city by any chance, so I went out with Nadia, and along with her help, we suppressed them to death."
While Evelynn possessed a stumped expression on her face, Davis flicked his sleeves again, and this time, the lids of the two sealing formation came off.
From the rectangular container, a hazy orange otherworldly gem appeared. It flickered with a crimson light in every two seconds interval. On the other side, a verdant sphere blazing with a gaseous flame above it ascended from the six-legged cauldron.
However, they both didn't seem to be making any moves. They floated in mid-air, and their energy fluctuations were as calm as the oceans that were without any ripples.
"This... That orange gem... and that verdant sphere... The latter's energy fluctuations are at King Grade!?"
"Are those two what I think it is!?" Evelynn asked him as she went wide-eyed, "The Fiery Miasma Searing Poison and the Pestilent Dragonfly Dust Spawn?"
"That's correct..." Davis nodded in approval.
Evelynn didn't even come in contact with their energy fluctuations to be able to tell the difference.
Just by catching a visual image of the Poison Essences, she was able to differentiate and match them. Knowing that she can do that itself made him nod in satisfaction.
She wasn't a practitioner of Poison Laws for nothing!
"But how!? The Fiery Miasma Searing Poison is at Mid-Level Sky Grade, as the description said, but the Pestilent Dragonfly Dust Spawn was at Peak-Level Sky Grade!
"How did it reach King Grade!? A day hasn't even passed from the moment I last saw it!" Evelynn freaked out.
What kind of mysterious tricks did her man pull out to make the Pestilent Dragonfly Dust Spawn reach King Grade!? Even without someone informing her, she became convinced that her husband was responsible for this feat!
As a practitioner of Poison Laws, she was well aware of the dangers of Poison Essence at the level of King Grade! Even the Grand Alstreim City wouldn't come out unscathed if it was caught off-guard by a King Grade Poison Essence!
Davis laughed in response as her reaction was to his liking, "Where do you think the other Poison Essences went?"
Evelynn's expression froze, "You do not have them?"
Davis shook his head with a faint smile.
Evelynn's expression changed into one of realization. She had thought Davis had taken out the first two powerful Poison Essences for her to gain the most important comprehensions, but it turned out that he did not have the others.
That meant he had lost them, or they were never even given the other Earth Grade Poison Essences, but since the Pestilent Dragonfly Dust Spawn had reached King Grade when even a day hadn't passed, it meant that the other three Earth Grade Poison Essences were devoured!

Orc Lord
A young woman just starting out in life is killed tragically in a car accident. However, she soon regains consciousness as a baby in a fantasy world. But... she's an Orc?! It would be good if she could just enjoy her new life quietly, but she seems destined for war and carnage. How will she fare as a monster in a fantasy world? ________________ This story will have a total of three arcs: Arc 1, The Birth of Babylon: 571 pages (complete) Arc 2, The Baphomet War: 420 pages (complete) Arc 3, The Mad Queen of Carnage: (in progress) ________________ Ultimately, I'm writing this for enjoyment. If you enjoy it too, fantastic! Gore: Extremely infrequent, but moderately intense. Profanity: There are a few swear words here and there, as well as some more creative insults. Traumatizing Content: While I'm at it, there are some questionable morals displayed (mostly after chapter 77). So far we can check off slavery, brainwashing, war, and genocide. This story starts off very Light Novel-ish because I was reading a lot of them at the time. The writing style gradually matures as it goes. Sorry, but I don't have the stamina to go back and fix everything, even if I know it gets pretty roughshod at times. New readers, please keep in mind, I make use of "unreliable narrators" at times. My story accepts donations, but it is free to read and I've only uploaded it here. Lastly, Orc Lord is a member of the WriTEr's Pledge, which means I have sworn to see it through to a satisfying ending. One of my long breaks triggered a dishonor, but I'll redeem it someday when it's actually finished. I'm the ultimate necromancer author. ;P

UPDATES TUES/THURS after chapter 5 Cover art by Tumblr User: @pigeon-princess This book features characters that are related to in many ways to my other novel "Grimoire". While both stories are their own stand alone series, Sun God's Corruption will add a good amount of depth to Grimoire, and Grimoire shows the unfoldings of the world that will eventually come from the events in Sun God's Corruption. I reccomend reading them both interchangably.
