I Am A Prodigy Chapter 295

Hundred thousands of likes, and over 5000 comments.
Ye Lingchen went into the comment section and was met with strong support for the TikTok user. Furthermore, they seemed to be people staying around the college town.
[Thank you for sharing. I was originally planning to give the shop a try due to its interesting name.]
[The things they use are counterfeit? That's too much! Where's the bottom line?]
[I support the uploader. However, can you set up an appointment for me? I've been queuing up for three days already. I'm sad…]
[That's shameless, and the shop even used Y's name. I strongly recommend having this shop closed down!]
[That's right. Y should trademark the name to avoid it being misused by others for easy fame.]
…
It would seem that the TikTok user was rather popular. The comment section was filled with supportive voices. Quite a number of people were convinced and shouting their support from behind.
Ye Lingchen's eyebrows twitched. He could tell from one look that the Y Cosmetics store was the one he had Zhang Yunxi run. Although he rarely visited the store, he did not expect to come across it in TikTok, especially when it was being slandered.
Fake cosmetics?
That was just a baseless assumption.
Ye Lingchen understood Zhang Yunxi better than anyone. Putting aside her serious working attitude, she was extremely careful with running this store. She treated it as her lifelong career goal, taking this more seriously than anyone else.
He could not let someone slander it like that as it was his brand after all.
When he got home, Zhang Yunxi had yet to return from work. Ye Lingchen then finished up his novel chapters and continued to live stream the Study of the Three Kingdoms.
The popularity of Study of the Three Kingdoms was still rising, attracting more and more viewers. Along with the rising popularity, some publishers were contacting Panda Streaming to try to secure the publishing rights to get it into printed media.

There were even TV stations that wanted to gain the rights to broadcast Study of the Three Kingdoms!
That was something beyond the imagination of an average streaming platform.
Although live streams were popular, most of its contents were still quite different from the TV screen. In simpler terms, it fell short of public perception.
However, the Study of the Three Kingdoms was different. That was something that was filled with positive energy and was educating viewers on history. It received recognition from the literary education publishers. Going on TV was not a problem!
At 9pm, Ye Lingchen logged off his live stream and went downstairs.
It was already late at night, but Zhang Yunxi has yet to come home. In the living room, only Miyako was left sitting on the sofa watching TV without her shoes. She even held onto a bolster within her arms.
Recently, Miyako was showing better behavior, no longer thinking of running away. Apart from helping Ye Lingchen clean up the house, she was left with a lot of free time.
After all, Zhang Yunxi had to work at the store and Ye Lingchen had to attend classes. They were all busy, leaving Miyako unsupervised.
'What kind of maid is this? That's obviously someone here to enjoy life.'
Seeing Ye Lingchen's approach, Miyako's originally calm face turned dark. With a huff, she avoided meeting Ye Lingchen's gaze.
"Hm? Is this how you treat your master?" Ye Lingchen frowned. With that, he grabbed the feather duster and waved it in his hand. "It seems you need some more disciplinary actions!"
"Ye Lingchen, know your limits!" Miyako glared coldly at Ye Lingchen. "I've already done my utmost to fulfill our agreement. Just wait until people from my dojo get here. You'll regret it!"
"Huh! People from your dojo eh?" Ye Lingchen was suddenly motivated. "A momentary lapse of discipline and you let it get to your head. No need to wait for them. I'll teach you a lesson right now!"

"What are you doing? Don't act rashly or I'll fight you!" Seeing Ye Lingchen rushing towards her like a ferocious tiger, Miyako turned pale from fear and jumped off the sofa, backing away barefooted as she did not have the time to put on her shoes.
However, that was Ye Lingchen's territory. She couldn't escape from him. As she screamed in terror, the distance between her and Ye Lingchen shrunk.
"I'm giving you a final warning. Go away!" Miyako screamed in terror. The next instant, she raised her leg and kicked at Ye Lingchen!
She was wearing a simple pajama dress at home. It was loose and comfortable. Raising her leg like that, it caused her dress to flutter, adding extra allure to her.
Ye Lingchen soaked it all in, feeling a twinge in his heart. Following that, he grabbed onto her leg. "You dare retaliate!? As punishment, you'll keep your leg raised in this posture for two hours!"
Miyako quickly realized what happened and glared at Ye Lingchen. "You shameless b*stard!"
"Vulgarities and physical violence. You are letting it get to your head! It seems that I was being too nice to you." Ye Lingchen unhesitatingly held Miyako down and forced her palm open, letting loose the feather duster for a wild dance on the palm of her hand!
"Ah! You monster, let me go!" Miyako gave Ye Lingchen a death stare as her body trembled slightly, holding back her urge to bite at him!
"Looks like someone is still not compliant!" The edge of Ye Lingchen's lips curled upwards, then followed up with three smacks to Miyako's palm.
"Hmph!" Miyako turned compliant immediately, letting out a groan as she bit tight on her lips.
"How's that? Did you learn your lesson?" Ye Lingchen asked.
"Mm…" Miyako replied hesitantly.
"How should you address me?" Ye Lingchen followed up with another question.
Miyako tilted her head and answered hesitantly, "M-m-master."
"I'll let you off this time. Go upstairs and make my bed," Ye Lingchen ordered in a firm tone.
"What?!" Miyako stared at Ye Lingchen with wide-open eyes, unable to believe her ears.
"Yes? Do I need to repeat myself?" Ye Lingchen gave her a cold look with the feather duster held high.
"Alright, I'll go!" Miyako agreed to it quickly with a fearful look in her eyes.
Watching Miyako walking upstairs, Ye Lingchen finally nodded in satisfaction. 'Now this is more like it.'
At the same time, Zhang Yunxi finally returned. Her eyes showed signs of exhaustion as she quietly entered the door.
When she saw Ye Lingchen in the living room, she was caught by surprise. "Lingchen, you're still here? Where's...Miyako?"
"She's fulfilling her responsibilities," Ye Lingchen replied with a smile.
Seeing the exhausted look on Zhang Yunxi's face, Ye Lingchen's lips twitched. Miyako the maid seemed to be the relaxing one. That was just...unjustifiable!
"Oh, it's late. You're not retiring upstairs?" Zhang Yunxi continued.
"In a bit. How's the cosmetic store doing lately?" Ye Lingchen asked.
"It's doing fine. We're still growing," Zhang Yunxi replied after a nervous gleam flashed through her eyes.
Zhang Yunxi avoided his gaze, then tried to act cool, saying, "It's inevitable to run into competitors when doing business. It's just some minor issues, not a big deal."

My Hundredth Life
I was an ordinary guy, living an ordinary life, until it happened. What we came to call the "Reality Break". Monsters started spawning in the streets, Mana flowed through our veins, Skills and Abilities were unlocked, and everyone had a Status Screen. I was living my dream, an RPG apocalypse! Until I died, that is. And woke up in a new world...where I died again. And again. With each death, a new incarnation, a new game world, and new scars upon my soul. Now, at my 99th death, I just wish it would end...but unlike in some of the worlds I have "played" in, this time my wish is not granted. *** Author's Note: This is my first 'serious' attempt at writing a story. I am hoping to turn ths into a series that I can publish to Amazon, but my life is a bit hectic right now, so I can't make any guarantees. However, I have serious reasons for writing at this point in my life, so I will do my best to provide this new twist to the LitRPG genre and keep it up for as long as possible. Thank you, to anyone who reads this. *Also, tags might change depending on how the story goes, there may be mild profanity or mild sexual content, but I have not decided yet.

The Order
The Order takes place within the Human-led Empire, within Glory City. In this Empire in which Magic is policed and its use is regulated, Mages are required to have a licence in order to practice Magic. The Magically inclined, Non-Human Races that have lived under Human rule lived a markedly different life to Humans, which had led to a somewhat contentious relationship. A law enforcement agency known as The Order is responsible for maintaining Magical order, and is also responsible for doling out justice to those who break the law. Consisting of the Magic using Mages, and the more technologically inclined Knights, these Agents are regarded as protectors by some, but as oppressors by many. The tale follows the exploits of Izano Zuko, a mysterious man, covered from head to toe in burn scars and wrapped in bandages. He arrives in Glory City with the backing of the City Lord, unknown abilities and secret intentions. Trouble starts up almost as soon as he arrives, and Zuko is thrown into a conflict between the Order and an unknown enemy. This is a complete book, and I plan to upload a chapter every week or so. No cover as yet.

Shattered Realms - A Pathfinder/D&D game
Broke adventurers looking for a quick and easy paycheck are thrust together as circumstances around them get weirder and weirder. Authors note: This is an ongoing Pathfinder (DnD) game, which will inevitably contain references to other works due to the nature of nerds. Chapters will be random lengths, mostly as long as a game session and depending on how much I can embelish it. Also, some details may change retroactively to maintain consistency. I'm not going to write it as LitRPG, mostly because that's extra work. I'd rather the flow of the story not be interrupted by numbers. I am aiming for updates within a week or two of the game session, which will usually be weekly. Finally, there is a light swearing, gore and sexual references warning. I will update this warning if needed, but will also not write in anything that's too graphic or irrelevant to the story.
