I Am A Prodigy Chapter 764

Anthony appeared in the arena first.
His long yellow locks draped over his shoulder like a lion's mane and he held a blue dagger.
'Purple Qi.'
Ye Lingchen muttered to himself. There were traces of deep thought and solemnity in his eyes.
The Qi's color was very special and he did not know what attributes it symbolized.
Ye Lingchen was slightly taken aback when he looked at the blue dagger in Anthony's hand. The length of the dagger was shorter than a normal dagger, making it look less than suitable as a weapon.
"England is just like Murica. Both of them are known as the awakened ones. They're born with elemental affinity and claim to have the ability to control the elements. Watch carefully," Sun Hongtao remarked solemnly.
Saathi soon entered the ring.
Half of his body was draped in a cloth robe while the other half was exposed. His feet were bare and his left hand was extended right in front of him. His right hand held a black-and-gold iron staff that was especially thick and nearly two meters in length!
One side used a dagger while the other wielded a two-meter-long iron staff. Weapon-wise the gap was very much evident.
In the arena.
Both sides stood still and locked eyes with each other before giving a polite salute.
"Tintu, Saathi!"
"England, Anthony!"
Everyone held their breath and focused on the field.
"Let's start!"
Without further ado, the referee announced the start of their battle as soon as they both offered their salute.
Both contestants moved at the same time as soon as the voice fell!
The muscles of Saathi's right hand swelled instantly, and he swept the iron staff out, leaving a noticeable mark in the air as well as producing a harsh screech.
Anthony did not block it with his dagger, but sank his body slightly and bent his legs to slide under the iron staff.
His body was practically swimming against the ground, and he did so in a very fast manner too!
His body had maneuvered to Saathi's side in an instant.

A dagger was the best choice for close combat as opposed to a long rod.
As soon as he approached Saathi, Anthony thrust forth the dagger he was holding like a nimble snake striking from a hole!
"How paltry!"
Saathi uttered a cold cry. He raised his long staff into the air and aimed it right down at Anthony!
At the same time, his body leapt up and he avoided the dagger very flexibly.
With his body hanging upside down, he traced an arc in the air with his iron staff like a monkey fishing for the moon and smashed right at Anthony who was still flat on the ground.
Instead of dodging, Anthony moved the dagger forward and struck the iron staff in the blink of an eye. At the same time, he used the force of the impact to slide some distance away.
Seconds after he slid out, he seized control of the situation and soared up, like a big bird spreading its wings. He rose silently into the air, as if he was gliding.
At that point, Saathi was still floating in the air, and his strength was still in a state of pause. Sensing the movement behind him, he proceeded to swipe his long staff.
However, Anthony's body seemed to be rather weightless as he moved with the wind and appeared at the other side in a ghastly manner.
"This speed is very unusual."
Countless people felt amazed by it.
Anthony's speed could not be considered quick, but it felt that way for many people because he hardly gave his opponent any chance to respond to it. The impression he gave was that he could position himself wherever he desired.
Saathi did not seem to realize what was going on, but his staff struck only thin air. His body had lost its support and he was already leaning downward.
At that moment, Anthony thrust the dagger at a speed that far surpassed his first attempt, bringing with it a thunderous boom.
Almost at the same time, Saathi uttered a Buddhist chant and countered with his left hand, the palm of which shone in a golden glow, as if about to implant a seal on Anthony.

As it turned out, Saathi was not at all unprepared.
Zzzzzzzzzzz!
The dazzling rays lit up abruptly and shone right into everyone's eyes, producing a stinging sensation. There was also a harsh sound in their ears, like countless birds singing, which left their scalps feeling numb.
"This... This is..."
Ye Lingchen's pupils shrank slightly. At that moment, his eyes had turned bluish due to the strong light. "Lightning?!"
Boom!
The dagger in Anthony's hand had transformed into a lightning sword with a length of 1.5 meters!
The sword was entirely made out of lightning, and the electrical current was coursing endlessly through it. It pierced Saathi's palm and struck his waist too!
Crackle, crackle!
Saathi's body was like a plate of fried beans. Crackling sounds were heard and black singe marks appeared on his wounds.
"It turns out that the dagger is just a medium. This kid hid it well."
Ye Lingchen and the others all stood up and looked at Anthony in surprise. The awakened ones! Those were the awakened ones!
"The great Tintu monk concealed his abilities well too. He kept his guard up constantly and his last palm was somewhat unplanned. It's a pity that Anthony was better," Lin Xi analyzed.
"Both of them were thinking about concealing their abilities. A single move would then be the deciding factor."
Ye Lingchen's eyes narrowed slightly. The sword's speed was just ridiculously quick. It truly resembled a lightning strike and pierced Saathi in a flash. It was very ruthless too, as it directly interrupted Saathi's attack.
"A lightning-based awakened one appeared in England. This is rather unique among the awakened ones," Wu Tianbao explained in a timely manner. "Saathi's palm and waist is severely injured right now, I'm afraid he... "
However, he stopped halfway through his words, because Saathi refused to admit defeat and even started to fight back!
Buddha's light flowed on Saathi's body and directly suppressed the lightning around him. The Buddha seal continued erupting in the hand pierced by lightning, with that golden big seal surging right toward Anthony. At the same time, the other hand manipulated the iron staff and swung it at Anthony again.
He showed no signs of either backing down or retracting his hand despite being struck by the lightning. On the contrary, Saathi continued to attack with the hand that had been pierced.
The iron staff was also wrapped in a layer of Buddha's light. The magnificently brilliant glow seemed to drown out everything else as it came over, causing Anthony's expression to change slightly.
Saathi did not even consider the clumsiness of his actions as he put all his strength on display.
A flash of lightning seemed to have appeared in Anthony's eyes and the lightning in his lightning sword suddenly increased. The current throbbed wildly and exploded in Saathi's palm.
Saathi's hand was already covered in flesh and blood, while half of his palm had already charred to black.
However, he did not seem to feel any pain and he showed no emotion as well. The long staff swung toward Anthony in an attempt to crush him with one move.
The King Stage martial artists on one side focused their attention and was already waiting for the contestants to spring into action!
Those two were fighting to the death!
Anthony's speed was amazing and he had the upper hand, but Saathi fought for his life without fear. The situation had changed in an instant, and they were both battling it out to see who would fall first!
Anthony's expression was sullen but he showed no fear.
Just when everyone thought he would evade, lightning spurted out from both his hands and he slapped the dagger between his hands!
Zzzzzzzzzzz!
Another lightning sword popped out from the dagger!
That dagger was nothing more than a means to hoodwink others. In fact, his lightning sword could be extended from all sides!
