Chapter 2826: The Young Master of Profound Heaven Celestial Sect
The Tai Yi Celestial Sect, one of the Three Major Celestial Sects of the Wasteland, had a mansion in the Alchemy City of the Barren Land. They also had a shop downtown where they could sell medicinal herbs and Celestial Pills. The sect’s mansion and shop were given to them free of charge by the Barren Land. Needless to say, such a treatment was only given to the top sects in the Six Southeastern Regions.
The authorities of the Barren Land also arranged accommodations for sectless cultivators and small sects from various Celestial Kingdoms in the Six Southeastern Regions, but they would have to pay for them with Celestial Stones and Crystals. Naturally, the better the mansion was, the more Celestial Stones and Crystals one would have to pay. However, even the best mansion or residence available to these people were not comparable to the mansions and residence of the top sects in the Six Southeastern Regions. Apart from that, rent was also collected for the stalls provided to the small sects and sectless cultivators. The better the locations of the stalls, the higher the rent. The rent of a stall downtown was so expensive that most people simply could not afford it. Even if they could afford it, they might not be able to earn enough to cover the cost. For this reason, those who rented the stalls were outstanding mediocre Celestial Alchemists from small sects or without a sect.
Occasionally, one would be able to see a sectless prominent Celestial Alchemist, but it was really rare. After all, prominent Celestial Alchemists were in high demand and could join any of the top sects in the Six Southeastern Regions. If they join a top sect, they would be able to enjoy superior cultivation environments and resources. Moreover, they would be given a lofty position as an elder. The top sects would not restrict their freedom, and they were free to join and leave at any time. All they needed to do was refine Celestial Pills for the sect during their stay in the sect. The medicinal herbs and ingredients needed were also provided by the sect. They were treated extremely well and generously rewarded most of the time. How could they not join a top sect? Only a few eccentric prominent Celestial Alchemists would choose to remain solitary and not join any sects.
As soon as they entered Alchemy City, Huan’er’s melodious voice rang in Duan Ling Tian’s ears before he could even take a good look at the city. “Brother Ling Tian… There are so many people here!”

Duan Ling Tian had seen large groups of people entering the city earlier. However, the outside of the city was vast so it did not seem crowded. However, now that everyone was gathered in the city, the city looked shockingly crowded. Let alone downtown of the city, even the entrance was lively and crowded.
Huan’er held Duan Ling Tian’s hand as they walked next to Situ Ming, Yang Chong, and Yu Zhong Jing.
The Old Ancestor of the Tai Yi Celestial Sect walked in the lead and brought them to the residence of the Tai Yi Celestial Sect in Alchemy City. He had been here numerous times so he was familiar with the city.
Needless to say, Situ Ming, Yang Chong, and Yu Zhong Jing were also familiar with Alchemy City.
The residences that the Barren Land arranged for the top sects in the Six Southeastern Regions were the same each time. Thus, the Three Major Celestial Sects of the Barren Land did not arrange for anyone to welcome and lead the way for the people from the top sects of the Six Southeastern Regions.
The top sects of the Six Southeastern Regions would only set up Noise-Canceling Formations and Spirit Gathering Formations in their residences in Alchemy City. Although there were no restrictive Formations, nobody would dare to simply trespass. It was only natural since these were the residences of the top sects in the Six Southeastern Regions, who would dare to simply provoke them?
“There are so many mediocre Celestial Alchemists!”
As they walked on the streets of Alchemy City, Duan Ling Tian saw many people dressed in black robes with flames embroidered on them. The flames formed the word ‘Yang’. At first glance, the flames were so well embroidered that they looked like they were burning. They were extremely eye-catching. These were the Celestial Master’s Robes.
The Celestial Master’s Robes were the uniforms of the members of the Alliance of Celestial Masters. The members of the alliance were Celestial Alchemists and Celestial Weapons Craftsmen who have proven themselves worthy. Very few dared to wear imitations of the uniforms. If they were caught wearing a fake robe, their future would be ruined.
There were four different Celestial Master’s Robes; heaven-rank Celestial Master’s Robe, earth-rank Celestial Master’s Robe, Yang Celestial Master’s Robe, and Yin Celestial Master’s Robe. Heaven-rank Celestial Master’s Robe could only be worn by supreme Celestial Alchemists and Celestial Weapons Craftsmen. Earth-rank Celestial Master’s Robe could only be worn by prominent Celestial Alchemists and Celestial Weapons Craftsmen. Yang Celestial Master’s Robe could only be worn by mediocre Celestial Alchemists and Celestial Weapons Craftsmen, and Yin Celestial Master’s Robe would be given to primitive Celestial Alchemists and Celestial Weapons Craftsmen after they have proven themselves worthy of joining the Alliance of Celestial Masters.

Based on the Yang Celestial Master’s Robes, Duan Ling Tian could tell the group of people before him were mediocre Celestial Alchemists. Since the Alchemy City was opened for the Alchemy Conference, more than 90% of the people here were Celestial Alchemists. There were very few Celestial Weapons Craftsmen here.
Duan Ling Tian also saw a few primitive Celestial Alchemists who wore the Yin Celestial Master’s Robes. However, their numbers were much smaller compared to mediocre Celestial Alchemists.
“Master Situ, why aren’t you wearing your Celestial Master’s Robe?” Duan Ling Tian asked curiously as he looked at Situ Ming, Yang Chong, and Yu Zhong Jing. Although he was now a prominent Celestial Alchemist, and he could go to one of the branches of the Alliance of Celestial Masters in Tai Yi City, he had never done so since he did not have the time for it. Moreover, previously, there was no occasion that needed him to wear a Celestial Master’s Robe.
“We only wear our Celestial Master’s Robes when we need to prove our identities or during formal events like the Alchemy Conference. We’ll be wearing our Celestial Master’s Robes during the conference,” Situ Ming explained with a smile.
“I see,” Duan Ling Tian said with a wry smile, “I didn’t know we’re supposed to wear Celestial Master’s Robes during the Alchemy Conference. Otherwise, I would’ve gone to the Alliance of Celestial Masters’ branch in Tai Yi City to get a Celestial Master’s Robe. Is there an Alliance of Celestial Masters’ branch in Alchemy City?”
“No.” Situ Ming shook his head. “Master Duan, although there’s no Alliance of Celestial Masters’ branch in Alchemy City, there are other branches in other cities near Alchemy City that are governed by the Three Major Celestial Sects of the Barren Land. If you want a Celestial Master’s Robe, I can accompany you to one of the cities.”
Upon hearing this, Yu Zhong Jing suddenly chimed in, “Master Duan, I have a set of Yin Celestial Master’s Robe that has only been worn once. If you don’t mind, you can wear them.”
“Of course, I don’t mind,” Duan Ling Tian shook his head and said, “Thank you, Master Yu.” He did not care that the robe had been worn once. After all, he could easily clean it again.
As Duan Ling Tian and the people from the Tai Yi Celestial Sect walked down the streets, Huan’er who was not wearing a veil, naturally, became the topic of everyone’s discussion.
“What a beautiful woman!”
“I’ve never seen such a gorgeous woman… It would be a blessing of a lifetime to be able to sleep with her once.”
“Don’t think even about it… Can’t you see she already has a boyfriend? The purple-clad young man next to her has an outstanding bearing. It’s obvious he has an extraordinary background.”
“It’s not just that. Even the other four people in his party look like important personages. The old man walking in the lead, in particular, seems extraordinary. Although he looks just like an ordinary old man, it’s unassuming people like him who are the most terrifying.”
“Judging by their speech, behavior, and temperament, they don’t seem like they’re from small sects in the Six Southeastern Regions… I wonder which top sect in the Six Southeastern Regions they’re from?”
Although these people were admiring Huan’er beauty, they did not fail to notice Duan Ling Tian and the others’ extraordinary temperament. For this reason, although many people coveted Huan’er, they did not dare to act recklessly.
As Duan Ling Tian and the others continued walking down the street, a commotion could be heard as people began to move to the sides.
“Give way!”
“Move aside!!
“Do you know who my young master is? My young master is the Young Master of the Profound Heaven Celestial Sect. If you don’t want to die, move aside!”
Upon hearing these arrogant words, many people gave way and moved to the sides.
After a while, a young man dressed in white robes appeared. He was riding on the back of a gigantic tiger that was two meters tall. Three muscular men who were naked from the waist up parted the crowd for him.
“The Young Master of Profound Heaven Celestial Sect?”
“The Profound Heaven Celestial Sect in the Cross Region? The strongest sect in the Six Southeast Regions?”
