Fike's mind was a mess as he listened to the words of the middle-aged waitress, but he did not intend to refute.
"Sertia, what do you want to eat?"
Fike whispered to Sertia, who deliberately avoided making eye contact with him.
"Whatever!"
"Do you eat spicy food?"
"No!"
"What about fried food?"
"It's too oily, and your skin will get greasy!"
...
In his subsequent questions, Sertia rejected Fike's suggestions one by one.
Fike was a little speechless by this point, and asked again.
"Then what do you want to eat?"
"Whatever! I can eat anything!"
Fike looked helplessly to the waitress taking their order.
"Get us a few of your specials!"
The lady looked back at him doubtfully.
"The specials here are very expensive. Have you brought enough money?"
"Money?"
Fike gave a sly smirk.
The thing he lacked least was money.
Ever since his last trip to the Romon Auction, his accumulated wealth now was comparable to the wealthiest merchants in the entirety of Romon.
He took out the gold card that he received from Lan Xi.
"Use this."
The lady took the card from Fike and could not help but be stunned as she looked at the number on it.
"I didn't know you were such a playboy. Ok, please follow me!"
She led Fike and Sertia to a quieter seat in the dining room.
After they were seated, the lady handed the gold card back to Fike before assigning him a color.
Fike looked at the lady with confusion.
The woman mistook it for one of understanding.
She turned around and left.
"If only someone had pursued me in such a romantic way... I wouldn't have kept my virginity for so many years!"

The woman muttered in a low voice.
Fike and Sertia looked at each other in silence.
They quickly averted their gazes, and didn't say a word.
The atmosphere in the air was becoming more and more ambiguous.
Just as Fike was thinking about what to say next, a staff member arrived, pushing a cart full of red roses and candles.
The person silently and skillfully arranged their tables and seats with roses, and lit the tall candles before placing them onto the silver candlestick on the table.
Seeing the staff member's actions, Fike and Sertia were both a little confused.
Fike was the first to speak up.
"May I ask why these decorations are being sent up? I've just ordered some dishes!"
Seeing Fike's confusion, the staff member replied.
"Young man, are you sure? Don't you know what kind of restaurant we are?"
Seeing him blink dumbfoundedly, the staff member continued to say.
"We are a couple's restaurant here in Yogmo Academy! Didn't you notice that all the patrons here are in pairs?"
Finally understanding the situation after hearing his explanation, Fike nodded at the staff member.
The staff member seemed to have sensed something as he suddenly smiled at Fike.
"Good luck, young man! I wish you all the best!"
Fike and Sertia quickly realized what the staff member implied, and their faces turned beet red again.
At this moment, two familiar figures appeared in the restaurant.
"Senior, you're so nice. I've wanted to eat here for a long time!
"But because of the restriction of being single, I've never succeeded!"
"Actually, I've always wanted to come here as well. Since we're fated, we can come and have a taste today!"
The familiar figures turned out to be Irene and Molly.
Pretending to be a couple, they had infiltrated this restaurant that was specifically restricted to couples in Yogmo Academy.

After ordering a simple meal, the same waitress led the pair toward Fike and Sertia.
"Eh, Fike? Why are you here?"
They had noticed Fike.
Fike and Sertia sat unmovingly.
Irene turned to the waitress who had been guiding them.
"Auntie, we'll stay here. You don't have to find us other seats!"
The middle-aged woman shot a dirty look at Fike.
Fike also noticed her glance that seemed to contain a hint of disdain.
The lady didn't probe too much, only whispering briefly to Irene before turning around and leaving.
"Playboy!"
Meanwhile, the atmosphere on Fike's side had become strange again.
Other than Irene who was talking, everyone else at the table had fallen silent.
Irene was seated beside Sertia, and Senior Molly sat beside him.
Suddenly, Senior Molly whispered in Fike's ear.
"Fike, why did you bring this beautiful lady here?"
Seria's face flushed red.
Fike immediately stammered in response after hearing Molly's words.
"We- we were just planning to find a place to eat. I really didn't have any other thoughts..."
Senior Molly smiled coyly.
"I didn't expect you to be so good at this!"
Sertia, who was sitting opposite Fike, was currently facing the pair as they spoke.
Seeing them behaving so intimately, she couldn't stop her face from sinking.
She didn't fully reveal her dissatisfaction, as she knew that she did not have the right to complain about the situation.
As such, Sertia could only watch silently as Senior Molly inched closer and closer to Fike.
'This jerk... Doesn't he know how to stop her? Why does he just let Molly do this?'
By now, Molly was already half leaning on Fike's body, with one of her hands wrapped around his neck.
Of course, there was a reason for why she was doing this.
Suddenly, Molly abruptly smiled at Fike.
"The fire is burning brighter and brighter, Fike, let me fill it up!"
Fike did not understand at all what Molly was on about.
Just as he had been about to ask, Molly pressed her chest against his arm.
Obviously perplexed by Molly's sudden behaviour, he turned to look at Sertia awkwardly.
His gaze was met with an infuriated red face.
Sertia looked as if she had just eaten a giant chili pepper.
Her face twitched as she frowned slightly, half-heartedly replying to Irene's bumbling and ignorant enthusiasm.

The Order
The Order takes place within the Human-led Empire, within Glory City. In this Empire in which Magic is policed and its use is regulated, Mages are required to have a licence in order to practice Magic. The Magically inclined, Non-Human Races that have lived under Human rule lived a markedly different life to Humans, which had led to a somewhat contentious relationship. A law enforcement agency known as The Order is responsible for maintaining Magical order, and is also responsible for doling out justice to those who break the law. Consisting of the Magic using Mages, and the more technologically inclined Knights, these Agents are regarded as protectors by some, but as oppressors by many. The tale follows the exploits of Izano Zuko, a mysterious man, covered from head to toe in burn scars and wrapped in bandages. He arrives in Glory City with the backing of the City Lord, unknown abilities and secret intentions. Trouble starts up almost as soon as he arrives, and Zuko is thrown into a conflict between the Order and an unknown enemy. This is a complete book, and I plan to upload a chapter every week or so. No cover as yet.
