Deity Hero: Me! Gaining Disciples Makes Me Stronger! Chapter 176

There were very few apothecaries in the world. A apothecary teacher who could serve in the high Saint Academy had to be at least an apothecary king. Could it be that a new apothecary teacher had arrived in the Grass Spirit Hall?
"A new apothecary teacher?"
The apothecary-robed young man nodded, and a curious expression appeared on his face.
"I've never heard of a famous apothecary named Xuan Yi. Do you want to take a look?"
Hearing those words, the crowd fell silent for a moment. One of the beautiful ladies nodded her head slightly. It would be good to take a look. Ren Shi's public lecture could squeeze people to death. If Xuan Shi's public lecture really had some strength, there would be no need for us to fight for seats in the future. At the very least, we could be considered to be at the top.
Of the group of five, other than this lady, the others were all men, who were willing to going and take a look.
Upon reaching the grass spirit hall, the crowd realized that a handsome young man dressed in White was already seated in the hall.
"It's a good thing that he came early!"
The newly-opened public lecture was indeed different. If it was Ren Shi, he would have been packed to the brim long ago. How could there still be room for him?
That was indeed fortunate. The group found a seat and sat down. At the same time, they glanced at one another and came to a realization.
Xuan Yi was a new face. They had never seen him before in the Dao of Alchemy Manor. It was likely that he was a xuan student who had been specially recruited before it was time to recruit students.
Such a new student would either possess astonishing talent or rely solely on their connections to come to the High Saint Academy to gild their name.
The crowd was more inclined to think that Xuan Yi was here to gild his name.
Otherwise, why would he come so early?
Why did he choose to come to such an obscure school instead of attending the lecture of the veteran apothecary teacher Ren?
Even the few of them were only here to try their luck.

Xuan Yi sized up the five of them with a smile in his eyes. After waiting for a moment and confirming that no one had come, he gradually stood up and walked up to the podium.
The five of them were already regretting their actions.
After waiting for so long, only the five of them had come in. There were only six people in the entire grass spirit hall, and it was cold and cheerless, which was a completely different atmosphere from Ren Shi's public lecture.
"Are you the teacher?"
A young man exclaimed in disbelief.
Xuan Yi nodded slightly in acknowledgment.
The five of them looked at one another in shock.
They initially thought that Xuan Yi was a student who wanted to be a gold-plated student. Who would have thought that he was actually a teacher who wanted to be a gold-plated student?
No one felt that Xuan Yi was truly capable, for he was simply too young.
For a twenty-four or twenty-five year old to be able to have the standard of a third-grade alchemist was already considered pretty good. A fourth-grade alchemist could already represent a chosen one. A fifth-grade alchemist?!
If it was martial arts, it could still be said that Xuan Yi was exceptionally talented. Everyone could just grit their teeth and accept it.
However, alchemy relied on not only talent, but also experience and extremely rich experience. Many alchemists even relied on a bit of luck to break through. This wasn't something that could be easily accomplished.
A 24-year-old fifth rank pill king. That was impossible!
"What can we learn from this?"
"Isn't this fooling around?"
Among the five of them, two of them immediately stood up and left.
Rather than wasting their time in the grass spirit hall, they felt that it would be better to head over to Ren Shi's place to experience the fiery atmosphere.
Xuan Yi didn't stop them. Instead, he gazed at the remaining three with a profound gaze.
Before coming to lecture, he had a premonition that as a new teacher, there wouldn't be many students. Yet, not only were there fewer students, there were even people who wanted to run away?
The remaining three glanced at one another and felt that since they were already here, they wouldn't be able to squeeze into Ren Shi's position. Furthermore, Xuan Yi was still a teacher. If they were to leave as well, there wouldn't be a single student left in the Grass Spirit Hall, he was not sure whether they would be blamed for it.

At worst, he would just come once and not come again.
The three of them gritted their teeth and braced themselves to sit down.
They thought that they might be able to encounter a treasure, but in the end, they met an unreliable existence.
As one of the two great academies of the refined Saint Academy, the influence of the Dao of alchemy division was far-reaching. They couldn't understand why they would invite such a young teacher?
The three of them were certain that they would never come again.
Xuan Yi nodded slightly. "Since that's the case, let's begin."
With that, he started right away and began from the first-grade spirit pills.
The moment he opened his mouth, the three of them immediately regretted their decision to be here.
He was actually lecturing on first-grade spirit pills. Which one of the three people sitting here wasn't a third-grade spirit alchemist?
This was the middle Saint Academy, and all of them were seniors. After being nurtured by the Middle Saint Academy, everyone's alchemy attainments were above third-grade. They weren't apprentice alchemists, so first-grade pills could be said to be extremely shallow to them.
The situation made the three of them irritated.
But Xuan Yi didn't care, for he continued narrating as though nothing had happened.
He had the alchemy memory of a Grade Seven Alchemy Venerable, and he also had Dan Qing Zi's unique insight and insight in alchemy. In reality, his alchemy level might only be grade five, but in terms of insight and knowledge, he far surpassed everyone and had reached the level of a grade seven alchemy venerable.
In Xuan Yi's view, the concepts, despite being shallow, was the foundation of all alchemists. Only by laying a good foundation could one go further in the future.
Initially, the three of them didn't think much of it. However, after listening to a few sentences, they suddenly felt that something was amiss. Even if Xuan Yi was talking about Grade 2 or even Grade 3 spirit pills, he could still use it. To concoct a Grade 1 pill, was he going to use this method?
He was trying to simplify the process.
"Can it work? Be serious!"
Even though the three of them didn't believe him, they could still listen to him. When they regained their senses, Xuan Yi had already left.
"What are you talking about? First-grade isn't like first-grade, third-grade isn't like third-grade. I've never seen anyone concoct pills like this before."
In response, the three of them shook their heads. Ren Shi was a veteran teacher of the academy, and every public lecture of his was always be full. Would this man now be more formidable than Ren Shi?
How was that possible?
The three of them returned to their respective rooms. When they were about to concoct the pills, their expressions suddenly changed, and for some reason, they wanted to try out Xuan Yi's method.
A few hours later, the pill furnace exploded with a loud bang.
The young man's face was filled with indignation. He had already guessed that he had been deceived, and the Fury in his heart was rising steadily.
He was very clear about his own standard. Third grade was just so-so, and he had barely managed to concoct it. It was only of a very poor quality, but now, he couldn't even concoct a first grade pill. What was going on?
Bewildered, he threw himself into pill refinement. This time, he changed all of his methods to the method that Xuan Yi had taught him.
Boom! It was a success!
The young man looked at the Pill in his hand, the shock on his face could not be concealed.
He had originally wanted to refine another batch of grade three useless pills and then go find trouble with Xuan Yi.
But he had never expected that this batch of pills would actually succeed!
Of course, just the pill success was already enough to shock him, but it was far from enough to shock him on the spot.
The reason was that the quality of this batch of pills was really too high!
All of them were of excellent quality. In fact, their quality was as high as that of their instructors!
The young man was stunned!

I plan to make a story of flawed humans, so if you are looking for OP MCs you would not enjoy it. But I still hope you give it a try. This is my first time writing and I am doing it to get better, so any suggestion or criticism is welcome.
