The Greatest Beast Trainer: Building A Nation On The Back Of A Dragon Chapter 18

Another hour passed.
The construction of the small courtyard was finally completed!
Nicole's forehead was covered in sweat, and her hands had turned black.
However, she did not mind. Looking at the completed small courtyard, Nicole smiled happily.
This was built by her and Solomon together.
Of course, Solomon was responsible for providing ideas, and she was responsible for implementing them. So it was her fault for not understanding them.
"Come over and have a drink of water, then take a rest."
Solomon said.
Nicole quickly ran to Solomon's side, took the kettle, and started drinking.
Then, she took out a piece of jerky from the bag and started to eat it.
After resting, she continued to work!
Solomon looked at the house that had just taken shape, and his brain started working again quickly.
"Nicole, how about I get you a swing?"
Solomon decided first to complete the interior of the small courtyard. As for the other things, he would talk about them later. The exterior of the house was just a little short, and then there was the interior.
"What is a swing?"
Nicole asked with a confused look.
Solomon did not answer her. Instead, he took out a small dagger and began to carve on the wood.
Soon, he took out a very smooth wooden board.
Solomon walked into the courtyard and looked at where he would place the simplified version of the swing.
"This is it."
After saying that, he carried two pieces of wood and placed them in the middle of the courtyard. Then, he instructed the Little Fire Dragon to use the fire rock spell to fix them up to ensure their sturdiness.
Then, he took out a rope and pierced through the hole in the wooden board. Then, just like that, he hung it between the two pieces of wood.
"Come over."
Solomon sat on the board to feel it before letting Nicole come over.

"Solomon, what is this?"
Nicole sat on the swing, not knowing what to do.
"Grab these two ropes with both hands, and don't move."
Nicole nodded obediently.
"Then I'll start."
After saying that, Solomon gently pushed the board.
"Wow! Solomon, look, I'm flying!"
"A little higher, a little higher!"
Nicole seemed to have discovered a new world as she started shouting.
Because the house was built in the middle of the Little Fire Dragon's back, there was no need to worry about safety.
"Alright, we'll play again when we have time. So let's continue working."
Solomon said.
Nicole nodded and left the swing with satisfaction.
The interior of the small courtyard was almost done. A small pond, a few small fish, and a few small trees would be even more perfect.
The courtyard had temporarily come to an end. Now, it was time for the overall design of the house.
Since it was to build a villa, there must be some nice steps. The most eye-catching part of the Little Fire Dragon's innate skill was that it could control all kinds of stones for its own use.
Solomon could also do this, but it took too much time, so he gave it to the Little Fire Dragon. But, unfortunately, there was still a difference between humans and beasts.
Just like that, a nice-looking step rose.
Solomon built two layers of foundation, making the entire house look more layered.
It was not to the extent that there were not many bright spots.
After all, this was the house he would be living in the future, so he naturally had to put in some effort.
Another hour passed.
The appearance of the house was almost over. Now, all that was left was the roof.
Solomon and Nicole could only make the roof themselves. After all, the Little Fire Dragon could not control the wood.

Solomon decided that he would first use a layer of wood to cover the roof. Then, he would let the little fire dragon use its innate skill to cover the surface of the wood with a layer of stone. This way, it would look better and be more solid.
"Nicole, pass me the wood."
"Okay."
"You took the wrong one. It's the longer one next to it."
"Oh."
"..."
Nicole's own strength was not small either. It was enough to move the wood.
The two of them entered a busy state together.
In a short while, the entire roof frame was out. Now, they only needed to let the Little Fire Dragon use its innate skill.
White stones suddenly covered the entire roof frame, and in just a short while, it took shape.
Solomon discovered another innate skill of the Little Fire Dragon, which was building houses!
If the Little Fire Dragon had not awakened this innate skill, relying on the two of them, it would have taken them several days.
The appearance was completely over!
He looked at the sky. It was still early.
Solomon began to think about the layout of the interior.
The villa's interior had already been divided into individual rooms, all according to Solomon's instructions to the Little Fire Dragon. There was not the slightest deviation.
The first thing he had to do was set up a drainage channel. Otherwise, some sewage would not be able to be discharged in the future.
In a short while, this problem was solved.
Next was the kitchen, which was something to think about.
First of all, it had to be the grill.
Solomon built a fireplace with things, and then he had the Little Fire dragon reinforce it so that the sparks inside would not splash out and cause unnecessary trouble.
Then he laid a layer of sand under the fireplace to insulate it from heat so that he did not have to worry about the floor being burned black by the fire.
Then, he left a hole on the left and right sides of the fireplace. This was what Solomon was going to use to ensure there was sufficient oxygen.
"Success!"
Solomon wiped the sweat from his forehead with the corner of his clothes.
He even deliberately built a chimney above the fireplace to exhaust the smoke. He was very considerate.
Then, he added a series of food items.
A spoon, an iron pot, a bowl, and so on.
...
Except for the room, everything else was done.
"Nicole, this will be your room from now on."
Solomon said to Nicole.
"Really?"
Nicole covered her mouth in disbelief.
The room in front of her was the biggest place she had ever lived in her life.
And it had white walls. It was very beautiful.
"Alright, this is the sixth time you've asked me today. So hurry up and move the things."
Solomon smiled.
Nicole nodded and got off the Little Fire Dragon's body. She was ready to go back and move the things here.
Some of her personal belongings, necessities, and of course, the things in the small wooden shed were all moved up.
Solomon did not stop them. After all, these were Nicole's memories.
Moreover, these things were collected by Nicole's sister and Nicole. If they were thrown away like this, Nicole would be sad.
Not long after, Nicole's things were all moved up and piled up in her room.
She also changed the door of her room to the door of the small wooden shed.
This also became the most eye-catching thing in the entire room.
"Thank you, Solomon."
Nicole said to Solomon.
Hearing this, Solomon nodded slightly.

UPDATES TUES/THURS after chapter 5 Cover art by Tumblr User: @pigeon-princess This book features characters that are related to in many ways to my other novel "Grimoire". While both stories are their own stand alone series, Sun God's Corruption will add a good amount of depth to Grimoire, and Grimoire shows the unfoldings of the world that will eventually come from the events in Sun God's Corruption. I reccomend reading them both interchangably.
