Legend Of Swordsman Chapter 2117

Chapter 2117 Entering the Heaven Repairing PalaceThe Ancient Mystery Land had been activated multiple times from the First Era to the Second.
Now, the Land remained permanently open.
A huge Ancient battlefield lay upon the Land. Huge crowds of experts came during the early days of the Eternal Chaotic World. But as the Green Fire World expanded with their own superior Ancient battlefields, not many people came back.
“I’ve heard of this Ancient Mystery Land multiple times, but this is the first time I’ve been here,” Jian Wushuang smiled.
“This Land still holds many opportunities, but it’s nothing compared to the battlefields in your hometown,” Abysmal Saint Master said.
Jian Wushuang smiled. Soon, both reached the Palace.
The Heaven Repairing Palace stood amongst piles of rubble. It looked like a dilapidated palace beyond repair, but there was more to it than met the eye.
Many experts were already waiting outside the Palace. In front stood East Royal Emperor, the other eleven experts, and more who were in charge of protecting the Palace along with the East Royal Emperor.
“Jian Wushuang, Abysmal Saint Master,” East Royal Emperor greeted them.
“Everyone’s here, East Royal?” Abysmal Saint Master asked.
“Yes, with the Sword Emperor’s arrival, we can begin to activate the Palace,” East Royal Emperor said.
Jian Wushuang nodded and looked towards the eleven people.
Among those were Emperor God Liu Guang and Jue Xian. Noticing Jian Wushuang’s gaze, they immediately bowed.
Jian Wushuang smiled, and noticed Qian Mingzi.
“Elder Qian, how are you?” Jian Wushuang smiled.
Qian Mingzi was an expert under Purple Moon Emperor. They had once helped the Lineage of Stars against the three big alliances.
“You’re too kind, Sword Emperor,” Qian Mingzi respectfully replied.
Besides the trio, Jian Wushuang recognised another person. This young man wore a white robe, his hair white as snow, his gaze as cold.

“Emperor God Tian Ling?” Jian Wushuang was surprised.
Emperor God Tian Ling, co-founder of the Soaring Heaven King Palace, was the strongest expert within the Star Extermination Alliance, back when he fought at the Lineage of Stars.
His abilities were already pinnacle Emperor God at that time, and he was qualified to fight against the Underworld God.
After so many years, this Emperor God had yet to reach Great Emperor levels, but amongst Emperor Gods he was definitely the most qualified person for a seat in the Palace, with the highest chances of actually reaching Great Emperor.
Emperor God Tian Ling sensed Jian Wushuang looking at him. His emotions were conflicting.
Jian Wushuang back then had fought vigorously against him at the Soaring Heaven King Palace, they only decided to let down their grudges temporarily for the Three Emperors World battle. But the Jian Wushuang of today… he had grown so strong that he left Emperor God Tian Ling speechless.
At the same time, he was glad this battle was about to emerge. Without it, Jian Wushuang would have long ago made his move against the Soaring Heaven King Palace, and he would not be able to do anything about it.
“Regardless, I must reach Great Emperor levels after this. If not when Jian Wushuang comes after me, the Soaring Heaven King Palace will go down without a fight,” Emperor God Tian Ling clenched his fists. He was determined.
What he did not know was that Jian Wushuang no longer cared so much about his rivalry against the Soaring Heaven King Palace.
A small Soaring Heaven King Palace was no longer worth the time and effort needed to exact his revenge.
Jian Wushuang’s biggest enemy now is the Three Emperors World. He could even put down his grudge against Abysmal Saint Master, and become good friends with him. As long as the Soaring Heaven King Palace did their best, he would not come after them.

Of course, if they were to make any sudden movements, he would not let it slide.
His gaze shifted to another person.
This person attracted Jian Wushuang more than anyone else.
His aura was the strongest amongst the Emperor Gods, even more than Emperor God Tian Ling.
Maybe as good as a normal Great Emperor.
“If I am not wrong, you are Underworld God?” Jian Wushuang asked the green-robed, normal-looking middle-aged man.
“Greetings, Sword Emperor,” the man bowed humbly, but without much fear.
“I see…” Jian Wushuang smiled. “Rumour has it that you are the only Emperor God around able to go against a Great Emperor, I guess they were right. In fact, you’re probably stronger than that. If I were to put you against a Great Emperor, you could probably handle it, right?”
Hearing this, the Underworld God smiled. He did not deny it.
But he still humbly replied, “The rumours are not true. I can indeed go against Great Emperors as an Emperor God, but I’m not the only one. With you Sword Master, the unbelievable Emperor God at that point of time, how could I claim this title alone?”
“Err..” Jian Wushuang laughed.
He took a few more glances at the Underworld God and Emperor God Tian Ling. The rest he did not care for as much.
“Since everyone is here, let us activate the Palace now,” Jian Wushuang said.
“Understood,” East Royal Emperor nodded, and waved a few gestures towards the Palace.
A token was tossed into the Palace.
The dilapidated palace started to glow, and began its restoration to its former glory.
The doors soon opened.
“You all can enter now,” East Royal Emperor said.
“Please guard us well, both of you,” Jian Wushuang said and entered the palace first.
The other eleven Emperor Gods followed one by one.

Dungeon Core Chat Room.
This is a slower-paced "experiment and dungeon building" web novel that tries to use the idea of peer-to-peer communication with Dungeon Cores instead of Dungeon to slave monster communication to break up the detailed dungeon building. Rank 1 description: (minimum met for system initialization...detailed description as follows) Each race was given a system by the gods to make up for their shortcomings and balance their place in this world. Humans: Abysmally bad at understanding and using magic unable to use more than the lowest of magic were given the "Skill System" magic in the form of premade skills with use, study, and mastery tied to experience. Elves: Intuitively understand magic and have long lives leading to vast knowledge and skill in their chosen fields. However, as a species, they have nearly zero sex drive and less than low fertility, so they were gifted the "World Tree System" with experience gained through the care of natural areas – gifting the chance of children to increase their numbers without dirty copulation. All “natural” or “wild” monsters are given an "Evolution system" designed around killing and consuming as many creatures as possible, slowly increasing strength and, at thresholds, allowing mutations to alter them multiple times. Dungeon cores are different. Unlike humans, they can see, manipulate and live off mana. Unlike Elves, they naturally crystallize after extended periods of time in high mana level areas. However, they cannot easily move or communicate and typically go insane without companionship. As a species other than the odd eccentric they are unimaginative. Brute forcing solutions without the drive to truly innovate. Thus they have been gifted with the "Dungeon Connection System" a magical version of the internet accessible by their peers that allows them to barter and sell: bait, traps, monsters, and knowledge, as well as entertain each other with “adventure streams” using exciting recorded battles and humorous reels of arrogant chumps biting off more than they can chew to often fatal effects. This is the casual story of a dungeon unluckily spawned far from potential adventurers forced to innovate beyond its peers to find its place in this world. Rank 2 Description: Justification. I've been on a dungeon core kick for months and while I love the genre – it's sparse with entries. Often the forced conflict gets repetitive and frantic solving of threats "power levels" the protagonist to god levels to progress the plot – taking away the nice steady progression fantasy I'm looking for. (Progression in this story is linked to how strong of monsters/traps/whatever he can create not his "level"...this is demonstrated by some of his newer monsters beating his older monsters not with discrete "this monster has 10 attack this one has 40") Additionally, the focus on 3rd parties with their drama takes away from the reason I’m reading dungeon core novels in the first place – I'm looking for magical crafting, experimentation and kingdom building – not defence from higher and higher levelled enemies looking to steal/destroy/control the MC. This novel is kind of just me writing the story I wish I could read. I like thinking about the experimentation that can be done in fantasy settings using 'mana' as an excuse to make up rules and try to keep them internally consistent. IE once I define how a rule works, I'm going to commit to keeping it – no breaking hard truths I've given when it's convenient, even if it backs me into a corner. Hopefully, that should make the story interesting to read even if it's SOL and less action-oriented. There will be problems to solve and a clear progression in strength (of created monsters and knowledge) however due to not wanting to force conflict for the sake of conflict the general theme will be closer to slice of life with few action sequences and no overarching goal so please keep that in mind when picking this up as the genre is not for everyone. Finally, I have a clear goal of what I want from this story (not an endless romp but a series of arcs and then a conclusion that's a couple of dozen medium-sized chapters long) I want to commit to finishing it or at least bringing it to a point of rest. I hate all the engaging stories that stop with a “hiatus” indefinitely so in the event I lose motivation I'll work to end this even if the ending becomes rushed/unsatisfying just to give a sense of closure. I’m planning on including several polls in terms of direction and taking feedback heavily into account if I get enough readers (but may choose to ignore it if it deviates too far from the direction I want to take this as in feedback like: “The MC needs a cartoonishly evil arch-enemy that wants to enslave him and force the mc to pump out magic items” or “the MC needs to make a body and learn teleportation then live with humans” will get shot down without consideration.)

Being unable to even take his own life, Damien struggles to get past each day, looking for something to live for. With every passing day, Damien becomes more solemn and impassive. Three months later, Damien has almost given up, but to his surprise something unexpected happens. He is given the chance of a lifetime; to take part in a study focused on researching the effects of VR games on quadriplegic patients. Authors Note: If you find that the dialogue from the prologue to chapter 5 seem to be not that smooth, I apologize for that, it was my first time writing a fanfic so the dialogue was not in a format that is ideal. However, due to reader comments and some research I will try to attempt to improve the dialogue from chapter 6 and onwards. I may or may not come back to edit the first few chapters since I would have to rewrite most of it and I would rather spend that time writing out more of the story.
