My Little Sweet Wife Chapter 91

"Enough of your willfulness? I thought you wouldn't even want to come over for breakfast!" Xian Jian, who was sitting on the side, looked at Xian Guiying with an indifferent expression.
"It doesn't matter if I'm hungry. I can't let my sister-in-law be hungry, right, sister-in-law?" Xian Guiying mocked and turned to Jiang Ruolan with a raised eyebrow.
Jiang Ruolan looked at Xian Jian and Old Man Xian. After a moment of hesitation, she suppressed the unwillingness in her heart and whispered, "Dad …Grandpa... Good morning."
Old Man Xian suddenly turned his head like a sulking child. Xian Jian initially frowned because of her "dad", but for some reason, he didn't react, he just looked at her coldly.
Could it be that Xian Zihao had talked about something with them last night? Otherwise, with Xian Jian's temper, he would drive her away in a rage the moment he saw her but this morning, he just stared at her coldly.
"If you want to shout 'Dad', then shout it. You won't be able to do so for long anyway." Xian Jian grunted.
Jiang Ruolan looked at him in surprise, not understanding the meaning behind his words.
Could it be that Xian Zihao had agreed to a divorce? She looked at Old Man Xian, who didn't even want to look at her, and Xian Jian, who had a cold and malicious expression.
"Xian Jian!" You just can't keep your temper! We are family, can't you speak properly?! Zhan An walked down the stairs and stared at him unhappily. "You already know it's not Ruolan's fault but why are you still so overbearing!"
"I believe in what I saw with my eyes! I don't believe in her explanation." Xian Jian sneered. "I watched Cui Liuxian grow up with my father, and I even knew her personality better."
"Tch ..." Xian Guiying suddenly snorted and deliberately pulled Jiang Ruolan sitting in front of Xian Jian and the old man.
Xian Jian glared at her.
Xian Guiying shrugged in disapproval and turned to the old man. "Grandpa, do you really dislike my sister-in-law? Why do you not like her? Did you not like her because of what happened to Cui Liuxian? Just like when I was young, even Cui Liuxian's dress was not cut by me, but when she said it was me, you all decided it was me! That I was bullying her! For the same reason, today you wanted to use this method to hurt my sister-in-law!"

Old Man Xian suddenly opened his eyes. He did not look at Xian Guiying. Instead, he looked at Jiang Ruolan with an indifferent expression.
Jiang Ruolan was forcibly pulled over to sit there by Xian Guiying. Being looked at like this by the old man, she couldn't help but feel a little scared and wanted to fight free from Xian Guiying's grip.
The old man's face didn't look too good, but he suppressed his anger in the end and said unhappily, "Why are you making such a ruckus in the early morning? Let's eat first!"
Nanny Cheng and the others quickly served their breakfast.
Zhan An who was sitting next to Xian Jian looked very restless. She was hesitated to speak. She looked at Jiang Ruolan who didn't touch the chopsticks, and then looked at the others.
Suddenly the old man placed the bowl heavily on the table. This sound caused everyone to freeze on the spot.
Jiang Ruolan looked at Old Man Xian in confusion, then saw the struggle in Zhan An's eyes. Only then did she realized that Xian Zihao had not appeared since he went to see Cui Liuxian last night.
"Dad, Zihao hadn't eaten since last night, you just locked him in Liuxian's room like that, that's really ..." Zhan An sighed.
"Hunger won't kill him if he didn't eat for a day!" Old Man Xian said calmly, "Let him stay in Liuxian's room. If not, when will he reflect on his mistake? If he is willing to divorce this woman, then release him."
"Dad!" Zhan An's heart ached for her son, and her voice rose slightly.
"You locked my brother in Cui Liuxian's room?" Xian Guiying looked at the old man in shock.
The old man raised his eyebrow, "What? What was wrong with asking him to stay with Liuxian? She should be my grandson's wife! What's wrong with keeping them together?"
Xian Guiying took a deep breath. She was so angry that she wanted to flip the table. Gritting her teeth, she stood up and turned to go upstairs.
"Guiying! Stop right there!"
"Little Ying!"
"Guiying!"
"Guiying, don't go up. Quickly stop!" Zhan An quickly got up and tried to stop her.
"Let me go!" Xian Guiying shook her hand vigorously.
"Little Ying!"
"Let go! Let me go... Mom, let go!"
"You …"
"Enough!" Shockingly, a cold voice was heard from the second floor. Xian Zihao stood there expressionless. His voice contained a hint of malice as he watched the farce downstairs with an unfathomable expression.

The hall became so quiet that people could hear a pin drop. This was the first time Jiang Ruolan had seen such a strong killing intent from him that it almost went down to the bone.
Xian Zihao slowly walked down the stairs. His dark eyes seemed to want to kill people. He looked at Xian Guiying, who was about to climb the stairs. His thin lips slightly moved. "Go back, sit down."
Xian Guiying stared at him blankly. She bit her lips, wanting to say something, but she didn't. She obediently turned around and walked back to Jiang Ruolan's side, sitting beside her.
Xian Zihao walked straight towards Jiang Ruolan and his gaze never left her. He looked at her for a long time before extending his hand.
Jiang Ruolan stared blankly at his hand.
Xian Guiying, who was sitting beside her, suddenly grabbed her hand and placed it in Xian Zihao' hand.
Suddenly Xian Zihao pulled her into his warm embrace. Before she could get back on her feet, Xian Zihao stretched out his arms and encircled her waist.
She stared at his face just a few inches from her in astonishment.
"Cui Liuxian is already awake. She needs to grow up and matured, but the price for her growth shouldn't be something that Ruolan and I have to bear."
He was covered in a layer of frost, but there was a trace of a smile on his face that had yet to reach his eyes. He was no longer the usually warm Xian Zihao.
"Zihao, you've made up your mind to get together with this woman to make grandpa angry, right?" Old Man Xin wasn't as angry as he thought. Instead, he looked at Jiang Ruolan coldly.
"You know very well whether Ruolan was really wrong in this, grandpa." Xian Zihao's voice was light and indifferent. "You can't pamper Cui Liuxian anymore. She's grown up and had to think what she's doing was either right or wrong! She tried to hurt the innocent. I hope this thing won't happen for a second time."
"Zihao!"
"I will not marry Cui Liuxian." Xian Zihao looked very calm. He lowered his hand from Jiang Ruolan's waist. He suddenly took hold of her hand, interlaced their fingers in front of everyone and said in a bland voice, "Ruolan is my wife. She is, and always will be."
Xian Zihao smiled vaguely when he saw his father and the old man about to explode in anger. "Do you want me to leave with my wife, or do you want to spend time with us during this Mid-Autumn Festival?"
"Stinking brat, you dare to threaten your grandfather?" Old Man Xian was infuriated and suddenly glared at him.
Xian Zihao's smile turned slightly cold. "How could I dare to threaten you?"
Even though Old Man Xian was angry, he could not bear to see his beloved grandson leave just like that. He immediately looked at them with hatred, then glanced at Jiang Ruolan who said nothing. "You stinking brat."
Seeing that Old Man Xian had finally come to a compromise, Jiang Ruolan blinked in disbelief. She suddenly heard Xian Zihao said with a faint smile, "I will return the favour with my life. Grandpa, this is what you taught me."
Although Xian Jian's face didn't look too good, but he knew what was playing in the old man's mind. He looked at the old man and said, "Dad, don't be angry. I will teach this child a good lesson later."
"Hmph." Old Man Xian turned his head in annoyance and rolled his eyes at his grandson. "I will let you accompany me during this Mid-Autumn Festival. Don't think that I will forget about Cui Liuxian's matter."
Xian Zihao, on the other hand, did not respond to the old man's words. He looked at Jiang Ruolan. "Do you want to stay?"
He had pointed the spear at her. Jiang Ruolan's expression turned cold as she stared at him in astonishment. In an instant, she discovered that everyone's gaze was on her alone.
Why was Xian Zihao putting the decision to stay with them on her shoulders?
Was he really letting her choose?
As expected, Old Man Xian glanced at her unwillingly.
Noticing the faint worry in Old Man Xian's eyes, Jiang Rullan felt reassured and immediately understood Xian Zihao's intention. She secretly smiled at him, then said with a magnanimous tone. "Since it's the Mid-Autumn Festival, of course we'll stay here with grandpa!"
