"Jiang Yijun, stop right there!"

Jiang Ruolan raised her eyes and looked at the taxi that was getting farther and farther away. ���I …" 

She was so anxious like an ant on a hot pan. "Let me go. I have to go and find Yijun and bring him back."

Xian Zihao held her waist with one hand, and while his other hand pressed down Jiang Ruolan's hand that was struggling against his body. "Jiang Ruolan, calm down first!"

"I can't calm down! Yijun is my little brother! He is the closest person to me in my life. I can't let him just leave like this! I need to make things clear to him!" Her eyes reddened as she struggled. "Let me go, Xian Zihao! Let go!"

"How can I let go of you when you are in such an emotional state?" Xian Zihao suddenly muttered a curse while holding Jiang Ruolan's body and patted her shoulder, "No matter what happens, I will be here. If you continue to act like this, you will only endanger yourself! You don't even see the car on the road! How can I let you go after him?"

Jiang Ruolan paused for a moment. She finally regained some of her rationality and calmed down. However, her eyes stared blankly at the direction the taxi had disappeared and remained silent.

Xian Zihao slowly pressed his hand against his stomach. His footsteps gradually became slower.

When Xian Zihao had come back today, Jiang Ruolan had felt that his mental state was not particularly good, as if he was exhausted. Only now did she notice his abnormality and quickly reached out to support him. "Zihao?!"

Jiang Ruolan quickly walked in front of him and discovered that his face was a little pale. A layer of thin sweat seemed to be seeping out of his forehead, but he was still suppressing something with all his might. 

Xian Zihao looked at Jiang Ruolan with a comforting gaze and gently shook his head. "I'm fine. Let's go inside."

"How can you possibly be fine? Your face is so pale!" As Jiang Ruolan caressed his stomach with her hand, she hurriedly said, "You can't eat spicy food! Yijun likes spicy food, that's why I decided to cook so many of his favorite foods. I forgot you can not eat spicy food. Let's go to the hospital."

Jiang Ruolan quickly helped him to the parking lot.

From what she knew, while in the United States, Xian Zihao will always vomit blood due to abdominal pain and will not regain consciousness. To prevent such a thing from happening again, she needed to take him to the hospital immediately.

When the ambulance arrived, Xian Zihao seemed somewhat helpless. He did not know whether to laugh or cry. Jiang Ruolan was really worried about him.

In the end, he was helped into the ambulance by a few nurses and doctors in a flustered manner.

Xian Zihao was in so much pain that his tall body curled up slightly on the stretcher.

When they arrived at the hospital, Jiang Ruolan was ordered to wait outside the emergency room. She bit her fingernails nervously.

Recently there was a lot of social engagement that Xian Zihao had to attend, and every day he would be very busy and would only go home at 7 o'clock.

Since Jiang Yijun came to visit her today, Xian Zihao took advantage of the situation and accompanied her to prepare a sumptuous dinner.

Xian Zihao really can't eat any food because of his stomach problems. How could she forget about that?!

The doctor answered carefully, "He is much better now, but it's best to let him rest in the hospital tonight. Since you're Mr. Xian's wife, please follow us to complete a few procedures."
