Mrs. Qin lowered her eyes. "I know, I know Xian Guiying is innocent. It's because your grandmother's heart and body are getting worse day by day that I'm really afraid she's going to be affected."

Qin Gengxin pondered for a moment. "I'll figure out a way to deal with this."

"What method can you think of? This knot can't be untied from your grandmother's heart for the rest of her life! What can you do about it?" Mrs. Qin looked at him.

"There must be a reason behind all this. I will find the source and think of a way to solve it."

"Solve it?" Mrs. Qin scoffed, "How will you solve it? What will you use to solve it?"

Before Qin Gengxin could say anything, the door of the ward next to him opened. Wei Zhengsheng walked out and looked directly at them. Qin Gengxin gave him a bland look before walking over.

Wei Zhengsheng looked at him, "Did Mrs. Zhang pick up Qianqian this morning?"

Instead of answering his question, Qin Gengxin's eyes wandered inside the ward and looked at Xian Guiying, who was leaning against the bed. She looked up and their eyes met each other. She looked at him for a moment before slowly turning away and closing her eyes.

Qin Gengxin looked over his shoulder at his mother before saying to Wei Zhengsheng, "Let's talk."

Wei Zhengsheng looked at Mrs. Qin. Qin Gengxin knew what he was worried about, so he said, "My mother couldn't hold her temper yesterday, that's why she lost her control, but now that she's calm, she won't do anything to Guiying again."

Of course, Qin Gengxin would not let anyone else hurt Xian Guiying. Wei Zhengsheng was pretty sure about this.

Xian Guiying was resting on the bed when she heard the ward door open. She opened her eyes and saw Mrs. Qin walking in. She slowly sat up.
