Shadowslash let out a harmless smile and introduced himself:

"I am Shadowslash and as you can see I am a fox."

The white fox nodded and asked, "What do you wish from me?"

Shadowslash smiled again before he replied, "I want you to join my family."

The white fox was puzzled by what he said and asks "Family? You mean as a pack?"

Shadowslash shook his head and answered, "No. I don't belong in any pack, but me and my family were living with ourselves. Why won't you join us, after all there is safety in numbers?"

The fox was deeply moved by his word and agreed. She then calls for her daughter and had her introduce herself to Shadowslash.

Minutes passed before Sans arrived. Shadowslash deepen his relationship with the white fox and the fox pup. He named the mother Flora and the daughter Flare.

Sans grabbed the rat's carcass and brought it back to the cave near the pond. Shadowslash also brought the mother and daughter fox with him and introduced them to his mother. After that he then continued hunting. He split the group again.

Shadowslash was searching for Fire or Yin Type monster, as well as an item that is suitable for his family. An hour have passed and found no monster that had the type he needs, but with the continuous hunting he leveled up to Level 9.

He was also informed by the SYSTEM that Banjo has also level up and entered the realm of high level monster, even though it is just None Rank, nevertheless the monster ability will definitely increase.

He then spoke to Banjo through the SYSTEM: "Banjo I think you are ready to take your revenge. I will be waiting at the spider's territory." He then dash towards the golden spider territory.

When he arrived there, he saw many golden spider younglings. What's more, they are all savages, it can be seen that the prey they caught was immediately sucked dry.

Shadowslash then let out a smile for him. He was thinking that after this, Banjo might level up following with fighting a whole family of that spider.

A couple of minutes later, Banjo and Sans arrived. He saw Banjo looking very vengeful and his aura was full of hostility.

"The whole family is there. Don't worry, they are not intelligent but be careful though as there are Tens of them. Also be reminded that even if you are in the brink of death we will not help you, after all this is what you wish."

Banjo nodded and started to slither inside the spider's cave. Following that, sounds of fighting were heard outside.

Inside the cave, Banjo was firing [Space Ball] continuously. The number of spiders were not small so he can't put his guard down.

After firing nonstop for nearly an hour, Banjo stopped. He used up all of his Mana but it was all worth it. The number of spiders left in the cave are pitiful, even they have a very scary number, they cluster together making them conveniently easy to kill together.

A hiss was heard deep in the cave, Banjo tense up. He also felt fear but it gradually turn into anger. He never forget that sound, it was the killer of his mother.

He goes deeper into the cave until it reached the deepest part. In there he saw a big golden spider standing proudly and menacingly, looking at him full of anger.

Banjo let out a sound full of rage. He now saw the monster that is responsible to his mother's death.

Banjo then strike it using his tail causing a dull sound. The armour of the spider was very tough and it is one rank higher than Banjo.

Banjo then continued his attack. He did not stop using his tail as a whip. The spider was letting a pained hissing sound. Alhough it is one rank higher than Banjo, it was weakened when it gave birth to many spider eggs. Additionally, Banjo was training to become strong too.

The golden spider spit out a silk. It was its signature move.

Banjo hurriedly dodge. This is the reason why his mother was defeated when the spider and Banjo's mother fought.

"I will not let you have it your way."

The fight lasted for 2 hours. Banjo was now filled with holes, yet, thankfully his [Space Scale] did not get hit.

The spider was in much worse situation. 4 of its legs have been broken and its body was als filled with injuries. Its armour was broken by Banjo's relentless attack adding its suffering.

Banjo then slump on the ground. However, before that, he fired a [Space Ball] blasting the spider's head to make sure it will not do any counter measures.

Outside the cave, Shadowslash left Sans to guard while he was searching for monsters or items to make his sisters evolve again.

After a fruitful day, he returned at sundown counting all the Bronze Rank monsters he killed. There were 17 all in all, with 12 from Fire Type and the rest being the Yin Type.

Night came, his mother and sisters have finished eating all the monsters that he hunted. He also let Flora and Flare have some of those.

Meanwhile, the evolution was finished. His mother now has 2 tails with red tips and her body have become pure white.

His sisters were also the same. Flora as well evolved but only had one tail, while Flare became scarlet red.

When Shadowslash scan them, no data was shown except for Flare: (Lvl 4) (Very Rare) Scarlet Flaming Fox.

It was midnight when Banjo and Sans returned. He was surprised to see Banjo's appearance change. He was now black golden in color and when he scans him, the SYSTEM revealed:

Shadowslash was not surprised by Banjo's improvement, it was meant to be a challenge for him.

"Banjo, I want you to guard my family. I and Sans will be hunting all night and Rank up. We will not return if we don't Rank up."

Shadowslash then left with Sans in the darkness in the forest.

He was travelling in the forest quietly; there were many ferocious monsters roaming in the night.

Suddenly, they saw a black bear killing a huge lizard with one smack.

Shadowslash eyes lit up. This bear is a great target if he wants to challenge himself.

He fired a [Fireball] on the bear's face. Shadowslash [Fireball] skill was already on Transmission Phase. One more push and it will level up into Yellow Quality Skill while having a Red Quality Powe. This is the information that he obtained when the SYSTEM detected that he was in Transmission Phase. Skills qualities were split into 4 categories (White, Yellow, Red and Blue) there are still higher classification of qualities but the SYSTEM did have any relevant data.

The [Fireball] hit the face of the bear causing an explosion. Then the bear let out an attack roar charging towards Shadowslash.

Shadowslash was smiling looking at the dumb monster, he then told Sans to throw it into the branches.

After landing on the tree branches, Shadowslash then continue to attack the bear.

The bear kept letting out a frustrated roar. Aside from that, when Shadowslash got on the branch it could not reach him. Even if it broke the tree the cunning fox would just leapt into another tree branch.

When the bear was still busy roaring at Shadowslash, Sans ponce on the bear and got knock on its head.

*Bam*

The attack made the bear dizzy but it could not recover and rest because Shadowslash was not finish in his barrage. He kept firing [Fireball] and all of it landed on the bear's face.

The bear suffered from Shadowslash' relentless assault. Moreover, when it lets it guard down Sans kept ambushing it and pounded its head hard. Likewise, if it tried to prioritize attacking Sans, Shadowslash will attack it without rest.

*Crack*

Sound of cracking were heard. Sans [Iron Bone Pound] finally crack open the bear's skull.

*Roar*

The bear smack causing Sans to be blown off, destroying 4 trees in the process.

The bear then slumps on the ground. It used its last strength to deliver the last attack knowing it will definitely die after having its skull destroyed.

Shadowslash was anxious, he dash towards Sans. He saw it lying like a broken rug with its ribs being destroyed and its left arm was now gone.

"Sans" looking at Sans condition he panicked, then he ask the SYSTEM if there are any method to make Sans recover.

(Summoned Monster has an Active Ability Devouring Bones. It can recover the lost parts by devouring a monster that had the same element as it is.)

He then grabbed Sans and brought it toward the bear's carcass. He immediately let it devour the bear.

It only took 10 minutes to finish the enormous bear. However, after eating the bear Sans had gone through enormous change yet again.
