But after work the dwarves would have a feast almost every night and their boisterous characters opens up as they started chatting and shouting uncontrollably.

It was a form of release for them the dwarves were quite an industrious people they were honest but they are also strong.

Most of the dwarves present inside the mountain have participated in the war so their body is full of scars.

They could asks the elves to heal those scars but they wanted to keep them as memento of their fallen comrades and their bitter experience during the war.

Not only they lost their homes they also lost their loved ones such as their lover, family and brothers.

With the Safehaven Paradise they would feel secured and they would be happy seeing the remaining dwarf children growing up healthy and strong.

Shadowslash passed through the numerous dwarves he did not hide his appearance as he knew the dwarves were too busy in their work to notice him.

Arriving at the heart of the mountain where lava was seen scattered everywhere there stand a platform that just stood above the lava.

In the platform stands a dwarf looking old man but his size is just too big to be considered a dwarf.

Shadowslash saw that the dwarf was still working so he just stood behind the dwarf quietly waiting for him to finish his work.

Suddenly while the room was full of clanking sounds the huge rock door that leads to the platform was swung open as a young dwarf girl went inside.

The young girl was stunned silly as she stands there rooted at the same spot she saw Shadowslash.

She then felt a rush of nervousness, excitement and happiness as she stood there quietly not knowing what to do.

Shadowslash just gestured her to be quiet as he watched the old man work.

An hour later the old man wipes the sweat from his forehead as he looks back and saw that his granddaughter have arrived.

Actually both of them are not related by blood the young dwarf girl is the granddaughter of his bro and he perished during the war causing much grief to him since that day he decided to take care of the little girl.

The girl just stood there silently as she pointed at the spot besides him.

The old dwarf was confused he then looks besides and saw Shadowslash smiling at him.

As the old dwarf was also stunned in silence he suddenly blanked out also stunning Shadowslash in the process.

With a quick movement he managed to grab hold of the old dwarf as he looks at him with a confused expression.

He then told the little dwarf girl via spiritual sense to lead him to the old dwarf's house.

The location of the old dwarf's home was surprisingly besides the house where the fighters from the Archinviel Dukedom were staying.

This is quite a surprise Shadowslash then used his spirit Qi to wake the old dwarf up.

When the old dwarf opens his eyes he saw his granddaughter and heaved a sigh of relief he then started speaking "I have incredulous game where I have ignored our Lord Shadowslash"

*Cough* A coughing sound was heard besides the old man causing him to stiffen he then started turning his head towards the side albeit slowly and in a stiff manner.

Suddenly his granddaughter approached him and holds his hand as the old dwarf felt more courageous as he took a deep breath and finally turn his head and saw Shadowslash once again.

Just as he was about to faint again his granddaughter grips his hand tightly as he managed to stay conscious.

"Lord lord lord lord" He stammered as he kept repeating the word lord.

His granddaughter on the other hand bows to Shadowslash and spoke in a courteous manner "Lord Shadowslash"

The old dwarf nods his head repeatedly as Shadowslash looks at the young dwarf girl with interest she acts like a noble girl than a dwarf.

He then changed his focus to the old dwarf as he spoke "I wanted to discuss something to you it is of great importance to the kingdom"

Hearing this the old dwarf gets up from his bed and kowtows as he proclaimed "Lord Shadowslash it is my honor to serve so even if it was a task that involves life and death I would still be willing to do it"

"Me and my whole race is indebted to you and I am willing to shoulder anything just to show you our gratitude"

Shadowslash let's out laugh as he felt gratified how he obtain such loyal subjects from his spiritual sense he knew that the old dwarf was not lying what he had just said came from the bottom of his heart.

He then spoke "What I planned isn't something dangerous but you will bear a huge responsibility are you up for the task"

Just as the old dwarf was about to nod his granddaughter hesitated after a bit and asks in a courteous manner "Lord Shadowslash pray tell what kind of mission will my grandfather undertake?"

Shadowslash once again looks at the little dwarf girl as he approached her and rubs her head and spoke in a gentle manner "You are quite smart for your age"

He then looks at the old dwarf and said "What I wanted to do is to create a Blacksmith Guild and I wanted for you to be the guildmaster since I could trust your character"

The old dwarf was startled he then agreed not because of the position but the fact that smithing would become a famous profession as long as he could do a great job.

Shadowslash then pointed at the little dwarf girl and announced "Also I wanted for your granddaughter to be your secretary"

The old dwarf was shocked but after thinking about it he realised that his granddaughter is much more smarter than him.

He was not embarrassed by this but quite proud in fact he has the potential to become a grandmaster smith so he always invested all his time to smithing.

With his capable granddaughter he could just leave everything to her as he thought about this he couldn't help but smile.

Shadowslash told him that he would settle the location of the guild first he would come find him when he found the right place.

As he left the old dwarf laughs out loud as he went out and starts bragging towards the other dwarves his granddaughter on the other hand just shook her head.

With the two on board on his plan he started making preparation first he needs to get in touch with those that were running his kingdom during the time of his absence.

With this on his mind he got out of the Safehaven Paradise once again and entered Hope City

he once again went into the Adventure Guild entering the guild everyone ignores him not because they don't know him it's because they do not see him.

He realised that the people in his kingdom was treating him like a living god.

So if they ever saw him they would either stunned in a daze or faint in excitement he had a hard time talking with any of them.

He immediately went into the guildmaster room as he knocks a couple of times before the secretary and also Steel's wife opens the door.

Just as she was about to greet him Shadowslash gestures her to be quiet as he opens the door and changed his appearance.

His appearance became the same as when he interfered with the fight between the Rough Bullies and The Gentlemen.

He had done this why? It is because the siblings whom he had told to go to the Adventure Guild and request the presence of old man Diamond were here.

The two of them were seated listening to old man Diamond talking about the structure of the guild and asking them where they wanted to be position in.

Shadowslash then let's out a cough surprising everyone inside the room except for Steel's wife.

Old man Diamond and Steel was about to greet him in his real name when Shadowslash told them to call him Xi and he also told them to keep mum about his identity.

The two looks at each other before nodding as they stood up and greeted Shadowslash of course they called him on his other name.

The two siblings saw how the two were very respectful to Shadowslash and they couldn't help but feel awe as they realized that his status might he very high since he caused so much respect towards the guildmaster and the vice guildmaster.

Shadowslash then politely told the two to go out without hesitation the two stood up and bows to him and everyone in the room before leaving.

Once the two left Shadowslash then initiate the discussion as he started asking more information about the kingdom only this time he wanted to truly know everything.
