He saw her moving around her body a little and wondered what she was doing.

He smiled to himself as he thought to pull a prank on her. But then, his eyes were met with a large bloodstain on her frost white nightgown and on her white bedsheets.

His eyes widened in shock as he panicked, then he switched the room lights on. His heart beats doubled as he immediately rushed to her bed.

He called out, "Lihua what's wrong?"

He turned Chen Lihua over. He did that gently as he was even afraid to cause more harm than good to her.

Chen Lihua glanced at him with her teary eyes and then grasped his hand saying, "Thank God you are here. My stomach hurts so much. Get me Naproxen from the first aid box and give me two pills from it".

Liu Longwei did as she said popped out two pills unto his hands. Coincidentally, there was a bottle of water on the little round table in Chen Lihua's room, so Liu Longwei didn't need to go downstairs for water.

As Chen Lihua had already drunk from the bottle the night before, the water in the bottle was halved.

Liu Longwei held the pills 💊 and water in one hand and used his other free hand to help Chen Lihua up, before leaning her into his embrace while kneeling on the bed.

"Lihua take your drugs immediately". Liu Longwei said as he handed the pills over to her.

Chen Lihua took her drugs immediately before laying back on the bed.

"Lihua you are bleeding". Liu Longwei said at last.

"What?!" 😮😮. Chen Lihua exclaimed, suddenly forgetting about the pain as she widened her eyes in shock.

She almost sat up if not for the pain and cramps she was experiencing.

"Oh My God! Please pass my phone to me". Chen Lihua said with a look of horror on her face. Then she murmured, "Let it not be what I am thinking".

Liu Longwei passed her phone to her and asked in confusion 🤔🤔, "What happened?"

Chen Lihua unlocked her phone and went straight to open the app 'My Tracker' on her phone.

She proceeded to put in four-digit numbers before the features of the app showed.

Then, she proceeded to check her period starting date and discovered that her period was to come the next day according to the app. But unfortunately, it came today.

Chen Lihua was so angry 😡😡 and embarrassed even with the pain she was experiencing.

She closed the app and threw her phone in the bed, totally forgetting to record her new period date.

Now she was embarrassed 😌😌 and didn't know how to face Liu Longwei. But she had to tell him because he asked a question that required an answer.

So she gritted her teeth and said, "My Period came a day earlier. I am sorry you had to see me in this embarrassing state".

Liu Longwei nodded with a straight face 😐😐 and said, not minding her condition at all.

"There's nothing to be sorry about, it's not like you chose to be in this state. I am your husband, and there's no need to be wary of me no matter the condition you may be in, I am always here to help you".

Chen Lihua was touched that he wasn't disgusted, and so she smiled genuinely, 😃😃"Thank you".

Chen Lihua felt the pain and cramps lessen a great deal.

The drug 'Naproxen' which Chen Lihua just took is the most effective pain relief drug produced without any prescription.

Ibuprofen is next in line after it, but this one has a prescription.

The reason Chen Lihua who was knowledgeable took this drug that didn't have any prescription, was because she wanted the fastest effect.

Now that the pain had subsided a little, Chen Lihua tried standing up from the bed, but she felt a warm liquid flow down her laps below her lower waist.

She stiffened immediately and was now afraid to move.

She could feel the heavy flow of the blood, and then she knew she had stained another spot on the bed.

Liu Longwei saw the look on her face and asked, "What's wrong?"

Chen Lihua quickly put on a smile 😊 and said, "Nothing. Can I ask you for a favor?"

"Yes, anything". Liu Longwei answered seriously.

Chen Lihua smiled.

A few minutes later, Chen Lihua was dressed in her white bathrobe and trying to cover her bed with a new bedspread while her stained bedsheets were now neatly folded on the floor, completely hiding the red bloodstains.

Liu Longwei came out from her bathroom and said to her as he approached her, "Leave this for me, go and have your bath, your water is ready at the slightly hot temperature (a little above warm)".

Chen Lihua left the bed for him to dress. Then she smiled with gratitude and pecked his cheek, saying 'Thank you', before walking away.

Liu Longwei smiled in satisfaction before dressing her bed and calling a maid to get rid of the stains on the bedsheets (I.e. for the maid to wash the bedsheets).

Liu Longwei left for his own room to have his own shower while asking himself, 'So this is how this morning went by without any exercise?'

He touched his abs that were still firm before he shook his head and said, 'This woman will be the death of me'.

Liu Longwei thought that now Chen Lihua was on her period, she wouldn't agree to exercise because she already had her excuses at the tip of her tongues, and just waiting for him to ask so that she could say it.

Liu Longwei had his shower after coming to a conclusion to exercise alone.

It wouldn't be his fault if she ever gets tired, weak, and worn out easily when they start their bed exercises (Sex).

At the breakfast table, Chen Lihua was dressed in casual clothes as she enjoyed her western breakfast.

The reason is that she had already taken a month's leave from the hospital yesterday after work to prepare for her two weddings and honeymoon because of Liu Longwei's instructions, so she didn't need to go to the hospital today. But Liu Longwei still had work today, so he was all dressed up in his never forgotten black suit and white shirt.
