"Won't you get something for yourself?" Chen Lihua asked him after he said for them to go back to the house.

"No, today is for you. We will shop for two of us some other time", Liu Longwei answered with a smile as he hugged her waist before leaving a peck on her lips.

"Stop it, we are out in public", Chen Lihua said while pushing him away.

"So that means I can kiss you when we are at home, alone?" Liu Longwei teased with a smirk.

Chen Lihua glared at him before covering his nose with his mask. Then rolled her eyes at him and replied before covering her nose with her own costume.

"No way. The earlier you wake up from your slumber and face reality, the better for you".

When they got home, Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei freshened up before going to the rooftop to enjoy the view over a bottle of wine and steak.

A small dining table was set with two chairs for them at the rooftop.

Chen Lihua admired the beautiful scenery before picking up her cutlery. "It looks like we are on a date in our own house".

Liu Longwei chuckled softly before replying, "I guess you can say that". Then he looked at the swimming pool that has light glowing from it before asking her, "What do you think if we take a swim this night?"

Chen Lihua looked at the swimming pool with a smile before turning to him with a smug look on her face.

"I guess you really want to be tempted today. Do you know what will happen if we take a dip in that pool with this beautiful scenery this night?" She asked him.

It's not like she was waiting for him to reply to her, because she continued immediately, "You will take me right there".

Liu Longwei cleared his throat before asking with a smile plastered on his face, "How are you so sure that I will lose my self-control?"

Chen Lihua took a sip of red wine from her wine glass, "You've been all touchy since today. So imagine you see me inside that beautiful pool, and dressed in a sexy swimsuit".

Liu Longwei became lost in thought as he imagined her dressed in a sexy swimsuit. He groaned as he became turned on immediately.

"You'd better stop imagining things and stop lusting after me", Chen Lihua said.

"Do you think it's easy?" Liu Longwei asked before cutting his steak and putting a piece in his mouth.

"Well, I don't know for you. But as for me, I control myself very well whenever I see your sexy and muscular body. I don't want to be tempted, but temptations keep coming?" Chen Lihua said before taking a bite from her steak.

Liu Longwei dropped his cutlery before asking in a low voice, "So that means my body turns you on, sometimes?"

"Longwei I think we should finish our food before it turns cold", Chen Lihua said trying to change the topic immediately.

She was already feeling slightly embarrassed for conversing on that topic with him.

Liu Longwei knew she purposely changed the topic, but he let her be because it was for the best.

On the morning of the next day, Chen K called his wife, Lady Chen, on the phone.

Lady Chen was already dressed up for work when she received his call.

"Hello?" Lady Chen asked not sure of whom the caller was since the contact wasn't saved in her phone.

Chen K sighed before saying, "Good morning Ju Ju, it's me".

"Oh, good morning to you too", Lady Chen said on recognizing the owner's voice as she got into her car, and the driver drove off with another car that had her two bodyguards.

"Ju Ju I saw our daughter....." Chen K said before he was interrupted, not being able to complete his sentence when Lady Chen literally screened out her sentence, "You saw who?"

The man sighed before saying hurriedly, "Ju Ju relax, she didn't see me. Well, I'm not sure she did".

"How do you mean?" Lady Chen asked, slightly calming down.

"She was with her husband when I passed them by, but she didn't see me. I was on tenterhooks thinking that she would see me, but she didn't. Maybe it's because she was talking to her husband that she didn't notice. But I doubt that she would recognize me even when she sees me", Chen K said and sighed again.

Lady Chen totally relaxed, "Well, it's true that she may not recognize you because of your new look. And besides, she has a facial recognition problem, so you are safe. But do not let her hear you speak; otherwise, you are gone".

Although Chen Lihua may not be able to recognize people facially because of her facial recognition problem. She recognizes people better using their voices unless she is not paying attention.

"I know", Chen K said before breathing a sigh of relief.

"By the way, where did you meet her yesterday?" Lady Chen asked with knitted brows.

"Ah right, went to a shopping mall yesterday, and met her when she was already leaving with her husband". Chen K answered.

"What did you go to do there?" Lady Chen asked, looking out from the car's window.

I am just wondering where all these questions are coming from and what Lady Chen wants to do with it.

But that's not the same thought Chen K has because he is doing everything he can to please his wife. So right now, even if Lady Chen should ask him to commit murder, he will definitely do it.

"I went to buy you some clothes". Chen K answered immediately.

Lady Chen rolled her eyes and asked, "I don't lack clothes, so why would you buy me clothes?"

"You are my wife, so of course I should buy you things". Chen K answered proudly while getting into his car, and his driver shut his door before driving off.

"I have forgotten what it feels like to have a husband that dotes on me and buys me things, since I have been living without one for five good years", Lady Chen answered in a sarcastic voice.

"Are you angry?" Chen K asked with a tinge of uneasiness in his voice.

"How can I be angry?" Lady Chen sneered.

Chen K felt a little frustrated with Lady Chen's sudden change in behavior.

When he apologized and explained his situation to her, he had thought that she has already forgiven him. But this abrupt change in character suggested otherwise.
