"Not just stunning, she looks like 'Her Royal Majesty' (HRM)," One of them said.

"I know Lily, she cannot for any day, slack with her dresses, talk more of the dress for her big day, not possible," Gigi said, applauding Chen Lihua.

"I know, and that's why I said we should all dress in our outfits to go see her," One of them said with a proud smile.

The girls kept praising Chen Lihua, and she kept smiling to the point that her cheeks started to hurt.

"It's time to get this dress off my body," Chen Lihua said with a satisfactory smile, but with her eyes still glued on the dress.

"You must really love this dress," One of the girls said.

"Of course, and I can't trade it for anything in the world," Chen Lihua said seriously.

"I am so envious of you," Caro said.

"Why?" Angel asked.

"Because I didn't get to wear such a beautiful dress on my wedding day," Caro said while moving her eyeballs around.

'Hahaha...haha,' the girls burst out in laughter.

Delmas cleared his throat to gain their attention. Then he said to Chen Lihua with a smile, "It would be better for you to try walking on your wedding shoes, while the dress is still on your body........for practice."

"How could I forget such an important thing?" Chen Lihua murmured to herself.

"That's right," Jennifer said.

"Oh! You know it's right, but you didn't say anything earlier," Angel said to her, while Jennifer responded with a glare.

Within a few minutes, Chen Lihua's wedding shoes were brought to her, and she was helped to put it on, because of the nature of her wedding dress.

"Finally!" Chen Lihua blurted out when she finally put the shoes on.

She lifted the front part of the dress with her two hands, while her bridesmaids helped to raise the long trail of the gown up for her, so it would be easy for her to walk with it.

Chen Lihua felt like she was floating as she took steps around the room.

Her wedding shoes were customized three-inch heels, so it didn't take a lot of effort for her to walk on it with the dress.

At a point, her friends dropped the train of the dress on the floor, to see if it would be burdensome for her to walk with.

But to their amazement, Chen Lihua walked very well. It didn't feel like anything was weighing her down.

They all sang praises to her, while Delmas stood by the side with a proud smile on his face while watching the dress he created with his own hands.

But except with a little assistance from Chen Lihua, because she brought the idea for the dress.

"That's good! Now it's time to get the dress off your body," Delmas announced.

Chen Lihua didn't throw a tantrum or asked for him to wait a while longer because she still wanted to wear the dress for some time. Instead, she obediently let the female artisans help her out of the dress.

And when she was asked the reason for her obedience, she answered truthfully, and her words made a lot of sense.

"In as much as I want to continue putting on this dress, it's not possible because I have a lot of things to do. But the dress is mine, so it's definitely not running away."

After changing back to their original clothes, Chen Lihua and her friends got busy again.

Chen Lihua assigned few trusted servants to send all her wedding attire like her wedding crown, jewelry, and the rest of them to the room where her wedding dress was kept.

She wanted everything she was going to wear for the wedding to be in one room, so she could lock it up, so nobody would be able to see her dress till tomorrow.

Chen Lihua was all smiles as she continued with her work.

She finalized the last bits of things – her hair, makeup, manicure and pedicure, and beauty prep. She finished just in time before her mother arrived with some family members of the Liu family, which consisted of her mother-in-law and sisters-in-law.

They were all happy to see her. They hadn't seen physically since the traditional Chinese wedding, as each of them had been busy with work and helping out with the wedding preparations.

"Aunty...aunty," Cherry, little apple, and Anna called out to Chen Lihua excitedly.

A more beautiful smile appeared on Chen Lihua's face as she watched the three beautiful little girls run towards her direction.

Chen Lihua lowered her tall body to given them a tight hug.

As she talked with the children for a while, she remembered something, and so asked them with a gentle smile, "Have you seen your dresses for the wedding?"

The three girls nodded, and so Chen Lihua asked again, "Do you like them?"

The three girls chorused excitedly, "Yes, Aunty!"

Then Chen Lihua smiled excitedly before taking them to the living room where their mothers were.

She then instructed some servants to send in Children snacks.

In about ten minutes, some healthy children snacks were brought it.

The snacks were made by the chefs, and they prepared them quickly since they had fresh ingredients in the kitchen.

The little girls thanked Chen Lihua before munching away on the mouth-watering snacks before them.

While the children enjoyed their snacks, the adults had something to eat as well, while they discussed.

After talking for a while, Lady Chen requested to see the wedding dress, but Chen Lihua refused, saying that 'she would see it in less than 24 hours'.

Lady Chen didn't know what to say, but she couldn't force her daughter, so she didn't dwell on it.

"Hope the dress is ok and doesn't need any amendments?" Lady Chen asked worriedly.

This was her only child's wedding we are talking about, she has every right to be worried.

"Mom, everything is ok, you don't need to worry, and the dress is beautiful," Chen Lihua assured her mother.

The reason she didn't want her mother to see her wedding dress was because she knew her mother very well.

Everything won't just end with her seeing the dress, she would also want to take a couple of shots and might even want her to put it on in her presence.
