"Yes she is pregnant, and she looks like she is about two months gone." Old Madam Liu replied in a happy smile.

"Sister-in-law is pregnant?." Liu Liwei asked seeking for a confirmation.

"Yes." Old Madam Liu confirmed.

"Wow! This is indeed a wonderful news to start the New Year with." Liu Dongmei said as she smiled brightly.

"Yes, this is indeed a good year for us." Liu Huiling added happily.

"Longwei, take your wife inside, she will be better after she has rested." Old Madam Liu instructed.

Liu Longwei gladly carried Chen Lihua inside the house. He gently laid her on their bed and covered her with the duvet.

Next, he sat beside her on the bed with a blooming smile on his face as he took one of her hand in his.

"Sweetheart, you are carrying our child. We are going to be parents soon." He said to her softly before kissing her hand and putting it back inside the duvet.

"Mother are you sure you made the right diagnosis, is Lihua really pregnant?." Liu Huang asked with a little doubt in his mind.

"Have you forgotten who I am?. How can I carry out the wrong diagnosis or tell you what I am not sure of? My granddaughter-in-law is definitely pregnant, and she is almost two months gone. We need a doctor to check up on her to confirm how far long she has gone." The Old Lady replied.

"I am sorry Mother for doubting you. I will immediately contact an obstetrician for Lihua once she is awake. Now that she is pregnant, we have to keep a good eye on her." Liu Huang suggested.

Because of the good news and how worried they were about Chen Lihua's health, they didn't party for too long before going into the house.

"I am going to see my sister-in-law to know how she and the baby are doing." Liu Dongmei replied without looking back.

Mu Boqin immediately chased after her.

"Where are you going to, are you trying to tag along because you can't give your wife a break?." Liu Dongmei teased as they walked up the stairs side by side.

"What is going on in that head of yours? I am going to congratulate my friend on becoming a father." Mu Boqin said as he pinched her cheek befpre running up the remaining stairs, leaving her alone.

"Heh! How dare you leave me behind after committing a crime? I should lead the way, not you." Liu Dongmei shouted as she began to run up the stairs in annoyance.

"Well I can find my way thank you." Mu Boqin replied her as he increased his pace.

Mu Boqin stopped outside Liu Longwei's bedrrom. He knocked on the door as Liu Dongmei caught up to him.

"How dare you behave this way towards me? No s*x for you tonight." Liu Dongmei threatened in a loud voice.

Mu Boqin immediately covered her mouth with his palm as he looked around their surroundings in vigilance.

"How can you say that out loud? We are in your parents house, you can't talk like that here." Mu Boqin sid in fright.

Liu Dongmei bit his flesh and he screamed as he quickly took his hand away from her mouth in pain.

"This is my father's house, so I am free to talk the way I want." Liu Dongmei said with puffed up cheeks.

"But you are standing in front of the door to my bedroom, and my wife is sleeping inside. You should watch your language and mind the tone of your voice." Liu Longwei instructed after he opened the door to his bedroom from inside unexpectedly, surprising his sister and his friend.

"Brother, I cam to see sister-in-law, can I come in?." Liu Dongmei asked in a smile.

"No, you are too loud. Remain outside." Liu Longwei immediately rejected her.

"Brother I am not loud. It's Boqin that is making me shout." Liu Dongmei immediately shifted the blame to her husband.

"What?! Me? Who was the one that was screaming that she wouldn't give me s*x tonight?!." Mu Boqin asked in surprise before reminding her of her words earlier.

"You....you that one doesn't count at all." Liu Dongmei quickly replied before turning to say to her brother.

"Brother, don't mind him. I never screamed anything like that." She said in denial.

"I heard everything from inside, you two made sure of that, thanks to you being loud." Liu Longwei exposed her immediately.

"Brother I'm sorry. Can I see sister-in-law now?." Liu Dongmei pleaded.

"No, look for somewhere else to continue your talk love talk. And besides, your sister-in-law is still asleep, I wouldn't want her to be disturbed at this moment. You can come back to see her after she has woken up." Liu Longwei said to both of them before shutting the door on their faces.

Liu Dongmei stared at the closed door in anger. She raised her fist to hit the door, but she decided against it when she thought of her brother killing her for disturbing his wife.

"Honey let's go. We will come back to see sister-in-law after she has had enough rest." Mu Boqin said in a calm voice as he tried to take her hand.

Liu Dongmei swatted his hand away. "Who is your honey? Did we come here together?." She asked as she walked away in annoyance, leaving him behind.

"Baby are you angry?." Mu Boqin asked as he chased after her.

Liu Dongmei stopped and turned around to look at him. "We are not sleeping together tonight. So find where you will spend the night."

"Honey what will your family think of us when they find out about this?." Mu Boqin asked, trying to talk her out of it.

"Too bad I can't control their thoughts. In fact, they are free to think whatever they like, I do not care. But be sure of not to come into my bedroom tonight, unless you want to be accused of rape." Liu Dongmei threatened him before walking away, leaving him flabbergasted.

"Babe is it possible for a man to rape his wife." Mu Boqin asked as he followed behind.

"Try me tonight if you want to know the answer to your question." Liu Dongmei said as she continued in her steps.
