"Our baby can hear us talk now. So we can talk and sing some lullaby to her, and she will hear us." Chen Lihua revealed happily.

She couldn't hide the joy in her heart.

"That's great news! I will download some songs, so the three of us can listen to it together." Liu Longwei said in response.

He was happy to learn about this new development of their baby. But then he asked, "You said she? Are we having a girl?."

"Oh, not that. I just had to use a pronoun since I didn't want to refer to our baby as 'it'." Chen Lihua explained.

"Okay. We will talk about the baby later, I have an important video conference. Just give me a few hours and I will be through." Liu Longwei requested as he pointed at his laptop screen, and it was then that Chen Lihua noticed the footage on the laptop screen.

"OMG! I'm so sorry, I didn't know you were busy. I will see you later, bye." Chen Lihua said as she immediately went away, without waiting for him to say anything.

Liu Longwei smiled softly as he watched his wife leave. Then he continued with his meeting.

Chen Lihua on the other hand went back to reading the newsletter that was piled up for her.

Today is Sunday, so she wanted to use this day to know more about her unborn child, and her body during this period. Her baby bump was still tiny, and not yet pronounced, and this is so because of genes. She got her mother's genes.

When Lady Chen was pregnant with Chen Lihua, the public didn't find out about it even though she was still very much a media sensation then.

Lady Chen hid her pregnancy till she was about 6 months gone, only then did she announce that she was pregnant, and also reveal how long she's been.

Back then, the public didn't believe her, because they always see her recent post and pictures o social media, and none of that divulged that kind of information.

So they doubted her and asked her for proof, so Lady Chen had to do a photo shoot, and then she uploaded pictures of her wearing a tight dress, and the picture was taken from a side angle.

The pictures shocked everyone, and they began to ask questions on how she still had a baby bump not considered normal for six months pregnant, but they did not forget to send in their congratulatory messages.

Another reason Lady Chen's baby bump wasn't visible then, was because she purposely hid it. She did that by avoiding wearing thin and tight clothes. She always wore thicker clothes and jackets to shield the baby bump.

Only those around her like her family, close friends, and agency then, knew about the pregnancy.

This is the same step that Chen Lihua wants to follow.

She doesn't want the public to know she is pregnant, and if possible she doesn't want them to know till she gives birth, so she is going to put in a lot of effort to achieve her goals. It's not going to be an easy fit, but she will do her best.

To achieve this goal, Chen Lihua invited a photographer and did a private photo shoot in the house.

She wore different outfits and took pictures at different locations in the house. She changed hairstyles and makeup.

She also took pictures at some locations in City B by herself, some were selfies, and some were portrait taken by her bodyguard, K2.

She did all these within two days (during a weekend).

You might be wondering while she took a considerable amount of effort to take so many pictures. Like, what is she using them for?

Well, she is going to use those pictures she took for the rainy days. She will upload them one by one when her bump is pronounced, so she can use the pictures to deceive the public.

If she does this, nobody aside from her family, and the few in her workplace will know she is pregnant.

The public will not have any idea of what is going on, so they will just be shocked when they hear the news that Chen Lihua had put to birth.

They will think it's a joke and be left in the wandering zone.

Liu Longwei was in support of his wife's idea. He didn't want anything about his children to be food for the sight of the public. He and Chen Lihua already agreed to keep their children away from the media, so they will not be affected by whatever goes on with the world.

They wanted their children to grow up like any other children out there, comfortable, without pressure, and away from the prying eyes of the media and public.

And to attain this, Liu Longwei prepared a contract for the Medical Directors at SUH (the hospital that Chen Lihua works at). It was more like an agreement for them to sign. The main point in the contract is that they were not allowed to divulge any news about Chen Lihua's pregnancy to anybody.

They're also a lot of other preparations they've made.

Chen Lihua will be able to hide her baby bump when she goes out if she wears loose clothes, and big sweaters and windbreakers.

Initially, Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei were worried about the size of her baby bump. It was not pronounced, so that got them worried. They had to ask the doctor who assured them that everything was fine.

This gene was an advantage to Chen Lihua because she can easily hide her baby bump.

As for her weight, Chen Lihua didn't add much, because she was under a strict diet and a tight watch.

At this stage of pregnancy, most women see varicose veins start to appear around their feet, and this is because of their weight gain. But Chen Lihua and some other women were an exception because they were being careful about what they put in their mouths.

Whenever Chen Lihua tries to be naughty and tries to eat something that is off the menu, she will give up on the idea after she remembers how ugly the varicose veins appear to be.

She hates it, even though it's harmless.
