"At home. She would have the baby at home." Liu Longwei replied immediately.

"At home?. Why?." Chen Lihua asked with a dumbfounded expression on her face.

"It's safer." Liu Longwei said to her.

The couple gazed at each other before Chen Lihua gave up.

Seeing no form of argument raised between them, the doctor smile and listed some items on a plain sheet.

"Since she would be having the baby at home, then I'm guessing Mr. Liu is ready to spend quite some money."

"Yes, I have the money, you just need to tell me what will be needed so I can arrange for them on time." Liu Longwei replied.

In this world, money can never be a problem for him!

"Giving birth at home would cost quite a little fortune because we have to get the same set of equipment in the hospital, or maybe rent them." The doctor suggested.

"There will be no need to rest them, I will buy them. My wife and I can just donate it to the hospital when we are satisfied with the number of children we want." Liu Longwei said.

"Alright. Here is a list of the major equipment we would be needing to set up the place." The doctor said as she handed over the plain sheet of paper she has been scribbling on.

"Keep it. You know about these more than us. I want you to cost everything for us and get back to me. I will give you the money to get them. I will also pay you for the additional work since it is not in your work field." Liu Longwei said as he pushed the paper back to her.

"Thank you!. I will cost everything and get back to you, but you need to tell me how soon you need the delivery room ready." The doctor asked as she gave them curious glances.

"As soon as possible. She has two months left now, and that is not a lot of time." Liu Longwei replied.

"Give me two weeks to set everything straight. Mrs. Liu may go into labor this summer, so we have to be more than 100% ready for the birth of the baby." The doctor said to them.

She has already given them the baby's delivery due date, but things could happen along the way, as early labor, or an accident may force her to go into labor earlier than the supposed date.

Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei nodded in agreement.

"Mrs. Liu, you can go ahead and shop for the baby items in peace. Your baby is healthy, and there are no health issues or complications." The doctor said to them with a professional smile on her face.

"Thank you, doctor!." Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei said as they stood to their feet.

"Mrs. Liu, you have to continue with the Yoga exercises and avoid sitting at a place for a long time. Take some walks in the evenings and drink enough water. Please don't forget to eat healthily and take your drugs on time." The doctor reminded them.

Outside the hospital but still, within the hospital's vicinity, Liu Longwei held Chen Lihua's hand as they slowly made their way towards their car at the underground parking lot.

"So, we are having a son?." Liu Longwei asked happily.

"Yeah." Chen Lihua replied with a warm smile on her face as she caressed her baby bump with her other hand.

"Darling, don't tell the family our baby's gender." Chen Lihua suddenly said to him.

"Why?." Liu Longwei asked with a confused expression on his face.

This was supposed to be a piece of good news that needed to be shared with their loved ones, what was the matter?

"I want the baby's gender to be revealed to them on the baby shower day." Chen Lihua announced with an expectant smile on her face.

"Alright, we will do it your way." Liu Longwei said, yielding to her.

"Thank you!." Chen Lihua replied happily as she moved her hand to grab him by the arm.

"Do you want to eat something special today?." Liu Longwei asked.

"I don't have any food in mind, what about you?." Chen Lihua asked as he helped her into the car.

"Let's go to the Italian restaurant we had our first date, it's been a while." Liu Longwei announced as he gazed into her eyes with a smile on his face.

"Okay, it's really been a while." Chen Lihua agreed happily.

The memories of their first date were still in her mind, fresh and solid. She would never forget it.

Liu Longwei took her to the Italian restaurant and ordered for the exact food and wine they shared on their very first date.

It was truly a beautiful moment to recreate the memories. But the exception now is that she had a little one inside of her, but that still didn't ruin the picture.

Just before the food arrived, Chen Lihua pestered Liu Longwei to take a picture with her.

Liu Longwei gladly came to her side, and they took few selfies.

Quite satisfied with the pictures, Chen Lihua allowed him go back to his seat before passing her phone to him so he could take a look at the pictures as well.

"They are beautiful!." Liu Longwei commented as he glanced through the pictures with a satisfied smile on his face, before proceeding to send them to his phone.

As they food arrived, Liu Longwei made sure Chen Lihua was okay with the food before he proceeded to start eating.

"How is the food?." He asked as he gazed at her.

"Delicious, still that same taste over several months ago." Chen Lihua said as she ate at a normal rate.

She was kind of happy that she was able to stomach the food, so she enjoyed each bite she took.

Liu Longwei popped the wine and poured a little quantity into her time glass, and poured half-glass for himself.

"Cheers to our new life!." He said as he raised his wine glass towards her.

"Cheers!." Chen Lihua said as she happily clinked glasses with him before taking a sip.

The wine was delicious, and it had been a long time since she last had a taste of wine.
