"Brother, I know you are not petty, I trust you." Liu Dongmei said as she smiled.

"It's not like you trust him, you are just saying this because you are scared that he might do it." Liu Huiling revealed with a smirk on her face.

What Liu Huiling said is true. Liu Dongmei was scared of Liu Longwei because she knew that he means every word that comes out of his mouth.

She knows how many times his words have sent her out of the country.

Even if she can afford the treatment, she wanted to do it willingly.

After taking them out for a meal, Liu Longwei took them to a high-end shopping mall.

His sisters enjoyed the shopping, more especially, Liu Dongmei.

Since her brother said they could pick whatever they wanted, who was she to disobey?

"Don't you like anything here?." Liu Longwei asked Chen Lihua was standing beside him and looking around.

"I have more than enough properties to last me fear years, so thank you, I will just stand by and watch." Chen Lihua replied with a smile on her face.

"Nonsense. How can I take my wife shopping, and she won't pick anything for herself? Follow me." He said as he took her to the maternity section.

Liu Dongmei and Liu Huiling watched their brother and his wife leave for the area of the shopping mall.

They smiled as they could feel the love between them.

"Brother doesn't take no for an answer." Liu Dongmei said as she chuckled softly.

"We have to shop quickly so we can pick some things for the girls." Liu Huiling reminded.

"That's right. Coming to the shopping mall in the evening, gives me a different feeling altogether." Liu Dongmei said as she continued to shop.

When Liu Longwei and Chen Lihua got to the maternity section, he began to look at them one after the other. But not being satisfied with the clothes there, he requested assistance.

"I don't like the clothes here. Don't you have anything that would be fitting for her, instead of these clothes that are for middle-aged people?."

The shop attendant glanced at Chen Lihua, but she couldn't make out what she looked like, so she said to Liu Longwei as she led them away, "Please Sir, follow me."

Liu Longwei and Chen Lihua both wore nose masks so they would not be identified.

If only Chen Lihua had a face mask on her face, her identity would have been easy to guess just by seeing Liu Longwei's face.

So they both had to put on nose masks to hide their identity.

From this new section they were taken to, Liu Longwei picked a few dresses before handing them over to Chen Lihua to try on.

"Darling, it will be so tiring changing into all these clothes. It will stress me, and I don't think I have the energy for it." Chen Lihua complained.

"That won't be a problem, I will help you." Liu Longwei said.

Chen Lihua looked around before whispering to him, "What are you saying? We out, and not in the house."

"It doesn't matter." Liu Longwei replied as he stretched his hand out to her.

Chen Lihua glanced at his outstretched hand before taking it, while the other hand rested on her baby bump.

Together, they went into the changing room.

Chen Lihua didn't feel shy like the way she used to feel before. She undressed in front of him and tried out the dresses he picked for her.

Liu Longwei didn't sit there and watch, he also helped her out.

Finally satisfied, Liu Longwei paid for the dresses before going to the children's section to meet his sisters.

After shopping, Liu Longwei settled the bills before they went to get the children from the playground where they left them with their nannies.

At night, Chen Lihua asked Liu Longwei as they cuddled in bed, "When are we shopping for the baby items?."

"Next weekend is good." Liu Longwei replied as he caressed her back.

"Do you want us to get the baby's room ready?." Liu Longwei asked, seeking her opinion.

"It's too early for that. Maybe when the baby is a month or two, the room decor can commence. But after the baby is born, he would have to share a room with me." Chen Lihua replied.

"I thought you would need to rest, that's why I suggested getting the room ready so his nannies can stay and take care of him while you have a good night's rest." Liu Longwei explained.

"Nannies? How many do you plan on employing?." Chen Lihua asked in surprise.

"Minimum of two, and Maximum of four." Liu Longwei replied in a serious tone.

"Just for one baby?." Chen Lihua questioned in surprise.

"Yes. I was considering not going overboard, that's why I said a maximum of four." Liu Longwei answered.

Chen Lihua was speechless. 'Were they having a royal baby?.' She thought to herself.

"You don't need to be surprised because I'm doing this for you and the baby. I don't want you to get stressed while looking after the baby. I also want to make sure our child has well looked after." Liu Longwei explained thoughtfully

"I'm just thinking what good my ancestors incurred during their time for me to be ripping the benefits now." Chen Lihua said as she gazed at him.

"Why do you say so?." Liu Longwei asked as a smile appeared on his face.

"I'm so lucky to be married to a good husband that loves me, takes care of me, and takes considerations so I will be comfortable. Sometimes I wonder if I deserve you."

"Ssshhh." Liu Longwei shushed her.

"Don't say that. Every good that comes for you or happens to you is because you deserve it. Don't ever belittle yourself." He said to her.

"Yes, husband." Chen Lihua replied as she giggled.

Liu Longwei smiled as he hugged her.

"Darling, my back is aching, can you massage it for me?." Chen Lihua asked as she gave him that dreamy look.
