"Chynna does not say that, you don't owe me your life. If I were in your shoes, I know you would be there for me." Chen Lihua said as she stopped her.

"Okay, see you soon," Chynna said as she bid her farewell.

Two days later, Lady Chen and Madam Liu came over to stay in preparation for Chen Lihua's delivery.

Chen Lihua was already in her eight months, and there were only about three to four weeks left before her delivery date.

Liu Longwei would be embarking on his business trip in three days, so he has been very busy.

Right now, Chen Lihua was already missing him even though he hasn't traveled yet. And this is added to the fact that Liu Longwei has been scarce these days. Chen Lihua hardly saw his brake light.

He leaves home early every morning just before Chen Lihua wakes, and arrives late at night just before dinner, then he goes into his study to work and comes to sleep past midnight.

Chen Lihua didn't like his busy schedule, but what can she do about it.

Although she manages to get a glimpse of him every day, she still felt so lonely not conversing with him.

They don't spend quality time together anymore.

The night before Liu Longwei left, he made an intense love for Chen Lihua.

As he breathed rapidly, he said, "I just hope it is enough to induce your labor when the time comes."

Chen Lihua whose eyes were closed immediately shut open. "We didn't have sex because you wanted to sleep with me, but because to induce my labor?."

Liu Longwei noticed that she was hungry, so he immediately made his intention known.

"No...no that's not what I meant. I wanted to sleep with you. Then for your labor, I will not be around from tomorrow for us to keep having sex, so I'm worried that we didn't have sex enough."

Chen Lihua relaxed in his arms as she shut her eyes, satisfied with his reply.

Usually, Chen Lihua slept early, but this night, she was still awake and chatting with Liu Longwei.

Her husband was traveling tomorrow, and she will not get to see him till some weeks later, so she wanted to utilize the opportunity she had now.

When Chen Lihua came to her wit's end for she was far too tired to continue keeping her eyes open, she said to Liu Longwei, "Make sure to wake me before you leave the house in the morning."

"Okay." Liu Longwei said in reply.

Initially, he didn't plan to wake her up in the morning, because he didn't want to disturb her sleep. But now that she has already given her instruction, he would be looking for trouble if he didn't obey her.

Liu Longwei smiled as he watched Chen Lihua sleep peacefully in her arms. He kissed her forehead before gently placing her head on the pillow.

Next, he got up and went into the bathroom. He came out a few minutes later with a bowl and a small towel to wipe Chen Lihua's body.

When he was done wiping her body, he dressed her before placing a small pillow between her knees to support her body weight.

Now satisfied, he returned to the bathroom with the things in his hands before coming out to lie next to her on the bed.

Just like Chen Lihua's wish, Liu Longwei didn't leave for his trip without her knowledge in the morning.

But instead of waking her up, he got dressed and sat on the couch in the bedroom with a business magazine in hand, as he patiently waited for her to wake up on her own.

Thirty minutes later, Chen Lihua woke up from sleep. And when she did awake, she knew she didn't wake up on time.

Now thinking that Liu Longwei had already left without informing her, her heart was embittered as her face became dull.

At this point, she felt rejected, so she slowly sat up and raised her head as she buried her face between her palms.

But just then, she heard a family voice, so she raised her face to glance towards his direction with a surprised gaze.

"You are awake?." Liu Longwei who just emerged from the bathroom asked.

"You're still here?." Chen Lihua asked in surprise.

"You thought I left without informing you?." Liu Longwei asked as he approached her.

"Mmmm" Chen Lihua hummed in response as she watched him take her hands in his.

"Since I already promised you last night, there is no way I would have left without informing you. Is that why your face is not looking too good?." Liu Longwei asked.

"Yes. I think you're already so late for the trip. Would you be able to meet up with time?." Chen Lihua asked worriedly.

Because she was the reason he was late, she has every right to be worried. She didn't want to bring him trouble in any way at all.

"Yeah, I will be able to meet up. There would be an important meeting tomorrow morning, so I wanted to settle in on time today in preparation for the meeting.

"Oh, Okay! Let's hurry since you are late already." Chen Lihua said as they stood up from the bed immediately.

Liu Longwei was taking his private jet for this trip. He wasn't going to its location with any car, he was going in a helicopter.

So hand in hand, Chen Lihua, and Liu Longwei got to the rooftop where the helicopter had already landed on the helipad and was waiting.

Chen Lihua hugged Liu Longwei, in fact, she didn't want to let go at first.

"Do you want to follow me, I can make provisions for you?". Liu Longwei asked as she relaxed on his shoulder and held onto his shirt.

"No, stay with me." Chen Lihua said childish tone.

Liu Longwei sighed as held her shoulder and said, "Alright, let's go in, I will stay with you."
