Glancing at his not-so-perfect work which was unlike him, Liu Longwei said to the little guy that was kicking his short arms and legs about as he played by himself.

"Seems like I have to take a day off and carefully watch your mother take care of you." Liu Longwei said this as he clothed him.

The little guy giggled to himself and he kicked his arms and feet about.

Now fully clothed, Liu Longwei lifted him in his arms and smiled at him.

"I love you!." He said to him, but the little guy just stared at him in confusion.

"I get it, you don't understand, but soon you will. Let's go and see mummy, but promise not to disturb her okay?." Liu Longwei added as he picked up the baby's blanket from his cot before walking out of the room and back to his bedroom.

When he walked in with the child, Chen Lihua was awake and trying to sit up.

"See momma." Liu Longwei said to the child as he pointed at Chen Lihua with a soft smile played on his lips.

Unfortunately, the child couldn't follow his hand gesture, so he put the blanket on the bed before changing his position so he could see his mother.

And immediately, the little guy gave a cute smile as he cued in his baby's voice.

Chen Lihua smiled back at him as she placed his blanket in the middle of the big bed, and Liu Longwei lay him on the blanket.

The little guy immediately put his fingers in his mouth and started sucking them.

"No, don't do that." Chen Lihua said to him as she gently took his fingers out of his mouth. The little guy just stared at her in confusion, and only went back to smiling when she kissed his forehead.

"He came from you..." Liu Longwei commented as he joined them on the bed.

"How?." Chen Lihua asked as she fiddled with her son's tiny fingers.

"The both of you are so cute." Liu Longwei said as he stretched his hand to caress her cheeks as their son watched on.

"I'm hungry. Darling, please get me a diaper and his wipes, I need to change him." Chen Lihua requested while playing with the little guy.

"I've changed his diapers already, so you don't have to worry about that." Liu Longwei assured her.

Chen Lihua scoffed with an unbelievable expression written on her face. "You?."

"Yes, me. But it's just that I didn't do perfect work." Liu Longwei replied with a guilty look on his face.

"I don't trust you and your work. You must have used my son to try an experiment. Let me see how bad you are." Chen Lihua said she started to undress her son.

"I'll go get you some deserts to eat." Liu Longwei said, standing up from the bed before marching towards the door.

"Are you running away?." Chen Lihua teased.

Liu Longwei stopped in his steps and turned around to give her a wink. "No, I just want to get some food for my wife. You said you were hungry right?."

"I'm hungry, but first of all, come and watch me put the diaper in the right order." Chen Lihua said to him, and he scratched the back of his head before returning to their side.

"Wow! 😮 You are so bad at this but don't worry, you will perfect it with practice." Chen Lihua said as she stared at the incredible work he did.

The way Liu Longwei secured the diaper, if the child pees, it will leak into his clothing.

Liu Longwei paid close attention as he watched his wife tutor him on how to put on a diaper on their son.

"I missed the antenatal class for that day. But I did a good job for someone who doesn't even have an idea about this." Liu Longwei said with a proud expression on his face.

"Yeah, I know. Please hold him, I need to make use of the bathroom. Chen Lihua said as she got off the bed and walked into the bathroom on bare feet.

Liu Longwei glanced at her fine legs with furrowed brows.

The rest of the day, Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei spent time with their son. And as they spent time with him, they learned new things about him.

The next morning, Chen Lihua was woken up with a piece of slow and romantic music that was being played in her bedroom. She could see the room floor decorated with red rose 🌹 petals that read, HAPPY WEDDING ANNIVERSARY BEAUTIFUL.

A beautiful smile appeared on her face as she sat on her bed and looked around the room that had romantic decorations.

She looked around her and discovered she was alone. Her son was nowhere to be seen, neither Liu Longwei, so she guessed he must have taken the child away.

Looking at the beautiful decorations, she still couldn't tell how he managed to decorate the room in the middle of the night, he really caught her off-guard.

She checked the time on the fancy table clock on the lamp table and sat it was around 7 AM. She smiled, and just as she was about to get off the bed, her phone rang, and she smiled when she saw the caller ID.

"Happy Wedding Anniversary Babe!!!." More than three voices were screaming that to her ears.

Because of the loud sound, Chen Lihua had to put the phone some inches away from her ear.

"Thank you!." Chen Lihua said in a soft tone.

"Lily, we want to see you, it's been a while." A familiar voice said through the phone.

Chen Lihua could tell it was Gigi's voice. And with that, the rest of the girls in the background started sending out a request to see her.

"Alright, give me a second." Chen Lihua said as she smiled happily, agreeing to their request.

Chen Lihua picked up jer laptop and connected her phone to it. So within the next few minutes, the video call was connected.

"Ah!!! Lihua! We missed you!." The girls shrieked.
