Old Mrs. Lu relaxed, but she was worried about Chen Lihua, so she asked her to call Liu Longwei.

Asst. Duyi knew his Boss was mad, so he gave a simple answer, and waited for his instructions.

Thinking about his pregnant wife and if she has seen the news, Liu Longwei became worried.

Finally, he put his phone down and divided not to call her, and instead, will pick her from the hospital, and he did so!

This was not surprising to the people, because they knew who the Liu Family was, and nobody dared to mess with them and go scot-free.

"There!." K2 said as he pointed towards a midnight black car with the headlamps on.

Chen Lihua was thinking if her husband was here to pick her up, why was he not coming out?

As if Liu Longwei read her thoughts, he decided to stop observing her and came down from the car.

There was a slight smile on his face as he walked towards her.

"How are you?." He asked as he took her hand and led her back to his car.

"I'm fine!." Chen Lihua replied.

Liu Longwei settled her in the back seat of the car, before going to the driver's seat. Then he ignited the engine and sped off, with the bodyguards, following them in the other cars.

"Did something happen?." Chen Lihua asked.

She was surprised when he helped her into the back passenger seat. What is going on?

"What would happen? I came to pick up my pregnant wife, is there something wrong with it?." Liu Longwei asked with his gaze on the road.

"You haven't done this in a while. If you're worried about me, then you don't have to be, because I'm fine." Chen Lihua said with her gaze on him.

'Is he worried that I would be angry because of the news?'

"I guess you've seen the news?." Liu Longwei asked.

"The news about your ex-girlfriend dying in a jet crash? yeah, I've seen it." Chen Lihua replied.

"Don't you have any questions to ask? I've never really talked an out her, so I guess that you must be curious." Liu Longwei said.

He was kind of surprised by how calm she was.

"I have questions to ask, about what kind of past you have with her, but that will be when we get home. But I just hope you don't have any more ex-girlfriends." Chen Lihua said as she looked away from him.

"Is my wife jealous?." Liu Longwei asked.

"Do I look like wood without emotions? Tell me, how come you dated two women in the past, with this cold personality of yours?." Chen Lihua asked.

She felt that with Liu Longwei's personality, there was no way he would date two women, so she wanted to know why he dated them, and then ended up breaking up with them.
