Taio glanced at his mother and then blinked his eyes when he heard the question. He slowly nodded his head before turning back to glance at the Tv.

"Okay, we are going to see your grandparents at weekend, and I will let you stay with them for a few days so you can take a break from learning." Chen Lihua said to him in a soft tone.

Taio did not respond as his attention was on the cartoon he was watching. Chen Lihua smiled and decided to let him be. He was still a little child after all.

On Friday evening, Chen Lihua packed a handful of Taio's clothes and his toys, before Liu Longwei drove them to the Liu Residence.

It wasn't Taio's first time in this area, so he was quite calm when his father drove into the residence.

Normally, Chen Lihua would be sitting in the front passenger seat, while Taio would be resting at the back passenger side, in his baby car seat. But this time around, Chen Lihua sat with him at the back passenger seat.

She was going to leave her cute son here for a few days, so she wanted to be close to him. She cuddled him the entire journey to the Liu residence.

Liu Longwei would glance at them from the rearview mirror with a smile as they journeyed.

"Taio, you're a big boy, so don't cry when we leave you with your grandparents and great-grandma, okay?." Chen Lihua said to him in a calm tone.

"I know, Mummy. I like grandma and grandpa, and great-grandma too." Taio said as he counted his tiny fingers.

"What about mummy?." Chen Lihua asked while pointing to herself with a smile, and the little guy nodded happily.

Turning her gaze to Liu Longwei, she pointed at him and then looked back at Taio with an expectant look. "What about Daddy?"

Taio glanced at his father and looked back at his mother, then he replied with a smile, "I like Daddy!"

Chen Lihua hugged the little guy and nearly suffocated him.

"Honey, you are going to suffocate him." Liu Longwei reminded her.

"Oh! I'm sorry baby. Let Mummy kiss you." Chen Lihua said to the little guy as she placed her hands on his shoulders and kissed him all over his face.

Taio chuckled childishly as he tried to push his mother away, he felt tickled.

Liu Longwei smiled as he watched the mother and son duo play at the back passenger seat.

When they got to the Liu residence, Madam Liu was already waiting outside for them. When she saw their car driving in, she couldn't help but reveal her beautiful smile.

She also couldn't wait to hold her grandson in her arms.

Well, they were here already, so there was nothing to fret for.

Liu Longwei parked the car, as two of the bodyguards that came with them, rushed over to open the car door for them.

Madam Liu could no longer wait as she rushed to their side to greet her grandson.

Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei greeted her, and she responded before focusing her gaze on the little guy that was holding his mother's hand.

"Hello, grandma!" Taio saw his grandmother and smiled as he greeted her the way his mother thought him.

Seeing her cute little grandson smile, and then greet her while waving at her, Madam Liu couldn't help lifting him in her arms with a big smile plastered on her face.

"Ah! See my grandson, he looks so cute and chubby." Madam Liu said as she kissed Taio's cheeks,

Taio blushed and turned to look at his mother with his arms stretched,

"Heh! Are you scared of grandma?." Madam Liu asked in surprise.

"Mother won't mind him, he is shy." Chen Lihua replied with a smile but refused to carry Taio.

"Oh! My baby is shy! Taio, Grandma is sorry, okay?." Madam Liu said to the little guy with a smiling gaze.

Taio blushed more. Since his mother refused to carry him so he could escape from his grandmother, he decided to stretch his arms to his father.

Liu Longwei smiled and wanted to reject him, but he thought a bit about the kind of relationship he had with his son.

If He rejects the little guy now, he may not easily reach out to him again, but for his mother, he loved her so much and wouldn't hold a grudge against her.

With that, Liu Longwei said to Madam Liu before taking Taio from her arms. "Mum, let me hold him."

Madam Liu allowed him to take Taio from her arms.

"Come, let's go inside. The old Lady must be a little uneasy from waiting for her great-grandson." Madam Liu said as she led them in.

Truly, the old lady of the Liu Family was uneasy from waiting for her great-grandson. Her daughter-in-law has been outside for a while now, and she clearly heard when the car drove in, so what was keeping them waiting?

She was about to send a servant to go and check the situation when she heard the lively voice of her daughter-in-law, so she relaxed and waved the servant away, before smiling with her gaze at the entrance.

"Aiyoh! Is that my grandson?" The Old lay of the Liu Family asked with a smile on her wrinkled face.

When Taio heard the feminine-aged voice, he looked away from his grandmother and turned to fix his gaze on his great-grandma.

"Hello, grandma." Chen Lihua greeted the old Lady with a warm smile as she walked towards her and hugged her.

The Old Lady hugged her as well and even patted her back.

"Oh my good granddaughter-in-law, how are you?." The Old Lady asked as she released Chen Lihua from the hug.

"I'm a good grandma. I can tell you are very happy today." Chen Lihua said to her.

"Yes, I'm happy to see your little family doing so great! Has my grandson been troubling you?." The Old Lady asked as she turned her gaze towards Liu Longwei.

Chen Lihua chuckled softly. "No grandma, he has been so good to me."

Madam Liu chuckled from the side when she saw her son's helpless facial expression.
