"But you usually give him a little bit more." Chen Weiyuan said with a frown.

"During those times, did you see me do that late at night?." Lady Chen asked angrily.

Chen Weiyuan felt so wrong, but he couldn't voice his thoughts. Anyway, he was at fault, so he wouldn't try to argue with her.

Taio blinked his eyes as he gazed between his grandmother and Uncle.

Lady Chen glared at Chen Weiyuan before standing to her feet.

"Taio comes to grandma, I'm going to wipe your mouth clean." Lady Chen said as she stretched her hands to the little guy.

Taio walked up to her and took her fingers in his small palm.

As they walked away, Taio asked in a soft tone, "Grandma, are you angry with Uncle?"

"Even my little guy noticed it?." Lady Chen asked with a smile, and Taio nodded in response.

Lady Chen smiled as she replied to him, "I am angry with your uncle. He fed you gummy bears late at night, and your mother found out, and now, she is angry, and may not let me take you away next time."

"I will follow you!." Taio said.

Lady Chen stopped in her steps and sweat in front of him to ask in an excited tone. "You will follow me if I come to get you?."

"Yes." Taio nodded with a serious facial expression.

"Ah! thank you, my little grandson. Now, your mother can't stop me from taking you with me next time." Lady Chen cried out joyfully as she embraced the little guy.

Taio frowned and thought that maybe he made a mistake. His grandmother was about to squeeze him to death. But thank God the hug didn't last for long.

Lady Chen was so happy. She took Taio to clean his mouth, before letting him watch the TV.

The next day, she brought Taio back to Chen Lihua with some boxes 📦 of various sizes.

Chen Lihua's was rendered speechless when she saw the servants carrying several boxes inside the house.

"Mum, why on earth did you get so many things for him?." Chen Lihua asked as she turned to Lady Chen.

"Is it your business? I am so rich, can't I buy a few things for my grandson?." Lady Chen said in an unpleasant tone.

"Did you say a few things?." Chen Lihua asked in amazement.

She knew her mother wasn't going to do simple shopping. When she heard over the phone that she took Taio shopping, she knew it would be over.

Her mother has never failed her. In fact this time around, she far exceeded her thoughts.

"It's just a few things. My grandson should enjoy much more privileges. Maybe the next time I come to take him, we will go for a vacation." Lady Chen said as she patted the little guy's hair with a gentle smile.

Just remembering the fact the little guy sad he would follow her the next time she came to pick him up, made her very happy.

"Taio, come to mummy. I haven't seen you in a long time." Chen Lihua said she called her son over.

Taio walked to her side with a straight face.

Chen Lihua took a good look at him before saying with a frown, "It looks like you put on more weight than usual. I will check your weight later."

"Are you going to make him lose the weight if you find out that he added a few pounds?." Lady Chen asked with a smirk.

"Mum, what did you feed my son, I'm sure you didn't follow his food plan strictly?."

"It's just the normal food we eat. Don't worry about his diet, I only fed him a lot of healthy food." Lady Chen assured her with a smile.

Chen Lihua sighed before gazing back at the little guy and she helped him to get on the couch.

"I don't see Longwei, is he not back fr work yet?." Lady Chen asked.

"He has a meeting with a big client, so he will be back a bit late today." Chen Lihua replied.

"I see... I'll be leaving now. Take care of yourself and your children. If you need to eat something, do let me know, and I will cook it and send it over." Lady Chen said to her.

Talking about her cravings reminded Chen Lihua of her cravings. She forgot to ask her mother for something before she came, but now she mentioned it, Chen Lihua decided to inform her about it.

"Mum, if you find time this weekend, please make some Jalebi and send it over."

"No problem, I will make more than enough for you." Lady Chen said.

She hugged Taio and said goodbye to him before leaving.

"Taio, what did your grandmother feed you when you went there?." Chen Lihua asked her little guy when her mother disappeared.

"Food," Taio replied with his gaze on her.

"What kind of food did she give to you?" Chen Lihua asked.

Taio went ahead to list the kind of food he ate in his two grandma's homes.

But at this point, he really wanted to escape from his mother. If only his father was at home to have his little ass.

As minutes turned into hours, and hours into days, Liu Dongmei has not been feeling okay. She just discovered she was pregnant for almost two months, and she was not happy about it.

The pregnancy was unplanned, and she wasn't even ready to have another child.

Although she talked with Huiling about it before she traveled out, that didn't mean she was ready to handle another child, soon.
