"Did you see anything?" asked Ellis after they have thrown Jenny high up.
"I just got up here, how am I supposed to search that instantly" replied jenny before looking around as she was still going up.
Taking a look around, Jenny didn't have the time to around before she begins to fall. Landing on two feet, Jenny turned to the two as she signals them to threw her up once more. But this time after she had got high enough, jenny conjure wings made from spiritual energy on her back to stop her from falling.
"Find it, we'll taking the path by the left then right and right," said Jenny as she begins to fall from the sky.
"Is that all, just left, right and right?" asked Ellis.
"That's it for now, there is a force up in the sky that seen to be draining me of my spiritual energy" replied Jenny
After understanding the reason why she couldn't give them more directions, they followed the path Jenny as told until they got to the last one where have to battle a beast that was hiding in the grass before proceeding with throwing Jenny in the air after which they went to the given direction. Going with the plan of throwing Jenny up high to search for the exit, the group was able to get to the exit but before they were three beasts that lung at them the moment they were out in the open.
"There just seen to be a surprise after the other," said Ray as he took his blade out.
"We need to be fast with this before the time runs out" replied Ellis as he smashed his fist on the ground as it begins to split in two before spike begins to pull out of the ground and pierced the beast. Holding them in place as they grunt in pain.
"If you don't mind," said Ellis as he gestures for Ray to end them.
With a chuckle, Ray went forward as he begins to slash his blade here and there taking the life of the beast. Keeping the blade back, Ray dust his hand before letting out a deep sigh as he said.
"I never thought we are going to make it to the exit but look we still have some spare time"

"Good thing that we are together else I don't think any of us would have to find the exit" replied Ellis.
"I would have made it out if I were to be on my own," said Jenny.
"Here you are saying you could have to get through on your own when you almost got yourself disqualified in the second trial" replied Ray with a smile on his face.
"Haha, you are getting on my nerves these days you know," said Jenny as she placed her hand on the handle of the blade ready for a fight.
"Alright you two, that's enough," said Ellis as he got in their middle.
"I wonder how you were able to put on with him, he is annoying" replied Jenny as she took her hands off the blade handle.
"Here you are quarreling when we don't know what we will be facing in the final trial. We should take this time to recover and prepare for what is to come" said Ellis as he gave the two a look before going to the corner.
With a scoff, Jenny took one intermediate mana portion and went to the other side to meditate leaving all by himself. Walking around in boredom as he searched for any beast hiding nearby but there was non in the area and it was getting to him.
"Why is it taking so long for that mysterious person to announce our victory," asked Ray as he was tired of waiting.
"Who knows, maybe he is waiting for the time to run out before making the announcement" replied Ellis.
"If that is true, then we will have to wait for another hour," said Ray as he pulled on his hair in frustration.
"Why don't we have a drink to kill the time until the announcement was made"offer Ellis.
"I would love to but the problem now is, what are we going to drink" yelled Ray at Ellis
"You are going to bust my ears one of these days. Besides didn't I instruct you to get all the things you are going to need before we left" asked Ellis.
"Yes and so what, I don't have anything to bring along which is why I turn ignorant at that time" replied Ray as his voice quiet down a little.
"Anyways if you are in the mood to drink then you better have a sitter," said Ellis as he took out a jar from his storage ring.

Walking over with a bright smile on his face, Ray was just about to sit down and pour himself a wine when the mysterious voice announces.
"Congratulations on passing your third test, you may now go through the exit and proceed to the final trial".

Ray begins to receive notification after the mysterious voice has spoken and Ellis who was sitting close to him, notices the change in his aura as he blurted out.
"What the hell is going on here, how come you have broken through again".
"I guess my rage has gone beyond its limited due to the mysterious person who is testing us which is why I received a breakthrough" replied Ray as he continues to stare at the sky.
"Rage my ass, you have just told me that you have been holding back from breaking through instead of lying to me," said Ellis in anger.
"Why wouldn't I made it up when you already know the truth" replied Ray as he picked up the jar to pour his wine.
"I am sorry for disturbing you but we need to keep going," said Jenny has completely recovered.
With a sigh, Ellis took the jar from Ray and kept it in his storage ring before getting up.
"Whoever that person who has been conducting the trial is, he better pray I don't find him else he will regret why he was born" mutter Ray.
Walking past the door that has already been open by Jenny, the three of them were transported to another area that was full of rock.
"I hope this is not what I think it is," said Ray as he walked to the edge of where they stood and looked down, only for him to feel a chill run down his spine.
"What did you found out," asked Ellis as he looked at Ray who was walking back to them at a very slow pace.
"We are actually in a mountain and a very big one at that, I can't even see what was down below" replied Ray.
"Is that why you are scared out of your wit? "asked Jenny as she busted into laughter.
"You can laugh all you want but let me asked you, what if the trial this time was to jump down the mountain," asked Ray with a frown on his face.
"Come on man, there is no way we will be told to jump down when the only outcome is death. So feel at ease okay" replied Ellis seriously since he was not also sure if he was right.
"I hope you are right then, so should we continue walking forward," said Ray as he took a deep breath to calm himself down.
Only for Ellis to nod his head with a smile on his face which means they should continue going forward. And that is what they did, as they continue to go deep into the mountain until they saw a beast sleeping in the far distance.
"I believe this should be the test that mysterious person is going to give us if I am not mistaking," said Ellis with a frown.
"We need to be extremely careful just in case this beast turns out to be the test because I can feel a powerful aura coming from it" commented Jenny as she stared at the beast.
"Congratulations for making it into the final trial. The rules are simple, defeat the ferocious beast before you and be deemed worthy of entering the treasure vault but if you lose, then you will be sending out of the trial ground" said the mysterious voice.
"Oh well, guess we have no choice but to fight it out with the beast then," said Ray as he took at his blade readily for action.
"It sure looks dangerous but we have come so far to lose at this point" added Ellis as he stepped forward.

Kichiro's Rampage
Meet Kichiro, the son of a samurai. A social outcast, he leaves his home with nothing but a musket and a sword, determined to carve himself a niche in a chaotic world of dragons and leviathans. This fiction incorporates LitRPG elements, but it's not set in a VR. It's set in a fantastical world based loosely on East Asia in the 16th and 17th Century, when the Ming Dynasty was on its last legs, with the addition of magic and monsters. I totally stole the stat tables from Exterminatus, the author of Everybody Loves Large Chests, so let me credit him for that. I'm new to writing so please don't hesitate to criticise, and reviews would be greatly appreciated.
