Stepping outside, the moment Jackson saw her standing beside his car, he subconsciously halted. The memory of her last torture was still fresh in his memory, he wasn't confident about putting up with her teases anymore. He was afraid he might forget his original plan if he lets her get her way again with him.
He resumed walking again pretending as though nothing was wrong.
"That is my car so get lost," Jackson said sternly the moment he reached her. He was shocked when he saw her step away from the car the moment he ordered her to do so.
She actually moved away without arguing with me, this is amazing. I wonder what has come over her.
Jackson thought staring at her.
Seeing that his boss has arrived, the driver who has been patiently waiting for him rush to open the car for him. The moment he tried to close the car after Jackson has entered, he felt a hand grab the door. He raised his gaze to stare at the unfamiliar lady.
"Can I drive in the same car with you? Actually, my friend's driver which drove me here left to get an important client and I have an appointment in the next ten minutes so I can't wait for him to come back. You won't mind dropping me off at my designated destination right?" Jasmine asked faking a smile at Jackson who frowned on hearing her words.
"I am also almost late for my appointment so I can't help you. You can call a taxi if it is really true that you have an appointment like you said," Jackson said signalling his driver to close the door.
"I am not a fan of taxis so don't be petty and just help me hmmm?" Jasmine said politely.

"I promise I will reward you handsomely for this later...,"
"I don't need your goddamn reward, all I need you to do right now is to piss off ok?" Jackson said sounding annoyed.
"I promise I won't tease you, I will be good," Jasmine said unyieldingly. Seeing that Jackson did not say anything, she seized this opportunity and pushed the driver behind and quickly shut the door.
"I knew you wouldn't be so heartless to abandon me here after the thing we have been through together," Jasmine said facing Jackson. From his expression, she could tell that he was angry. The defeated driver walk dejectedly to the driver seat and sat down.
"When you go back, don't forget to receive your punishments," Jackson said coldly before he looks out of the window. The sad driver just accepted his fate and drove off.
"Are you always this cold and quiet?" Jasmine asked staring at him even though he wasn't staring at her.
"Rumours had it that Mr Jackson Smith hardly smile and that he originated from the rock and this is because of his coldness, is it true? Were you really formed from the rock?" Jasmine asked bringing her face very close to his ears.
"After our first meeting, I couldn't help but think that the title Ice Prince that the netizen calls you suits you a lot. You are handsome and cold just like a Prince so the title fits you a lot. Would you mind if I start calling you that?" Jasmine said still maintaining her closeness to him.
"News had it that you don't have a girlfriend or fiance is this true also?" Jasmine asked. Even though he hasn't said a word to her since she stepped foot into the car she did not care about it. She was confident that her next words will make him talk.

"If you really don't have a girlfriend what do you think about making me your girlfriend? I am beautiful..,"
"Your wish! You don't stand a chance," Jackson said abruptly turning his face to stare at her. Her words had made him so anxious that he completely forgot that she had stretched very close to him earlier. If she had moved a little closer their face would have met.
The driver who was busy driving turned to look at the backseat when he realised that they were arguing, he instantly looks away when he saw how close they were.
"Is it because I don't stand a chance or because I am overqualified?" Jasmine asked as she moved closer to him. Thank goodness Jackson moved backwards at the same time or else their lips would have met.
