"Jeff, don't worry I will help explain things to Jack. I am sure he will not be furious with you afterwards," Steve said. What they did not know was that Jackson had entered the room and heard them talking.
...
Inside Jasmine's hotel room, Jasmine who just entered the room tied her hair into a messy bun.
"How was your seducing act? Was it successful or not?" Catherine asked as she took her attention off her phone.
"It would have been hundred per cent successful had those naughty two not interrupted us. I was almost on the verge of...,"
"Would you have kissed him if they didn't interrupt you?" Catherine asked curiously as she watched Jasmine sit beside her.
"He is not only very handsome but has such nice lips," Jasmine said recalling Jackson sexy moving lips.
"Does that mean you would have kissed him?" Catherine asked surprised that her best friend would say such a thing.
"He has such delicious looking lips, kissing him would not have been a bad idea," Jasmine said smiling broadly.
"You are saying you would have kissed him? Jasmine, have you sudden forgotten why you started all this? We have less than six days now, remember?" Catherine asked trying to talk senses into Jasmine.
"Cat, do you take me for a fool?" Jasmine asked as she crossed her legs.
"That I am just having a little fun with him doesn't mean that I have forgotten my plans. Each time I meet him, I have never failed in seducing him. The contract is my main priority and I will never forget that," Jasmine said sternly.
"He has always been acting cold towards me and I have just realised a moment ago that despite his cold facade that he is attracted by me. Believe me, I will get the contract before we return," Jasmine assured.

Yes, she indeed found him a bit interesting after he was able to resist her even after their third meeting but that doesn't mean she has forgotten her mission to not only take back her contract but also leave him a wretched man.
She will do anything to save her company even though it means breaking some of her principles.
"Which sane man would be able to resist my best friend's charms. She is beautiful, confident, rich and has the figure every man yearns to see in their woman. She is not only the epitome of beauty but also that of perfection so tell me which sane man will remain sane after setting eyes on her?" Catherine praised.
"Have you seen such a man because as of yet I haven't met the man who could resist my best friend's charms," Catherine said smiling.
"You really have a way of making me feel good...,"
"I wasn't flattering you. Everything I said was the truth and everyone knows this," Catherine said smiling broadly at him.
"Of course I know that there is no atom of lies in what you said. No one is like me or possessed the same features as me, that is a known fact," Jasmine said with pride smiling radiantly.
"Yeah, you are right," Catherine said her smile broadening even more. Five minutes later Catherine who just recalled something coughed to get Jasmine attention.
"Jasmine, the director in charge of shooting the pictures for the magazine called. He said he was in the process of finding the location for the shooting. He promised to call later after he has seen suitable locations," Catherine informed in a calm tone. She wasn't surprised to see Jasmine frowned at the mention of the shooting team.
"I will leave handling them over to you. I am sure they will run off if I talked to them so just deal with them on my behalf and warned them sternly not to get on my nerves because I can be very mean when someone upset me," Jasmine said before she stood up and walk to where she kept her handbag. After taking what she needed from it, she came back to her former position.

"Cat, I want to take a little nap. Make sure nobody dares disturb me. I will murder anyone who dares do that, got it?" Jasmine said. She did not even wait for Catherine's reply before she plunged the earpiece in her ears. She played her favourite music on her playlist.
"Do you mean even your Ice Prince?" Catherine asked curiously. Seeing Jasmine shakes her head in rhyme to the rhythm, she could tell that she did not hear her question.
"Forget it, I will just act according to the situation. She could kill every other person except me," Catherine said before she shifted her gaze to her phone.
About three hours later, the magazine director team knocked on the door. Afraid that they might wake the sleeping Jasmine up, Catherine rushed to the door. Even after informing the director of the shooting team, Mr Kinsley that her boss was sound asleep, the 32-year-old man still insisted on seeing Jasmine. He only left after Catherine resorted to threats.
