"Even I who have been friends with her for a long time get terrified each time she does this thing so it is not a surprise that you get scared too," Catherine said. Each time she follows Jasmine out, she always found out new sides about her best friend she thought she knew perfectly.

"Ok, if you don't have a reply to our previous question then can you tell us Jasmine's likes and dislikes?" Jeff asked trying to pry information from Catherine. Catherine turned and shot Jeff a suspicious glare.

"Why are you both so interested in my Jasmine? Do you both have a crush on her or are you both planning to do something evil to her?" Catherine asked throwing them doubtful glances. Jeff and Steve exchanged secret glances when they realise that Catherine has seen through their plans.

"That is...," Steve halted not knowing what to say.

"Which guy who has met Jasmine will not have secret crushes on her? Is it wrong for us to like her or is there any law that says we can't like her?" Jeff asked in a serious tone. He silently prayed that she will stop asking him questions afterwards.

"Are you saying you like her? Yes or no? That is the reply I want. Don't beat around the bush," Catherine said dropping the glass of wine on the table.

If I say I don't like Jasmine, she will get suspicious about why we were questioning her about Jasmine and if we said we like her, she will inform Jasmine about this and I am certain Jasmine will come after us too. If this happens this will definitely ruin JK's plans so I can't take any risk.

Jeff thought as he tried to come up with something to divert Catherine's attention from their current conversation. He smiled when his eyes met Jackson's face.

I guess JK is our escape route.

Jeff thought smiling.

"JK, how does it feel to effortlessly win the second and third round of the game? You feel great right?" Jeff asked.

"I mean which man wouldn't feel great about being loved by Jasmine?" Jeff said just to piss Eli up. His plans worked because Eli spoke up after his last sentence.

"What do two measly victories mean? Haven't you heard that the winner takes it all?" Eli said with pride.

"What do you mean by that?" Jeff berated glaring daggers at the smiling Eli.

"It means that Jasmine will be at my disposal after I win the game. Just to get back at you guys I won't mind f*cking her in your presence," Eli said grinning. Catherine who never liked the guy wasn't cool with his reply at all.

"I dare you to repeat that nonsense you have just said," Jeff asked standing up in anger.

"That will only happen if you can win, isn't that so Mr Eli?" Catherine asked coldly. Understanding the hidden meaning behind those words Catherine said, Steve smiled.

"Are you saying I will lose?" Eli fired back sharply.

"You said so not me," Catherine said tilting her head sideways to avoid staring at the guy she has come to dislike.

"All of you are bullying me but I will prove to you guys that I am the only one who deserves her more," Eli said as he turned to face the lady standing close to their seat.

He is so full of himself. He thinks so little of JK and that is his number one mistake. His second mistake is the way he talks about Jasmine. With the way JK acts like his words doesn't affect him, I am sure he is gonna teach him a serious lesson.

Jeff thought staring at Eli who was now talking to Jessica sitting beside him.

"Eli, I can see you are getting along with Jessica well," Jasmine now standing beside Catherine said her gaze focus on Eli whose smile instantly disappeared on seeing Jasmine.

"Talking to her can never be compared to talking to you. Everything about you is interesting, including your smile and the way you stare at me," Eli said beaming at her.

"Wow! What nice compliments you have for me. I feel touched," Jasmine said placing her hand on her chest to show how touched she was.

"Sweet words is all you will hear every hour of the day if you become my woman. I am influential and extremely wealthy. If you become my woman I will spoil you every second of the day. I will treat you like a queen that you are....,"

"Title like queen and princess is too little. I am a goddess, an empress or anything higher than these two titles," Jasmine corrected with a smile on.

This is what he deserves for trying to flirt with my best friend. I am sure Jasmine is even lenient on him because of the CEO of Smith's International that she wants to seduce. If a jerk like him dares to win this game I will make sure I knock him out. Let's see whether he will be able to track our location after we have left the club.

Catherine thought smirking devilishly.

"You are right about that," Eli said still maintaining his smile.

"So are you guys ready for the next round?" Jasmine said smiling in delight.

"Why do I feel scared each time she smiles like this...,"

"I guess because she is full of many surprises. Nobody can guess her thoughts. This is what makes every man intrigued by her," Steve said in a low tone. He wasn't as scared as Jeff.

"You are right about that, I guess her uniqueness is one of the reasons JK fell madly in love with her," Jeff said as he patiently waited for Jasmine to announce the next game.

"The game is to test your dance knowledge. I love dancing so the guy I end up with should have a slight knowledge about dance, don't you agree with me?" Jasmine asked smiling bewitchingly.

"Do you want them to dance?" Jeff asked, he could not mask his shock.
